I was charged 3 times for different transactions because the agent kept forgetting to add things. Charged for an 11 lock twice. Had to come all the way back to the location after a long day of moving....to reverse the transaction. And be recharged. (let that go) I then made a reservation online to pick up a truck, (NEVER PUT YOUR CARD ON FILE)I could not make the reservation due to unfortunate circumstance. They did call me early in the am as a reminder. I work overnight so I could not answer, after a second call from them, I called back 30mins later. Joy the GM told me the res was canceled, so I thought nothing of it. I went into my acct to see I was charged 50$ for cancelation fee. I called back to explain why I was canceling and couldn't answer the phone in hopes for some leniency. Joy told me that it was final, and I was taking the truck from another family who could have really needed it. So I asked for the corporate number, in her words " she was the GM and there was nothing else I could do" again, I asked for a number to customer service. She says " I don't have it, but you can look online". Shocked and pissed I found the number online, called customer service, who removed the fee so quick an took my complaint and apologized. I called back to get her name and badge number, and she tells me she was just calling me back to remove the 50$ because she didn't want to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Which really meant, she knew she was wrong and a liar. Completely over it, I decided to remove my things, and be done with this place. I hired some professional movers, let them in my storage and left. Around 6 or 7 I get a call from who else "JOY" asking me if I had movers to get my things. I replied yes, she then goes to tell me that they hit a roof. And I was responsible for damages because they were my guest. Pissed I called the movers to see what was going on. They told me that they were coming out, and she ran out telling them that they had hit something. The guys said they told her, they didn't hit anything, and there was no marks, to back up her story: She goes on saying She was watching it on the camera an saw they hit the roof. I called her back, asking why was she trying to give me such a hard time that day, an how could she know someone hit something on a soundless camera, that left no sign damage. I usually don't do bad reviews because I work in customer service and understand things happen we're human. But this woman is literally vindictive, and has horrible customer service. She made moving which is already stressful 10x worst for me.

No excuse for bad service…read more Recently my company needed a short term fix for a logistics problem we encountered. We reached out to the local Enterprise truck rental office to help in facilitating a need. The first rep that we spoke to on the phone was very nice, super professional and responsive via email. Her name was Mia(sp?). Maybe that was short for something else. But we had a very good conversation concerning the requirements and so forth. The next rep that we had the unfortunate luck of dealing with was Emonie Thorne. Professionalism was definitely lost on this young lady. She acted as though we were bothering her when we asked for information in order to make this process go smoothly. Her emails, we still have them saved, were snarky in tone and unprofessional at best. If one doesn't like one's job in the service industry maybe look in a different direction for employment. Do not subject customers to subpar service. When we partnered with Enterprise we paid for two things: reliability and service. The latter of the two would be an impossibility from this young lady. Is it an outdated ideal to expect great customer service in the service industry? It's very evident that a consistent approach to phenomenal customer service is not something that Enterprise rent a truck values. Going forward we will pay a higher price to deal with the company that values the business relationship.

Back in October 2017, I'd just flown into Atlanta because I was helping my mom with an event she was hosting. We headed to this Enterprise truck rental to rent one of their box trucks. We check in, the staff is somewhat friendly, kind of spaced, but nice. We walked out to look at the truck we were renting and my mom asks if the girl could show us how to use the lift gate at the back of the truck. This girl was struggling to pull up the ramp to the lift gate. I walk over to assist her, the ramp lifts, she lets go and the ramp falls on my foot. I was in quite some pain and it progressively got worse. Once we're back inside, my mom asks if there's a incident report that could be filled out. They say that it doesn't exist because they don't do it for incidents that occur on their property.....?? Like that makes ANY sense for a company as big as Enterprise. I take off my shoe, my foot is extremely red and throbbing at this point, and no one is caring to offer me anything except ONE lady who offers me some ice that wasn't really assisting us with renting. Everyone else it arguing back and forth with my mom about what did and didn't happen. My mom was extremely flustered and got loud with them because they had NO sense of urgency, nor did they really seem to care. I'm AD military and my job requires me to do a lot of standing, along with physical fitness tests, so my mom was sincerely worried. Nick, who was apparently the manager of this location, says that he called their supervision at their regional branch and that the boss was in a meeting. Nick gave us his contact information, but every time we called Nick himself was in a meeting or had random "family emergencies" that surfaced in the middle of his meetings. My mom followed up with phone calls for over 2 weeks and none of her calls were returned. I ended up calling their headquarters myself and spoke with someone who took a report. They said they understood it was urgent and would be sure to stay in touch, but til this day I have yet to get a phone call back. Never will rent with them again.....
