Just sat down to write the morning after; we didn't have the pleasure of Russ himself driving us, but one of the operating partners, Devron. I have these things to say about our experience. He was a consummate professional from the first phone call to the moment he dropped us off. If anyone believes whatever nonsense is being perpetrated by the reviews that have bad things to say, do what I did: call them up, ask to see the bus before you put down your money. Devron was willing to take time out of his weekend the week before and meet me downtown so I could get inside, check things out, see that everything was clean, nice, and we'd be provided for. He and I communicated very well on pickup, so if there's any credence to this 1-star BS, I'm going to have to guess that the person didn't bother to just pick up the phone. I, on the other hand, was talking to Devron on a minute to minute basis, and he was 5 minutes early for our scheduled arrival time, and we coordinated a pickup from a music festival that packed the whole of the Atlanta motor speedway within a few minutes of leaving the gates, where he was not even allowed to park, so yes, I was impressed to say the least when he got back and rounded up the whole group safely when he couldn't even put the damned thing in park for 5 hours. (Imagine-fest was the name, I believe, so you can go check the date and I'm a 100% real patron of their services)
On a personal note: Devron was just an absolute blast to have as part of the crew. We asked him to keep the partition down the whole night, because 1) easier to communicate, and 2) he was just joyful and fun to have be a part of our celebration (a bachelor party). I will say that I personally haven't laughed as hard in quite a while as when he suddenly turned his head, and began to rap the lyrics, point for point to the song our bachelor in chief had selected. Just a genuinely good man and we had a blast. I will never go to a concert or festival or party sized event again WITHOUT calling Russ Bus first. I firmly believe that if you want to ride in style, or get drunk, or just not deal with the hassle of navigating a large group, and you want to do it safely, this is the way to do it. Couldn't recommend higher.
