Deceptive Pricing & Extreme Price Gouging! Avoid!DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE…read more I started renting a 5x10 unit at this 911 South State Rd. 7 location in July 2025. In just over a year, Public Storage has shown their true corporate greed. They lure you in with a competitive "web rate," wait until your items are packed inside and you are trapped, and then aggressively jack up the price because they know moving physical furniture is a massive hassle. I just received notice that they are spiking my rent to a staggering $239 a month starting September 1st! This is nearly triple the standard market average for a 5x10 space in Plantation. You can look at their own website right now and see they rent the exact same size units to new customers for a fraction of that price. To raise a loyal, on-time paying tenant's rate this drastically in just over a year is predatory and deceptive. They are gambling that I will just pay the inflated price instead of hiring movers again. They are wrong. I am vacating my unit and filing formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the BBB for deceptive pricing practices. Do not rent here unless you want to be priced out a year later!

Needed to transfer some big storage items that I've been paying on for years into another facility…read moreand was hoping this location had lower prices than im currently paying. Met with the sole employee, Dolly, who pleasantly searched her data base for the size I requested and surprisingly an air conditioned unit 5×10×8 is only $157 and the same size on the second floor is $132 (very competitive prices). She informed me that the QR Code on the front door will provide sizes and pricing on all available storage units. This store offers packing supplies and a storage lock for $20.00. The property is open from 6am - 9pm including holidays and unfortunately does not have 24 hour access and does not accept cash.

It's climate controlled and they play music throughout the building which is a nice touch. Feedback I would give is to either seriously trim back that tree right inside the front gate or remove it altogether to accommodate an 18 wheeler or a large truck. We were told they could accommodate a truck of that size, but after arriving there was no way we could get past those low thick branches without destroying both the truck and that tree. We ended up stuck outside of the gate and had to block multiple lanes of traffic in order to back the truck out onto Federal Hwy which was not fun. In the meantime please educate your staff that a large truck can not get past that tree. I would also recommend marking the clearance of the building overhang because nobody knew what it was. The other thing is the motion sensitive lighting in the hallways. I can't tell you how many times I was in my unit trying to organize things and the lights would go out leaving me in complete darkness. I would then have to navigate my way out of the unit in the dark waving my arms down the hallway to get the lights to turn back on. My advice is to bring a flashlight. Overall, a good experience. If I moved back to the area I would not hesitate to use this facility again.

It's one of the things that, at my age, I can still enjoy. As partner had to move out of his place and me out of mine, we needed plenty of help and All My Sons with four strong men did a fantastic job, and did it all in one day. Best of all not one glass was broken or any furniture or antiques damaged. The whole move went smoothly, without a hitch. So, for such a great moving job, All My Sons gets my Yelp five stars.

All My Sons Moving is easily one of the best experiences I've had. From the initial point of sale to the last box placed in my new place, everything was handled professionally and with care. Huge shoutout to Aaron, HM, Terrence, and AJ! These guys were efficient, respectful, easy to communicate with, and clearly knew what they were doing. To top it off, I ran into an unexpected situation where I couldn't move into my apartment the same day. I had to spring a last-minute request on them to hold my belongings overnight, and they handled it without hesitation. They were there first thing the next morning, and everything went smoothly. Moving is stressful but these guys made it feel manageable (which says a lot). Highly recommend All My Sons if you want a team that actually delivers. Do NOT forget the affordable price that comes along with it!

Their claim to have 24 hour surveillance, is pointless, if it neither prevents, nor solves any criminal activity. There are also a multitude of people who use some of the units as a residence, and obviously have more than enough time to get into peoples' lockers during the night, when the facility is closed, and steal from them. While I've been a long time customer, I'll be looking forward to moving my things elsewhere.
