While the storage manager Joe was nice ( when I finally got ahold of him!!) I literally had tried to get in contact with him for over six weeks. Multiple phone calls and emails. He did return one or two emails after I bombarded him with phone calls, messages and multiple multiple emails, but his response always had very little to no information. I would then try to call to leave a message having to run the gauntlet of multiple computer trees just to get to his answering machine. No one ever once picked up the phone and I always ended up leaving messages that I wondered if anybody ever listened to When the day came that I was going to move my car into storage That was the same day Joe FINALLY called me and He told me I needed insurance and registration on my car in order to store it! I was never told that the car needed insurance and registration for it to be stored. It does not list that anywhere on your paperwork, and the manager never bothered to mention it to me. I literally had to call to cancel the tow truck 15 minutes before they were supposed to pick up my car to take it to CubeSmart !!! I'm very very disappointed in this storage space. Joe told me that he honestly has so many customers that he wasn't able to keep up with everything. While, I feel bad for him being overworked and I appreciate his kindness. It's still didn't help me in my situation. I was still without a vehicle storage space at the end of November when all of the spots were filled. I had reserved this space for at least six weeks but received no information on what was needed to store my car. This Also made me scramble like a maniac to try to find another spot before the winter weather rolls in. Overall, a really frustrating and upsetting experience. Luckily I ended up finding a much better storage facility that specializes in sports cars and who was upfront and very easy to communicate with from the get go. And this storage is cheaper than your space. Overall, I'm very disappointed in CubeSmart. Impossible to get a hold of anyone and not clear about storage requirements , no follow-up, no return phone calls. Forget it -never using CubeSmart again. read more

I never write reviews. I've wanted to.. There have been countless occasions I go to pay my bill after work (2-4pm usually,) during business hours, to find the doors locked. Sometimes there will be a note on the door saying "back in ten." But even after waiting ten minutes, nothing. I pay cash for this because I'm a server and never go to the bank. I also live an hour from here so the unreliable hours are a killer. I expect them to be open when they say they are. Or return when they say they will. That's not why I'm writing my review though. I can handle that. I've had my unit here since 09/18. I've paid $168 plus the $12 insurance every month. Sometimes it's late and they call me 100 times to remind me. But whatever-- Today I go to pay my bill and it's suddenly $30 more a month. No notice. No email. No phone call. For the first time in my life, I'm unemployed. We're in the middle of a pandemic--I'm relying on unemployment insurance and my savings to survive... And here's CubeSmart raising everybody's rent. This company is awful. They can't even be present for the few hours a day they are supposed to be, can't pick up a phone or send an email to get in touch with a long term renter. And are raising prices just because they know people are desperate and have no choice. I'm disgusted. As soon as I can I'm going to try and get my stuff out of here. Once I'm even able to leave my house that is. Long story short--this is a company that doesn't give a single thought about you or your needs. Just a profit and the hope that they can end up taking possession of your unit and selling off your stuff. With so many storage options I'd rather go back to uhaul, or even a smaller type facility. This is the worst location and business The toilets are either locked or so filthy crap all over the floor and toilet. They go up every couple months and their prices are ridiculous. $430 a month and rising. Customer service is terrible the manager never calls back and the person at the desk is a jerk. Un responsive. No one at the actual store 75% of the time. Door is always locked. They state there under staffed. You call customer service to find out if they are going to open. You get a run around. You ask to file complaint. And you get hung up on. I recommend staying way from this site. This might not be true for other sites. But it's bad on this site. read more

Your store manager at this facility is not professional whatsoever. I'm trying to get a better deal so I don't leave your storage facility but here your store manager "Wendy" is telling me I should move my stuff out and continue to lecture me about living expenses increasing. First of all this has nothing to do with any of that I'm speaking about my rates at your faculty trying to get a better price so I don't have to move my stuff out . She doesn't need to continue to lecture me I'm an adult. And for her to tell me to move my stuff out is really great for your company. Telling the customer to go to a different facility. Wendy and Isabella were so friendly and knowledgeable. Provided a lot of useful information in regards to bidding abandoned units. It's unfortunate that people don't know how to act like humans and constantly clog the toilet with foreign objects - you would think people would respect others property like there own. Another thing is someone broke the garage door opener by punching it - really?! Were your raised by wolves?!! And people wonder why they're forced to pay more to make up for your fellow storage renter! Stop destroying others property! Highly recommend - facility was convenient located and extremely clean, customer service was outstanding! read more

The people seem nice enough, but their corporate website has the wrong information. The website says climate control is offered when it actually isn't at the moment. They said they are in process of fixing it after purchasing it, and some work has to be done. That's still false advertising, so please fix your website to be consistent with the current situation. I went with a different storage because of the communication inconsistency. read more

The manager (DeeDee) who works there is a big phony! She's one of those people who smiles at you while stabbing you in the back. When customers have problems, she'll take the details and your phone number and says she will look into it and get back with you. What she does is to never get back with you. After she did this 3-4 times to me, I stopped dealing with her. She even started locking the customer bathroom (on the 1st floor) and removed the trash cans from the common area because she says the people (customers) are "pigs" and don't deserve the privileges. Cube Smart needs to replace her ASAP! read more

Located conveniently off 495 but close to 93. The building exterior is clean and well kept. The interior of the building, front desk, shop, hallways are all equally well kept. Staff are all very friendly and professional. Checking to your storage unit will take 15-20 minutes so plan accordingly. The prices seem quite fair for the quality of service and facilities. There are 3 roll around carts to use for making trips to and from your car easier. Garage door access for wide or large items. Overall very pleased with our first storage experience and we would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the general area. read more

We came in on a Sunday and DeeDee helped us out with finding a storage unit that fit our needs and budget. She was extremely attentive and helpful. It was a lot easier than we thought it would be.
