Every two months after that, they tried to jack up the price exponentially! I started off paying thirty-some-odd dollars per month for a small 5X10 unit, and they attempted to raise the price to 120.00 and higher. Whenever they notified me of the rate change, I would call, and the manager would negotiate a price, but it still went up by about 15.00. Every two months, the pattern would continue, and before I knew it, I was paying more than I had at the previous storage facility because they had gone up. I do not recommend this place, and I stayed longer than I wanted because I didn't have the time to bolt. I found a much better storage facility for a fraction of the price, and they give a 20.00 annual increase, which is reasonable; far better than a rate hike attempt every two months.

I am a world traveler and often or not I require the services of storage facilities. I have moved…read moremore than 40 times in the last two years because of my occupation. I tried several storage facilities, but when I contacted this company I enjoyed the online presence customer service, they were welcoming and very informative. he directed me to the local facility where I met a wonderful lady named KAY. Kay is very personable, she even opened the door for me upon entrance. She knew her job, she was well prepared and she was patient. We visited the spaces that I requested and she even took her time walking as to ensure that she didn't run off and leave me...lol I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, from the restrooms through to the spaces. on top of all of that, the prices were lovely. I got an RV space and a 10 X 15 air conditioned space.

Can you imagine going to target and purchasing something for a few hundred dollars and then they go oh by the way, if you wanna pay us, we have a $2.30 pay us fee. That's what this place does they have a pay fee? Not only do they want their storage fee but they want $2.30 to help them With their internal fees. It's just a bunch of BS. They're greedy based on my personal experience. Oh, and by the way, they don't have any carts if there's one guy there unloading a load. You're not gonna have a cart and they've got some carts without even handles which make them useless, like I said they've got one, maybe 2 carts for the whole place that I was able to find! Hundreds of units in this facility and only one cart. Which says...I don't care about you as a customer. If you enjoy being frustrated while trying to store your personal belongings... This just may be the place for you!! Edit. It's funny when reading the other reviews over the last two or three years they all seem to be the same negative experience everybody having the same problems. Then there's this guy from corporate that comes on and gives this lip service. Please contact us. Well, if this situation wasn't reoccurring over and over with different people, there'd be no reason to contact them. You'll be getting positive reviews instead of negative ones that you have to do lip service. Kind of crazy business plan. Good luck renters. You may need it. With the break ins and robberies listed in the other reviews.

When I recently cleared out the unit, everything was exactly as I left it, plus a complementary layer of dust. This is an affordable, safe storage service and the as-of-2022 management is very quick to respond to emails, very kind, and flexible. While there was no light inside my unit, the hallway was always lit, and while these units aren't vacuum laboratory sealed, there was a shockingly small number of dead bugs. No cobwebs, no weather/environment damage, no evidence of rodents. It's almost a shame to part with such a great deal, especially considering prices elsewhere, but I had to move on! Thanks so much, 702 Storages! It's been real!
