Cubbys is great, I love the sweet potato fries here. I wish this location served brunch but they do not. The tables aren't always the cleanest when sitting down. read more

If you've had problems with the Cubby's in Lehi your problem days are over.. I eat at the Lehi Cubby's probably 30 times/ month (I'm not kidding I go twice a day all the time). I used to be frustrated a lot with several things but I kept going because of the great food. I complained to myself and others for several months. Then I saw the owner, Cubby James start going in a lot more frequently. You could tell they were trying to improve. And With in the last month, The Lehi Cubby's has done a complete 180. Great management and happier employees. I'm super stoked. I'll have to start going 3 times a day now lol. read more

Cubbies used to be good. Now it's just over priced cardboard. I guess maybe they would define it as healthy cardboard fresh from the post box. Don't waste your time. It's junk. Not even good junk read more

I liked my steak salad but I didn't appreciate how high the menu went up on the wall. I could hardly read the menu items. It was so high up I couldn't see that one of the ingredients in my salad was cilantro. As one not born with the cilantro "gene", I taste even a tiny speck of it and my meal is ruined. Be warned: there is A LOT of cilantro in this salad. But once I picked it all out it was delicious. I especially liked the creamy but light and lemony dressing. My husband raved about the Gypsy burger and the rosemary fries were cooked just right, skinny and crispy. I will have to diss the soda fountain machine. My Diet Dr. Pepper just didn't taste right. Sometimes restaurants don't take care of their soda machines and this was one of them. The mix wasn't right. That's always a bummer. Overall, the food was good and in the end, I would go back. read more

Cubby's was a great find! We had flown into town and drove to our hotel. Cubby's was. Ear by and the only place still open so we have it a shot. The tri-tip sandwich was really good. I would prefer a different type of. Read but regardless, it was a quality sandwich. The chicken sandwich was awesome! I loved it. I'd order it again. Fried were good. Nothing special but not bad. Milk shakes never suck, I don't recall what my daughter had but I do remember her enjoying it. Sorry. Can't help there. We will definitely visit Cubby's again. read more

For those who are fans of the Provo Cubby's: going to the Lehi location is well worth your time. Though it's more spacious and everyone-friendly, the place still keeps an industrial, wooden, chalkboard feel to it, enough to let you know it's still Cubby's. I tried the Tatonka sandwich, something that only this Lehi place offers, and absolutely loved it. The sauce is amazing. The Gypsy is also a good, savory burger. They are also expanding the menu here. A kid menu is now up, and they announced a breakfast menu to come soon! From whatever people said about the staff being sloppy, they must have improved their act since then, because I got great service. I was greeted very friendly at the door, and they explained to me the new ordering process very well. read more

Excellent for breakfast! They carry a variety of choices that vary from avocado toast to French toast. The bacon is a nice thick cut as well. read more

My experience was great the second time around, which makes me think the first time may have been a fluke. I called my take-out order in when I was few minutes away and by the time I walked in and paid, my food was ready. I'm not gonna lie, the Houdini burger was fabulous! I got it double patty and it was just scrumptrulesant. Packed full of flavor. I ordered a butternut squash soup thinking it would be a creamy butternut squash soup like you get at other places, but it was actually a brothy type soup with ground turkey, Red peppers, chopped up butternut squash, and some super interesting seeds. It sounds so odd, and it was, but it was so good! I would definitely recommend it. All in all, there were super unique and interesting flavors in the whole meal. I'm excited to try some more things. read more

Ah yes, Cubby's. Brought to you originally from the City of Provo, but from the heart of Chicago. Cubby's derives its inspiration from Chicago style beef sandwiches, with its own kind of twist. I have sampled quite a few things on their menu, and I usually find myself coming back to the tri-tip, sandwich and salad. I honestly think that their salads are their best offerings. The burgers are good. The Chicago beef sandwich is good. But their salads are great. I honestly haven't had a menu item I didn't like. Whichever you choose, sandwich or salad, make sure you pair it with an order of the buffalo blue cheese fries! My wife prefers the sweet potato fries, and they are good, but those buffalo blue cheese fries are incredible. Overall, Cubby's is a good, local place that has solidified itself among the other native Utah chains. One that I like taking my out of town friends to in order to get a taste of Utah. Grade, A- read more

Been going here for years. The food is hands down the best. One of the only places I can get a Whole 30 approved salad, and those fries ! So here's the deal... the seating has got to change, PLEASE! It's really hard to enjoy your delicious meal when you can't get a seat. The other 4-star related issue goes to the wait at the AF location. We've waited up to 30 minutes to get our food multiple times. However, we keep going back so that tells you the food is worth the wait. read more

Honestly there is no greater restaurant than Cubbys! We eat out a ton and are always looking for the next yummy new spot and after all these years nothing has even come close to Cubbys. It is still our very favorite! Their breakfast is amazing too! read more

I love be some Cubby's! Their fresh food has me going back and back. Everything I've tried on the menu I've liked and their service is quick....however you may not get a table if you go during the rushes...we usually get it to go. read more

Normally this is a five star location. I drove down from Salt Lake City passing on her Taylorsville and Daybreak locations because Lehi is that much better. Ordered the Foot long MR Beef as usual hot and dipped. Came to me and it was cold. I notified my server and they brought me a new sandwich. Starving a finished one half of the cold sandwich. Second sandwich arrives and the bun and one end are warm cold in the center. Same story on the second half. Normally I drive the extra 20 minutes because this is the best location. It was Saturday night and the place was slammed so menu items might have been made in advance. There also is no nutritional info to see how badly I busted my diet for monthly cheat meal. Normally this location is stellar but tonight it was a swing and a miss. read more

This place is good in a pinch. It can get busy at lunch and dinner, but it's got good food. Tri tip sando with the mustard sauce and any style of fry is my favorite. read more

Horrendously disappointed. I've been here before but tonight's experience might make me reconsider. First of all, the wait was tremendous. It wasn't crazy busy either. We went at 9 pm. They got our (and several other people's) order wrong. My ciabatta roll was burnt instead of toasted, along with every single one of our sweet potato fries. My husband's Heart Attack dog was soggy and overcooked- really just gross. It's like they forgot about our food on the grill and then gave it to us. To top it off, the soda machine was out of carbonation. Not impressed, especially for the expensive price. read more

Food is fresh and yummy- they are pretty speedy too and have always gotten my order right (extra well done burger- always ;p). It gets SUPER crowded during the daytime- esp workdays during lunchtime- don't even think about it. :p If only they delivered! :) I prefer to eat outside now that the weather is nicer. Inside is small and busy and ....as busy as they are, the floors are dirty and tables don't get bussed very well (bring your antibac wipes). Overall, we always love the food. I try to branch out and get something new but really, I go back to the Gypsy burger and sweet potato fries. My friend got the maple sweet potato fries on Friday evening and those are frickin' crack! Omg, so addicting though, its sweet- too sweet. ;) read more

Nah, the Sugar House location is so much better. For one, this Lehi store is filthy. I see dirty napkins and French fries underneath each booth which is distracting and then the design reminds me of a morgue or worse, a freakin' prison. Not enough love and care went into this store which is disappointing, but when in Utah County keep your expectations low. Strictly food, it's very fresh. The lemon garlic dressing wasn't my favorite (strong like a marinade), so I swapped it out for the creamy cilantro dressing which is fantastic over their grilled chicken. I love Cubby's food but this store was far below what I'd call love. read more

I loved this place. Good quality food, a little pricey but could be worse. Service is always pretty good and even when they're busy you get through fast. I went last night wanting my favorite thing and shockingly they didn't have it anymore. I talked to a few other people who have mentioned liking the same thing and we're all wondering why they'd get rid of it. Maybe the sales weren't as good as we think they were but I probably won't be going back as much now because I have no desire. This sounds silly but once you find your favorite thing at a restaurant, that's what keeps you going there. Bad move in my opinion but oh well! read more

The food here is amazing, however, I waited 40 minutes for my to go order. I understand people are under staffed but 5 people after me got their food before me. Very disappointed in this location for consistently letting me down. read more

Very gluten friendly with dedicated fryer and gf buns. Wonderful grass fed burgers and fries, neither of which I usually eat, due to Celiacs, (and health reasons), so this was a special treat! Cubby's offers specialty burgers and buffalo fries, which my husband and teenager enjoyed immensely. I have a personal problem with the number of counter-service restaurants in Utah, but this is one of the really good ones. read more

Wow- very surprised at the ratings. I work across the street and have been to this Cubby's 10+ times. I've loved it every time. The most wrong I have experienced was that my bun was slightly drier than normal. I get the Houdini almost every time.. It's hard to stray from one of the best burgers I've had. Wonderful tasting beef, thick bacon, mushrooms, Gouda, arugula, and garlic aioli sauce... Yum. The Houdini doesn't get the same attention as the other meals, but it is the best in my opinion. I've had the Dragon Slayer, Pikey, and other items. None are a 10/10 like the Houdini. To top the whole experience off - I also crave the buffalo bleu cheese fries. The bleu cheese is packed with flavor but not overbearing. It matches well with the buffalo sauce. Use a fork because it gets messy good. read more

So disappointed!!! For the amount of money it cost to eat here, I am so highly disappointed. Bathrooms were disgusting, no paper towels. No straws, no fry sauce. My milkshakes were just flavored milk, the burger was dry. This was my first time eating here, and will definitely be my last. Not impressed at all! read more

Personally, I feel cubby's is a little overrated. Lines are long and service is slow. You seem to sacrifice quality and taste for what you gain in price and "vibe". It's a cool kid crowd and for some reason most people overlook the actual quality in favor of a cool crowd. The steak sandwiches are good but there's something about the bacon bits in the sauce that give a strange texture. For the most part I enjoy all the salads and there are decent kid options. It's fine, just not what most people crack it up to be. read more

Quality has gone down a bit from their original store. For example, pre chopped ingredients, dried out buns, etc. compared to the nice big portobellos you used to have. Also the staff, and or store sometimes wreaks of arrogance on how awesome the owners seem to think they are. read more

I really enjoy the wild rice and kale salad & the sweet potato fries. However the last two times i've been here the customer services has been nothing short of lazy and rude. Both times I have come in the past 2 weeks I have had to walk up to the counter and ask for my salad to go because they took 25+ minutes to bring one salad out. The workers are not friendly and not helpful. Also the worker told me to stay away from one side of the restaurant because they were "cleaning the bathroom and it smells really bad". Sorry not something I want to hear when I'm about to eat. I will not be returning to this cubby's. read more

This place is ok. Ordering process is clunky and unusual and does not seem to be any benefit to the customer. Cubby's it is time to grow up and purchase some real card processing equipment, you are not some booth at a Farmer's Market. Burgers were good, I would give them a B+. Beef sandwiches and salads were meh and get a B-. read more

Cubby's is a go-to for fast-casual, high-quality-ingredient, made-with-care tasty food. Last time I went I got the beet & goat cheese salad, to which I added tri-tip steak, and (despite not really being a fry person) I got rosemary fries. I ate it so fast, I still remember feeling silly about it. What the person I was talking to must have thought of me! There was some citrus in the salad that was sweet and tasty. The goat cheese was present but not overly pungent. The beets were treated well. The fries--which are thin and well seasoned--stayed tasty, even when they got a little cold. In all, a totally pleasant experience that I would repeat. Cubby's seems like exactly the place I should love--and yet, somehow, it's only four stars for me. Maybe the food needs more acid (e.g., lemon juice? vinegar?)? Maybe the menu needs more spice or intensity or variety? Or something? I can't quite put my finger on it. The acid is a good idea. In my head, it's all just a teeny bit bland. But when faced with the need to eat out, especially if it needs to be fast, Cubby's is at the top of my list. Would all fast-casual restaurants be more like them. read more

Enjoyed a night out with family walking outside, at Luminara. The 10 adults and 9 kids went to Cubby's for dinner and to warm up. My wife and I were the last to order and noticed the French fries were sitting under the lamp the entire time we were waiting. We asked the young lady taking our order for 2 cups of chicken noodle soup, an order of sweet potato fries and an order of rosemary fries. We asked for fresh French fries and the young lady said ok. The young lady that asked if I would like a receipt to which I replied yes she asked me to indicate on the tablet how I would like my receipt. I indicated I would like a printed receipt at which time she said oh I can't do that. I told her I didn't wish to give her a email address I just wanted a receipt. She said the printer was down and there was nothing she could do, so I just let it go. Strangely, our food was delivered first before any of the other 17 people ahead of us in our group. As pictured - the cups of soup were half full. And the rosemary fries were cold. I brought the rosemary fries and the half a cup of soup to the counter and asked why there was so little in this portion? Another young lady asked the young man who is handling the soup and he replied well that was the last of the soup so I had to make it stretch. The other young lady said she would refund the soup and asked if I knew what my order number was. I told her I didn't get a receipt and I didn't recall what the order number was. She said well there's no way I could give you a refund unless I know what the order number was. I went back to my group and we figured out my order number and I came back to the counter where they refunded my soup. Again with no receipt though! I was given another cup of rosemary fries which were old and not very rosemary tasting and no longer worth my time chasing. The staff definitely needs training in giving better customer service. When interacting with disappointed customers Concern and sincerity would serve far better than carefree, matter of fact, oh well attitude. read more

It saddens me because it was once sooooo good. I think the popularity has made them loose sight. I've been here over 10 or 20 times, but the last two times just haven't been as good. Tonight 6-19-2015 at 7pm: cold sweet potato fries, and a 7 dollar burger that didn't come close to filling the bun. I was hungry going in but was so disappointed in the meal I stopped 1/2 way through to type this up. One more shot cubbys and your dead to me if your not back to your old ways. The owner reached out instantly after my 1 star review (good on him). The reason I rated the meal so harsh was two times in a row, the meal wasn't good. Look I've enjoyed cubbys many times but if people don't tell you when the ship is sinking, it just sinks. My point is this wasn't just a one time off night..... read more

I like Cubby's, but I rarely eat here because I'm a cheapskate at heart. Even with the option of being able to use Vivint meal tickets, I still head next door to get a "better" deal. I just don't think you get the most bang for your buck here. However, if I feel like splurging a bit and getting a bunch of fries to go with a tri-tip sandwich, then this would be the place for me. I really do like their tri-tip (since first trying it in Provo) and you get quite the amount of fries when you order them. I've also always liked the look and layout of Cubby's. read more

Love the one in provo, so we couldn't wait to try this one. Just as good! Yes, there are a few hiccups, they are training people and getting used to the new kitchen. Come on yelpers, they are brand new, give them a break. They have a chicken pesto sandwich that they dont have in provo that is to DIE for, I usually get the cokadoodledoo, their chicken is cooked to perfection and seasoned right. My hubby gets the tri tip which is the best ive had. We always share the buffalo blue cheese fries. So addicting. I get sweet potato fries every once in a while, which I usually hate but they do them perfectly. Their apple chicken salad is what I get when I want to be healthy, and its the best salad ive ever had. Hands down. Yes, its a little crazy with a bit of a wait, but give them a chance, they are still getting a hang of things. read more

If you like rude service and mediocre food this is the place for you. The sandwich bread is very dry, burgers have no flavor and you can find better salads ordering from a drive through window. Heading back. Crazy busy as before. I guess the word is out. Anxiously awaiting my Houdini. My wife was kind of mad last time at the lack of a kids menu...alas the TRex. Yay! This IS Utah. Wait, they are "out" of TRexes. Huh? Don't you just shape some more burgers? Disappointed. May be difficult to get the wife to come back (as she was underwhelmed by her beet salad last visit). Going to give the buffalo blue cheese fries a second chance.... Waiting...table next to is just got two TRex kids burgers delivered. Weird. Now the food. Dang. Was SOOOO excited for my Houdini but missed the mark tonight. Hamburger was way over cooked and dry and not sure the mushrooms actually made it on. The kids Houdinis came out as Gypsys so they are still waiting while mom and dad are done. The fries? Better. Not hot, but not undercooked tonight (for the most part). Really want to leave it with my initial five star rating, but underwhelmed tonight. Dang. Oh, and the kids are still waiting. Guess we'll have to head up to the counter. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Wrong a third time. Not even kidding. Wife ticked. Seven year old crying. Finally came out with a single one inch strip of bacon and a slice of cheese. Sigh. Five star went to three now a two.
