I had everything packed but there were a few items they wrapped up for me, helped clear out a small storage of old boxes that were mostly trash and took apart an exercise machine to properly load it. They also packed the pod so well and provided a strap to secure everything. Overall they were just so nice and friendly too! Booked a month in advance and the company reached out to me via text checking in multiple times leading up to the move which made me feel reassured they would show up. If you move out at the beginning of the month, they will charged you for another month, and you will lose access to the unit... even though you paid for it. My bank had to report them as fraud and I had to get all new cards. Also, there is apparently a tenant who resides there, a very old woman who is constantly yelling at the cars coming in and out and very argumentative about how you move out/in. There are other storage places that have Nicer employees, better move out directios, and will refund whatever days you move out before your month is up. (Public storage, they're amazing!)

The movers themselves were wonderful - they worked quickly and tirelessly. One or two broken items but that's expected. When it was time to pay the cost was double the quote due to an 18% gas tariff. A gas tariff? I nearly fainted on the spot but what could I do about it? But here's a question: what if I didn't have the extra money? I won't be using this company ever again no matter how nice, polite and hard working their movers are. I felt disrespected by the cost being double the quote. I wrote down names and dates with price quoted and I'm not mistaken about what the cost was supposed to be. That was just wrong. It felt a bit predatory to charge double and at no time was a gas tariff ever mentioned. Sad. Consumer beware.
