Yeah, right no way that's a double Bloody Mary that shit is little as hell. The wine was decent though.

Friendly service, nice little selection of vino. Bartender allows to to taste before purchase. Remember it in an airport terminal and you should give it 5 stars. They offer beer cocktails and hard seltzers as well. Limited seating but open and airy. Patrons are pretty social so it's a nice pre flight option. Did anyone mention the piano? Do you know how many times I've heard "Chopsticks" before a flight?

We stoped here for a beer. We were heading out to our vacation. Beer was cold and service was ok. Ambiance is the airport so go from there. Can be good can be bad depends.

Great place to stop for some drinks while in the airport. The bartender was super friendly the day I was in and it was nice to have people to socialize with while waiting on my flight. The mimosas were good =)

Typical airport bar, nothing great, nothing horrible. It's a great place for a cocktail, wine, or beer when you have a layover in the C terminal. Prices are what you'd expect in an airport, $12.08 for a Bloody Mary, but it was good and the bartender was friendly and fast even though he was the only one and it was full. Would stop here again.

Loved Beaudevin and will be back. For a few reasons... 1. The Counter. It's a pretty tiny 'bar'-- with only a dozen seats maybe? I was traveling alone and all I wanted was an adult beverage with maybe a small bite to eat. I walked right up, bam. So much less crowded or loud than so many eateries in the airport. 2. Wine Selection. First, I loved they offer 3oz, 6oz and 9oz pours. Second, their menu was well done. Noting whether wines were floral, fruity, crisp, refined or velvety-- even organic-- with cute little leaves by the name. 3. Service. My server manned the entire counter and was courteous, helpful and prompt. 4. Selection. So, the food menu is small and nothing fancy. But honestly when I travel I just want vino and a light bite. And I also appreciated cocktails and beer were available. I know occasionally I travel with non-wine drinkers, so kuddos. I'm always delayed at ORD. The next time though-- I'll be killing time, Malbec in hand at Beaudevin.

Behind security in Terminal 1 - Concourse C, Beaudevin is an offshoot of the Brussels airport bar that won Best Airport Winebar in the world last year (http://www.brusselsairport.be/en/blog_bru/february_1/9041/ ). They just opened last Friday (2/10/12) and have a sleek green, modern look. They have about a dozen each of whites and reds as well as small plates to go along with them. Wine can be had in 3oz or 6oz pours or by the bottle. Eight of their wines are on nitro taps (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/J4tHP6Hx3uUdvms7A9ys4Q?select=gYcoQX980KwL1qmxzog7nQ). They also have coffee, limited breakfast items, and hard alcohol for your AM Bloody Mary needs. It's more of a fancy counter in the Cocourse hall with maybe 8 stools vs. the larger version opened in Miami airport, also run by HMS Host. We were there at 9am, so stuck with the coffee, which is Illy. Very friendly bartender. Pretty good breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg-salad on croissant with a side of grapes.

Layovers happen. But they're much more enjoyable if you stop by O'Hare's wine bar, Beaudevin! Let's be clear: this is more of a wine counter than a wine bar... still, I was impressed with their wine selection. Denominations include a 3-oz pour, a 6-oz pour, or wine by the bottle. Prices were reasonable too considering the selections are quality and that Beaudevin is located in an airport. Hungry? They sell artisan cheese and charcuterie platters and smaller plates featuring olives and figs... a welcome change-up from the typical sandwich and beer pairing while trapped at the airport, yeah? The women working behind Beaudevin's counter are friendly and accommodating - I didn't know it was possible to experience so much cheer at the airport! Please keep a stool warm for me because I will be back.

No social distancing. Even though the number of chairs is limited, the bartender allowed people to crowd in standing nearly elbow to elbow.

It's very peaceful, romantic and a calm atmosphere. All of the food was delicious. The plating is so attractive! The dishes have great flavor but are healthier options. The portion sizes were perfect for what we desired. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the best branzino I've ever had. The skin was crunchy and delicious. But the fish was not dry at all! There's nothing better than a juicy branzino fish and chef Jose nailed it! Matching with the sauce and beans was so much better than any other veggies or starch. The octopus was also cooked to perfection. The flavor and temperature was just right. Not too hot and such a great texture. We don't always order desserts but we had to see every course of the menu. We decided to go with a lava cake and it did not disappoint. It had that perfect contrast of hot and cold but it's served with gelato which gives it a nice touch of texture compared to standard ice cream. Chef Jose came out and introduced himself. We came in because we were enticed by a beef tartare that was on their menu in the past. We're hoping he brings it back on a special sometime soon. He said to give him a call and he'll try to accommodate whenever possible to make his customers happy. What an amazing restaurant. We cannot wait to come back and see what's new. I hope they add to it or do seasonal offerings because the selection is not too large and we pretty much maxed out what we'd be interested in trying in one visit. But they did it well and we enjoyed the Valentine's Day touched around the restaurant!

At O'Hare in terminal 3 we came across Bubbles. What attracted me to this place was the wine display on the back wall that looked intriguing to me. Most of these bars and restaurants serve house wines with minimal choices but Bubbles has higher end wines, Champaign and Prosecco, but not expensive and a variety of different wine regions and varietals to offer. Wines from California, France and Spain as well as Argentina. This was a classic wine bar that also served cocktails beers and mimosas. Limited to a Charcuterie board selection of meat and one that has cheeses but we did not sit down here for a meal. We came for the wine. I drank an excellent Cabernet from Alexander Valley and my wife had a Savignon Blanc. We ordered the Cheese Charcuterie board to pair with the wines. The bar atmosphere was conducive to meeting people and anytime you are drinking wine in an atmosphere like this, it makes it easy to do so. We really had a nice time here and will definitely be looking to spend my time before my flights here when in Terminal 3. Great find to spend our time. The service was great and friendly. But this place actually turned it into a pretty enjoyable layover. It was definitely busy when we walked up, but we were able to grab a table without too much of a wait. Once we sat down, the whole vibe shifted. For an airport bar, it feels surprisingly relaxed. The standout feature is the piano--while we were there, a few different people stopped to play, and it gave the space a really cool, almost lounge-like atmosphere that you don't expect in the middle of an airport terminal. The wine list is legitimately good, not just "good for an airport." We went with a bottle of Zuccardi Malbec, which was a great choice and paired perfectly with some chocolate we grabbed from a nearby shop. Simple, but it worked really well. They also have beer and cocktails if wine isn't your thing, so it's easy to find something for everyone. Service kept up well considering how busy it was, and we never felt rushed, which was appreciated given the circumstances. Overall, if you get stuck at O'Hare or just have time to kill, this is a great place to post up, relax, and make the most of it. Definitely a spot we'd come back to, even on purpose.

We were a little surprised when nothing was done for it, which isn't a big deal, but I'll be honest it was disappointing since we did come specifically to celebrate and had talked about it w our server. 3/5 Arancini - Very salty. None of us really enjoyed them because of that. They also came out lukewarm instead of hot. Would have been excellent if it was less salty and came out hot and crispy. 5/5 Fig & Mushroom (subbed for prosciutto) - The menu doesn't specify how the fig is served. Turned out to be fig jam rather than fresh fig, which wasn't what we expected. A little too sweet for me but overall still very much enjoyed it. Their pizza was cooked perfectly with enough toppings and cheese. Very good pizza! 5/5 Braised Short Rib + Polenta - so good! The short rib was excellent, just slightly salty. The polenta was perfect, and it came with a generous portion of wild mushrooms. 2/5 White Wine Cake (recommended as "unique") by our server - This was the most disappointing meal item. Our waitress told us it was special, but it was very bland and didn't match the description or image on their website. Their website showed a cake with a large scoop of ice cream on top, fair amount of whipped cream and raspberry sauce. Ours came with maybe a quarter of the size of that ice cream scoop, a little teaspoon dollop of whipped cream that you eat in one bite and the raspberry sauce was a tiny smear on bottom for decor but there wasn't enough to actually eat it. The cake itself was moist but lacked flavor. It took a really long time to come out, we thought perhaps they forgot, then forgetting we were celebrating a birthday on top of that was disappointing. Atmosphere - Beautiful space, very well done. The only issue is how close the tables are, you can't pull your chair back without hitting someone, and getting to the bathroom requires asking others to move because of how tight the layout is. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would return. While there were a few dishes we wouldn't order again, and others we would. Would love to try the wild mushroom pizza next time! The only thing was that since we had come to celebrate a birthday and didn't end up doing that, the night felt a little less special than we had expected--but still a nice experience overall.
