Mykhailo and Abdul arrived for delivery and did an excellent job handling my items. Now I don't know what happened between pick up, sat in warehouse and delivery but boxes were ransacked through and retaped. Numerous items missing and items not delivered at all. Boxes smashed. Will I recommend? No. May be locally but definitely not out of state long distance. Missouri to Florida. Obviously multiple handling and multiple reloading from truck to another. Little did I know what would end up transpiring. I was originally quoted about $900 for half a days work. My husband was on site for the move and he reported back to me throughout the day that the three workers were standing around and talking often, and when they got to our house, they would not unload until the credit card payment was made. I was astounded to see over $2000 charged on the credit card, my husband had to call them and they said that they had charged for the amount that they thought the total cost of the move would be, he told them that we only had them for about four hours and that this amount did not make any sense, so they initiated a refund. The original refund was only $300 less which was incorrect, so he had to call a second time to get the correct refund amount. When the movers came back to try and say that they would take the rest of our items he told him not to bother that he would find someone else to finish the job. I feel disappointed that I was led to believe that they were a great company and that this transpired.

Then they don't send enough guys to do the job so a 6-8 hour job turns into 14.5 hrs. 2. The truck they sent was too small as well. So on top of paying 3x for the job, it was only 85% complete. I have a 300lb armoir cabinet sitting in my kitchen and a huge table in my garage. Thanks assholes. Save the hard stuff for last. 3. If they are gonna give you an estimate, it should list the expected number of hours and material charges. These guys tacked on $1000 for tape, bubble rap and boxes. Absurd. Management should had an idea of how long the job will take and relay that to the customer. The guys doing the job weren't that bad but it shouldn't have been 14.5 hours and they shouldn't have left the heaviest items at my place. I feel the management is at fault here for trying to milk every hour they can at overtime and then tack on 25% just because. Sorry Good Greek, you're just as bad as the rest of them.

They also scratched my floor and never mentioned it, which I only discovered after they left and had to report myself -- something that could have impacted the sale of my property. While they did repair the floor, that doesn't excuse the lack of honesty and care. To make matters worse, they hid behind their contract and offered a $25 payout for a TV that cost well over $100, instead of taking real responsibility. After my last message raising additional concerns, they've now stopped responding completely. Careless, dishonest, and no accountability. I would not trust this company in my home.

The quote listed deposited could be made by credit card, which is what we had. The moving company they used was FIRST UNION MOVERS, in NC. Upon arrival, which was over FIVE HOURS LATE, the driver told us "Cash Only"!!! We had to call the main office and argue what was clearly printed on the quote and contract. They finally took the card. The quote she was given changed after truck was loaded, saying we took more room that expected. When we looked at the packed truck it was packed very loose and messy. We asked to see the list of what was on the truck, they listed four couches instead of two. We flew to GA and had a hotel for the night and were to meet them that night at the new house. The calls started in the morning about form of payment for the balance. EIGHT calls asking the same question about form of payment. These people only want cash! They then said, they need an additional FOUR DAYS for delivery. Again, on the phone with the office. They finally showed up the next day at 8pm. I'm sure my new neighbors were real pleased with me about that. Then the damage became evident... four pieces of furniture completely broken, leather chairs gouged, a new piece of furniture still in the box completely shredded and scratched, a box of glasses dropped. This list goes on. Pictures were taken and promises of insurance forms coming in them email were made, never to be received. Future calls were ignored until the lines were literally disconnected! This move was a complete nightmare because of these two companies.
