stay away from this unprofessional valet company unless you want your luxury vehicle damaged in an accident caused by their drivers!!! i had to utilize their valet services at yebo the restaurant in buckhead b/c they do not allow you to self park in that lot when the valet driver was bringing my maserati levante vehicle to me and wrecked into a car in front of him! 180 parking solutions refused to provide insurance information nor would they assume any liability even though their driver was at fault! they refuse to respond to legal requests and requests from the insurance companies involved and now i am having to come out of pocket for my deductible as well as submit a claim thru my insurance when i was not even driving my vehicle! the owners and managers at the company are very unprofessional and should be ashamed of themselves! be very wary when hiring them for your valet services!!!! read more

I would not trust 180 Parking Services as a prospect, client or partner. As a national vendor providing technology to over 2000 locations nationwide, SMS Valet by TEZ www.smsvalet.com, entered into a legal agreement with 180 Parking (Mark Smith and Shawana Jackson) to provide them with our valet technology at Cigar City Club, Portofino Italian Cuisine, and Restoration Hardware. To help their small minority-owned business, we agreed to help them finance the hardware. This was 5 months ago. Since initially receiving their hardware, 180 (both Mark and Shawana) have declined to pay for services or hardware. They will not answer phone calls/emails in response to issues with non-payment. Our company values honesty, integrity and always does what is best for our customers. It is very clear that 180 Parking Services does not. They have no issue with signing legal documents with full intentions of breaking them. I would not trust 180 Parking Services and I advise all potential customers to pursue other options when looking for parking services providers. read more

Several restaurants in the North Highlands area use 180 Parking Services for valet and ice never had less than a stellar experience. Recently I dined at Parish and when I arrived, I decided to valet as of course the street parking was pretty much non-existent. Jessie greeted me and even asked my day was going and explained the pricing. He was very kind and when he drove away I felt my car was in good hands. Although when I picked up my car, the amount of time it took for someone to assist was a little longer than I expected, the young man who helped apologized for the delay and that was much appreciated. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. what a sham of a company. went to the atlanta magic theater last saturday (great show by the way, just don't let them park your car) i paid $5 to have a guy park my car 10 feet away from me and then hand me my keys back (no ticket was given to me with liability information. clearly the fault of 180 parking services) i noticed him having trouble turning off my truck (it's a 1996 with a lock at the ignition) but didn't think much of it until i got back out to my truck after the show was over. i noticed when i turned my key on it seemed loose (was NOT loose when i gave him my keys TO BE EXTRA CLEAR) but it started so i thought it was okay. i get home, about a mile down the road and try to turn my truck off and the entire ignition cylinder falls out and the truck is running without a key. i can't get the truck to turn off so i have to let it stall out and then let the battery drain. then it hit me- the guy was having trouble turning my truck off because he didn't know there was a lock for the ignition and he probably just kept trying to wiggle the key out. so i call on sunday, knowing 180 is closed but i leave a voicemail anyway in case they try to say i waited too long to call, etc. etc. (the same runaround that dishonest and corrupt companies will try to pull on its customers). anyways, i had a lot of faith in this company. considering they are the valets at nearly every restaurant i go to and even park people in the garage that i use to park in for my gym. anyways, i had my truck towed to the nearest garage. the mechanic there says this could have happened from forcibly removing the key from the ignition switch and asks me if i've done so. of course, i have not because i would not do that to my truck. which, let me point out on 180's "standard" they cite that "the customer's car will be taken care of in a manner that they themselves would show." well, news flash 180- i wouldn't strip my own ignition cylinder out of my truck. so you've failed me already with that nonsense of a "standard." and then the bologna that follows. "for us, valet service is truly a service...one where client's needs are the priority, never secondary." GIVE ME A BREAK. YOU DON'T EVEN RETURN CALLS AND YOU AVOID PEOPLE WHO CALL IN WITH CLAIMS. i've read the other reviews you're a scummy company who thinks if you ignore someone long enough they'll just let it go. that's not how you run a company. that's how you screw people over. and all that crap on your voicemail about "customer service being a number one priority." you guys are A JOKE. anyways...back to how you guys have continually screwed me for a week...it gets to be monday afternoon...still haven't heard anything back yet. called again and got a woman on the phone who straight up asked me "how do i even know you were really there?" well, ma'am, i have my magic show tickets and pictures to prove i was there. no, i don't have a ticket because your valet guy never gave me one. he just handed me back my keys and was gone when the show was over. anyways, she took my complaint and said she'd transfer it to the "claims dept" (which i'm convinced doesn't even exist). so i hadn't heard back by tuesday..i called again and left a message saying i was going to just come by the office if i hadn't heard anything back by wednesday morning. wednesday afternoon rolled around and i decided to drive up there. i get up to the office, which could barely pass for an office. extremely disorganized and people just hanging out on couches. no one that had any sort of say-so or higher up in the company was even there for me to talk to. one of the guys who i assume is a driver took my information and texted it to their "claims dept" requesting they call me about my claim. do you think they called? absolutely not. it is now friday...nearly a week since the incident occurred and have still been ignored by this sham of a business. oh and i'm still out $300 out of my own pocket due to their crappy service and incompetent drivers. you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. but i know you're not because you're scum. claiming all this customer service is so important to you and how we come first. it's a paycheck to you, just shoot us straight. enough with the crap. the worst part is you guys are responsible for probably parking half of atlanta's cars...i feel sorry for everyone else who will experience your lack of integrity in the future. your company and drivers are not allowed to even get near one of my vehicles again and i've heard other complaints from friends and friends of friends where you guys have done this same thing. damage our property and then refuse to compensate us for what you have done. This incident occurred at City Cigar Club, this is in reference to a stolen key fob that was in the valet custody of your company. I sent a text to C. Smith 404.246.6722 on 6/10/19. I was asked to send the receipt for the key fob I had to get replaced due to someone stealing my key fab from City Cigar Club on Saturday 6/8/19. I was one of several patrons that had their keys stolen as well as a stolen Maserati. I emailed the receipt for $511.00 to c.smith@180parking.com on Monday 6/10/19. On Friday 6/14/19 I sent a text following up on the email no response. I sent a text on Monday 6/17/19, I received a reply asking for my address to send the check to. I sent my response and supplied my address. On Monday 7/1/19 I sent a text checking the status of the reimbursement, I received the response "I will check with my office manager". I sent text's on Monday 7/8/19, Wednesday 7/10/19 and Tuesday 7/16/19 requesting an update on the reimbursement check. I have not received a reply to my previous messages. I am only looking to recoup the funds I had to expend due to he negligence of your company. I would appreciate someone getting back to me as soon as possible with the status of my refund check. If you require proof of what I have stated I can send you screen shots of the conversation and I can forward you the initial email sent on Monday 6/10/19. I have left messages for Mr. Smith as well as the office number 404.891.1719 on today 7/24/19 and another text message for Mr. Smith at 404.246.6722. Another text message was sent on 7/26/19, is it too much to ask for an update on the status of the reimbursement? read more

We decided to hire them for the event and soo glad we did. They were very professional, organized and fast. Our valet guys Maurice and Devon were exceptionally helpful. They were extremely gentlemanly and friendly and had really fun personalities. In my experiences valet's are usually super serious, but they were bubbly and kind and even let us go without a tip because we didn't have cash. 180 parking services is providing free valet at Two Urban Licks. This was the most unorganized and unsafe valet operation I have ever seen. We waited over 30 minutes for our vehicle while others came and went. Another couple was also waiting for the same time and called the restaurant manager. We observed the valets going to pick up the cars and they never took keys with them which leads me to believe all of the cars were left unlocked with keys inside. Unfortunately I will not return to one of the best restaurants in Atlanta until something is changed with the required valet parking. read more

Where do I start. I work at one of the restaurants that has a lot that is run by 180 Parking Services. For five months I had permission to self park from the valets and hang on to my keys as I always got off work around midnight, after the valets had left. One day I went to work and self parked as I had always done, and when I got off work at midnight, my car had been towed. I asked the valets what happened since I had clear and expressed permission to park there, and their reason for me being towed was "oh sorry the valet company owner showed up and told us we had to call the tow truck on anyone who self parked." Mind you, I had PERMISSION to park in this spot. I asked if they should valet my car or at least give me a valet stub, and they told me no. This valet parking is also 100% complimentary, so they aren't even losing money by letting people self park. The valets seem to do whatever they want to do until the owner shows up to enforce actual policies. This whole ordeal cost me $400 in tow fees and uber and Lyft fees until I could get my car back. I reached out to 180 with no response. Prior to this I had had my car valeted one time by them before, and upon my return to my car, my car doors weren't even locked. What is the point of even valeting my car if they can't even lock the doors? Overall, not a good experience and wouldn't recommend. read more

Never written a review before, but this company gets special mention. Had my car valet parked at O-Ku by this company. Left dinner, got home and noticed a new scratch on the left rear bumper. Brought it back within half an hour and told staff and they told me that the manager would get back to me. Had to call multiple times over the course of a week before Vince (manager) returned my call and said he was "looking into it." At the end of multiple weeks, and me calling him back numerous times because he never responded in any sort of timely manner, he said there was nothing he could do. He supposedly reviewed the security footage and saw nothing, but then refused to share said footage with me and would not go into details regarding it. If there are any restaurants/companies/vendors out there reading this, don't hire these guys. If a mistake is made, there is no timely follow up and no transparency. By reading some of the other reviews, I know I'm not the first and likely not the last person that they'll treat in a similar fashion. read more

DO NOT let anyone that works for this company even think about parking your car! Long story short one of there "drivers" managed to TOTAL my car. How this happened I still have no idea. However them totaling my car was just the tip of the iceberge. It was how this poorly managed company handled the situation. For starters the owner Carlos Smith gave me false insurance numbers to call and report a claim. After many failed attempts to call the number he had given me as well as him not returning any of my phone calls I finally had to call the managers of the restaurant (Aja) to finally be able to get in touch with Carlos. Very long story short the accident happened on November 4th I did not receive the insurance check until January 14th. During this entire time I was never offered a rental car (unless I paid for it up front - seriously almost 3 months of rental car fees - who can afford that). On top of that all the money that I received for my paid off car was $5600. During this time I also had to take a quarter off of school to work more in order to make more money to buy a new car. If I would have been more financially stable I would have hired a lawyer and sued the fuck out of Carlos Smith. However since I was in college at that point and barely scraping by I didn't have that luxury. My reason for writing this review is to make the public aware of what this company has gotten away with - its not fair what they did to me and got away with. Now I understand that the company is changing names from gold standard parking to 180 parking. I'm sure that other things has happened with this poorly managed company And don't let the name change fool you - I'm sure they are still the shady "businessmen " they were before. I'm a firm believer in karma and I'm sure that Mark and Carlos Smith will get what is coming to them. I just want to make everyone that even thinks of hiring these guys aware of how they do "business". read more

We used their services at The Painted Duck Westside Atlanta. At the end of the night, we were greeted by a 35 minute line for our car. The cars were brought out in no particular order. Even after giving our ticket for the car, people who were further back in line received their cars farrrrr ahead of us. People at the front of the line had to almost make a scene because people behind them were getting their car ahead of them. I don't know if they needed more help or better organization, but never have I ever had to wait so long in a valet line. read more

180 Parking Service's valet stole some very expensive articles from my vehicle (thousands of dollars worth of items) when I was dining at OK-U restaurant. The owner of the company was not willing to accept blame. No one was in possession of my car from the time those items were placed in the car until the time I got my car back from them. Last year, on 2/15/2017 -- I had the pleasure of attending an amazing book release party. While I was at the event -- 3 or 4 luxury vehicles were stolen from 180 Parking Services LLC (AKA 180 Valet -- owned by Mark Smith and Carlos Smith). I was lucky -- my vehicle wasn't stolen...only my keys. One of the workers said that they left the lockbox unlocked and unattended -- they do it all the time and no ones vehicles were ever stolen before. After many calls and emails, I was notified that 180 Parking Services LLC did not have insurance with Potter Risk Advisors, LLC. at the time of the incident as I was led to believe (coverage began on 3/1/2017). Nor did they have insurance with Selective Insurance (policy cancelled on 2/6/2017). I filed the claim with Nadia Merle Jabr (Potter Risk) -- who wasn't their agent or carrier at the time of the loss, but stepped in to assist as she was their current carrier. Nadia Merle Jabr convinced Mark to pay to have the locks rekeyed on my vehicle ($341.57) in July, 2017. Shortly after, Merle and Mark stop responding to phone calls and my emails. To date -- they still have not reimbursed me for having my condo and studio locks changed ($356). I have spoken with several police officers and detectives that worked on finding the stolen vehicles and was advised they have several cases pending where vehicles were parked with 180 Parking Services LLC. Based on my 10+ years of being an insurance adjuster, I have come to one conclusion -- this claim has been handled recklessly, poorly and unprofessionally. I do my best to operate my business with dignity and integrity. By not responding to my calls/emails to handle a claim that you acknowledge you owe, it shows a complete lack of honesty and integrity. If you use 180 Parking Services LLC, do so at your own risk. They service Restoration Hardware Atlanta and Yebo Ski Haus -- be careful when you see 180 Parking on your valet ticket. And yes -- I have ALL OF THE RECEIPTS. Emails, actual receipts, screenshots of conversations, policy cancellations...I have it all. read more
