From the very beginning, she demonstrated what true customer service should look like. But I've had terrible communication problems with them while attempting to close my account here. I told them 3 times during the month of September in person at the front desk I would be out by October 1st. Including a four days before the first when I left the unit clean, unlocked, and with the door up. I was still charged on the 1st. I have been told repeatedly that there is no requirement of advanced notice for move out. I have called the help line twice to get connected to corporate who claims I will be refunded but I have not seen any sign of that action. They had no problem emailing me my bill every month but now that I have asked for email confirmation of closing the account and the refund process, I am suddenly getting no communications from them at all. I'm at almost one month of trying to chase down someone who will actually process the end of the rental agreement properly and still don't have a refund or a confirmation. I will not be using this business again and will be advising others not to as well.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS. My partner rented from this place for…read morearound a year and last week he had $14,000 in music equipment stolen from his unit. The lock was drilled out and several carloads were stolen, including a couch requiring multiple people to lift. My partner found out when he came back to his unit and the instantly lock fell out. His unit was right in front of a security camera and required two passcodes to enter the facility. We have been unable to contact the property manager. After we reported the issue, his unit got broken into again! The unit is not at all secure as the website claims. Also, he's had issues with leaks and had been stuck in an elevator. The police did recover one item from a pawn shop but have not turned over the identity of the culprit(s) based on the pawn shop record or the security footage. They also have not released the name of the pawn shop where the item was found. Please do not rent from here if you have unique values. My partner is a musician and will likely never recover the creative property that was stolen from here.
