It's by far the nicest, cleanest, and most well-maintained storage facility I've ever used (and seen). Among the standout features is the huge double garage where you can pull in to unload and load, which is a game-changer in Scottsdale's heat or during other inclement weather. Beyond the convenience, the facility is well-lit and secure, giving me complete peace of mind whenever I visit. The transition from Life Storage to Extra Space Storage was seamless, and the level of service has been exceptional (and has been since day one). The staff is always friendly and professional, and Jordan, the manager, is exceptional--very helpful and went the extra mile to assist.There's also plenty of carts available, making unloading and loading hassle-free.
