Months before my pregnant wife brought the problem to the attention of the management but they failed to doing anything about this. I was told to "Talk to the insurance company" the management literally did not want anything to do with me. I stop by and check on them several times a week, and the ladies at the front desk are always very attentive to our needs. I like that they're climate controlled, and my dinosaurs are comfy and out of this hot Texas weather. Mice ate through most of my stuff. Washer, dryer, vacuum, basically anything that had wires and hoses they completely destroyed. My renters insurance doesn't cover it, so I had to come out of pocket for the expenses. I rented the unit starting in July, so my stuff was only in storage for about 4 months, and for the amount of damage it was like it had been there over a year. Manager compensated one month of rent for this, but still doesn't cover what I had to pay due to damages. read more

Beware....they have a rodent problem! My husband and I had miscellaneous items in storage due to not having enough storage space at our house. We decided to get rid of a lot of stuff, so we didn't need the unit anymore. Upon opening all of our boxes, we discovered rodent poop in ALL of them! It was so disgusting, and I felt like I had to clean and wash everything that came out of that unit. It was a climate controlled unit, and I believe that this is unacceptable. Take your money, and go elsewhere. We are a military family, and have had our items in storage before. Never have we ever had this problem! The 1 star is only because I had to choose one in order to write a review. I hope this review helps other families make the best decision in deciding to store their household items. Very kind staffs, reasonable price, 24hrs gate access with safe/secure storage area. I like it all. Ive got 10×15 storage through Sparefoot.com and got 15% off for first 6month+1st month free deal. This is 3rd time for me to use Sparefoot.com to find a storage and this site found me a right storage this time also. Oh, u have to have an insurance when u rent a storage. The cheapest one is $12 n it covers up to $2,000. I recommend to get locks from the storage office cuz the lock that Ive got from Homedepot didnt fit at all so I had to buy a new one from storage office. read more

Jordany Brown was awesome, very customer service oriented and professional. I was unsure of the size storage unit I would need for my things. He allowed me to preview the storage unit I reserved online. When I realized I needed a bigger unit he showed me another which was the perfect size! The units and the grounds were very clean. He gave me a choice of an indoor unit and a drive up unit outside. I had a drive up unit before with another storage facility and it was horrible. CubeSmarts outside storage looked the same as the indoor unit. The outdoor unit was perfect and the price of the storage unit was excellent!!!!
