Horrible experience! The valet at Mojave on Easter Sunday went in my settings in my 2023 Rav4 and tried to get into my Apple wallet. He also wanted the tip money before he even brought my car to me. Basically wanted to hold my car hostage until I tipped him. Never again!!!! They do not vet their employees. The owner has since called me and is following up with his employees. Aggressive. I recently attended an event who was utilizing the services of G5 parking Solutions. I arrived to the destination about an hour before the event began & I decided to park about a block away on a city street. There were no cars parked, no event signage as well as no cones. A block away. Upon arriving to the event the valet attendant addressed my party asking if "we parked on the side street?". A few fumbled words later he shared "that's us too"..... with an implication we needed to provide a key. I reluctantly passed over my key, but the attendant didn't know what car belonged to me & mind you, I'm parked a block away.... not on event property. About an hour later I return to valet and the same attendant is standing guard. I advised him while he took my key, I would like to retrieve my vehicle myself because the key fob battery does not work and he would not be able to find my car. He declined my offer and explained he needed to retrieve my car. I shared with him I parked on a city street and "give me my key". He begins to argue you with me regarding our initial exchange sharing "we are liable for your car". Again, I AM PARKED OFFSITE on a side street a block away. I went to Candela parked vip/vallet the only reason was I had just bought a new car, I take it park it and I thought everything was fine till next morning I saw my new Benz had the windows cracked and my trims were all messed up. I called they said they couldn't offer any help, only recommendation was to file a police report. read more

DONT EVER LET G5 PARKING SOLUTIONS PARK YOUR CAR!!! I recently valeted at a restaurant and before the valet went to get my car they held up my key and asked me if that was the key to my car. (My key was intact) I responded yes. They went to get my car and could not bring it around to the front of the restaurant because my battery was dead due to the fact that one of them left the lights on. To make the situation even worst I walked to the back of the building to see what the issue was and realized that they broke my key in the ignition of my car. I filed a police report. Management- Sohail was the rudest worst person to deal with. Save your self time and park your own car! Police report was filed. Will be reporting to the BBB. read more

When I needed a valet service to run during an event I anticipated having high traffic with, I found G-5 through a simple Google search, and I will never go back to the other guys again! At STK, I continuously witnessed the employees opening the doors for drivers and helping their dates out of their vehicles. They were super polite and friendly, often making the guests feel welcomed. Not only that, but these guys are the real deal when it comes to absolute perfectionism; they painstakingly pay attention to every detail of customer service, and stay true to the core values on their website of class, courtesy, character, and convenience! Y'all some trash. Why would I pay to eat at a five star restaurant... leave my car with a supposed trusted parking company... come back to my car to find missing items? Not even real life stuff that makes sense to steal. But a protein bar?!?! Who does that???? These people are not a reliable parking company. There's no way I would recommend bottom feeders that steal food from customers. read more

G5 is very helpful. They work with us to create custom packages for large events based off the number of expected people and don't just give us blanket rates for every need that we have. I feel like they want our business and work hard to procure and keep it. The staff is great and the management team is always responsive to questions. Josh and Christian who work at the 3 Alliance building are particularly awesome. Christian remembers every person he meets and greets them by name. read more
