When we ask front desk at 7PM to get it serviced were told everyone had already left for the day but we can get towels. Not helpful, very disappointing. As someone who has worked in hotels this was not at all the proper response.

They add 20% gratuity to ALL bills--I was by myself and it was still added. 5 Church is pretty good, but this place was not at all.
