I received a referral from my friend for my mom to move from PA to NJ. My mom dealt with Sue and…read morereally liked how nice and helpful she was. Mom received a fair quote and it was scheduled over 2 days this past week. In PA, they were on time, wrapped everything so well, were polite, courteous and helpful. In NJ, they were exactly the same. They took such care with my mom's belongings. They put cardboard down so they didn't track mud and leaves on the rug. They hung blankets on doors so furniture wouldn't get scratched and doors wouldn't get marked up. They work so efficiently and professionally. They were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone having to deal with the stress of moving. They made it far less stressful! Great job Steve, Mark, Jeff and I believe Ryan (sorry if I got that wrong)!

They seemed friendly, and provided decent pricing. Had two issues with them... the person pricing the move and the person scheduling the move are not the same person. One time I received a message saying that my date was available. When I called to confirm, I was told that the date was not available. This happened a few times. Anyway, we finally squared away the date. Movers came on time and walked through the house with me, to confirm what was being moved. I had a couple of issues with one of the movers, but nothing that I could not take care of. The main staff person was great. He knew how to take apart and reinstall the bed frame, etc. Would definitely use them again... although I hope we don't have to move any time soon.

We were very pleased with their service back then and decided to go back to them. Due to rehab work in our family room, we needed to replace the entire carpet again. We visited the store and met with Manny and another very friendly member of their staff. They provided us with some carpet samples to compare at home. We made an appt for Manny to come out and measure which he did within the window he had provided. We chose and ordered our carpet and within a few weeks was ready for installation. The installation crew was friendly and professional and did a very thorough job installing it. The carpet looks great. The crew cleaned up nicely and moved furniture back to its original origin with no issues. Once again, very satisfied with the entire experience. Prices were very reasonable and the store has a tremendous selection to choose from. This mom and pop shop is worth the visit instead of a big commercial chain box store.

When I decided to move across the country coast to coast, I couldn't think of any other option. It started off in October when we sold our house & had to get rid of half of our house. Genmove did the Junk Removal service to get rid of our headache. As we ended up selling our house early, Genmove picked up our stuff & kept it in storage for 2 months. On getting possession of our new house, we informed Genmove & they expedited the shipment & we got it in 5 days! We just received our stuff. Johnny & his crew were excellent & moved the items safely & set them up perfectly. They were very careful & worked really hard. Thanks to Guy & Genmove team in executing our move flawlessly. Highly Recommended.
