I love cubby's but this was by far the WORST service I have ever had. I ordered to go and waited for over a half an hour for my food. The last fifteen minutes I watched over a dozen times as employees passed my food and did not hand it to me. Then they didn't even give me all my food. Don't go here. read more

We love cubby's. My kids love the Mac and cheese and fries. My favorite is the tri tip salad- the dressing is to die for and the meat is so tender. Sweet potato fries are delicious and all their cookie sandwiches are home made and so yummy! read more

I still can't figure out why everyone 'raves' about Cubby's. I have been to locations in Provo, Lehi and American Fork and it never fails.....they all seem to be really messy. Dirty tables/dirty floors/dirty garbage stations. I usually get the apple pecan chicken salad and it has good flavor (especially w/ the mustard dijon dressing), BUT it is 80% mixed greens, 10% chicken & 5% grapes (cut in half). The lettuce/topping ratio is out of whack. The value is just not there. One positive thought.....Stick to the fries. They are consistently good. read more

You can't go wrong with Cubby's. There's something for everyone! I love the selection of salads. My personal favorite is the kale and wild rice salad. It's super filling and it's got phenomenal flavor! The tri tip steak sandwich is incredible as well. My husband gets this sandwich every time with a side of Mac and cheese and a whoopie pie (both are vastly underrated- they're so good!). We've tried a couple burgers and they're really, really good but feel a little overpriced. Make sure you grab some sweet potato or rosemary fries as well! read more

Had breakfast here this morning and it was excellent. I had the combo with two eggs, crispy bacon and Avocado toast. It was all good but the Avocado toast was over the top. I would come here just for the Avocado toast alone. All the menu items looked delicious and will have to come back to try more. My only negative issue was the staff was not super friendly and no interaction with the customer once you left the order counter. They did have a catering order they were getting out so that may have been the reason. If not for that I would have given the restaurant a 5 Star. read more

It was good but not necessarily something I would hurry back for. We had a couple different salads, dragon burgers and buffalo bleu fries. My wife liked the fries. The dragon burgers we "ok" - good meat but nothing so great as to bring me back anytime soon. Nice place, clean, friendly staff. Pretty pricey I thought, for what we had. read more

So disappointing... we have visited the Sugar House location several times and always been pleased but it's hard to find a redeeming value in Lehi's location. Ordering was fine once the manager asked one of th employees to turn on a register vs stand there and watch people. Only got worse from there... 1) Messy - our table was sticky and we had to wipe it down ourselves. Bathrooms were also terrible. 2) Food - Really bad. My Mr Beef was so salty it was near inedible, fries were old and kids meals (mac and cheese and burger) were tasteless. No next time for us at this location. read more

Tried this place for the first time today. I ordered the tri tip salad and the Gypsy. On the Gypsy the only good part was the meat and bun were a good quality. The bbq sauce was weak and sweet which they should have balanced out with a pickle or crispier patty. The bacon seemed like a poor quality. The onions were not Caramelized enough to pair with the bbq sauce. On the Tri Tip Salad the steak wasn't seasoned at all making it bland. The lemon Cilantro vinaigrette had a touch to much cilantro to taste. The other aspects of the salad worked together but the vinaigrette flavor and steaks blandness didn't make it a 4 star salad. The meal was also pretty price in comparison with other restaurants I've been to which have better burgers and salads. read more

My husband and I came here for the first time and loved it! We both got salads and they were amazing. Their sweet potato fries are bomb too! Can't wait to go back and try what else they have on the menu. read more

I love this place! The food was sooo delicious. I had a burger and mac and cheese. The burger was moist and flavorful. The mac and cheese tasted homemade, and I loved the bread crumb topping. My sister in law and I had the hardest time deciding where to go with our young kids, but I don't regret this decision at all! They gave the kids paper, color crayons and a Cubby's paper hat. The only thing I didn't like was that it was hard to find seating, but it makes sense since they are yummy! read more

SOOOO It's Wednesday July 5th and my mom and I came in because I really wanted a cheeseburger since I was craving it and we picked this place so my mom could try other things that weren't just a cheeseburger. So we enter and go through the line and begin our order. My mom ordered a salad specifically saying NO TOMATOES, and I go and order a cheeseburger with only Ketchup, Mayo, Lettuce, and Onions and that was it. So the food comes and my mom checks the salad and it HAD tomatoes so we had to send it back. I go and check the cheeseburger and it had tomatoes, mustard, and everything else that I didn't say I wanted. So BOTH ORDERS they got WRONG. It shouldn't have been that hard since we even repeated twice to make sure that she would get it. But now we are waiting AGAIN for our food to come when they could have gotten it right the first time. IT made it seem like they didn't care what we ordered and that they just wanted to be done and over with everything. VERY FRUSTRATING. read more

So good! Came here while visiting family, everyone said we had to go here, and we are so glad we did! We ended up squeezing in one more dinner here just before we left for the airport to head home to Texas. They use natural, organic ingredients, so they are a bit on the pricey end, but trust me, it's worth it. Probably the best burgers I have ever had. One time I did get their tri-tip steak sandwich per a friends advice and I didn't enjoy it at all... Sorry to the friend who recommended that.... But stick to their burgers and you won't be let down. The Dragonslayer and the Houdini were our faves! Their rosemary fries and their buffalo blue cheese fries are out of this world. Their sweet potato crinkle fries are so good too! Just get all three! LOL Try their coffee milkshake. It just has coffee flavoring, not actually coffee... Thank you! They really know how to cater to their market.... Hahaha! High-quality service, high-quality food, high-quality flavors. I am still dreaming of the amazing char on their burgers.... Fun fact, check out their website, their origin story is really cool! Excited to see their growth. read more

Cubby's - New American Near Me - Lehi, Utah

We're big fans of Cubby's, and eat there more than is probably socially acceptable. Hahaha Love their wild rice and kale salad, as well as their burgers and both kinds of fries! Our favorite are the buffalo bleu fries, but substitute for sweet potato fries. YUM!!! read more

i love cubby's. it doesn't matter if it's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there's something for everyone whether you're into burgers, fries, & shakes- or if you're a vegan wanting a delicious salad. i live in cedar hills so i've only ever been to the lehi & american fork locations, even though there's a lot more. i personally like the AF location more, food is consistently delicious & the staff is always phenomenal. the lehi locations food is not always consistently high quality and the staff is just okay. they're not awful- just not that great. on our most recent visit just this past week, my husband and i rolled up in here around 2:30-3:00 pm for a late lunch. it was the day before the holiday and the lunch rush was gone, the place was nearly empty. we went with the buffalo chicken salads, a side of maple sweet potato fries, mac n cheese, & the huckalala shake. the girl who took our order didn't really seem like she wanted to be there, which i can understand. however, the food took longer to come out than normal, which didn't make sense due to no one even being there. luckily everything was very delicious. all 4 things are my absolute favorites off the lunch/dinner menu. the kid who brought out our food literally walked past us about 5 times with our order, even though our number was clearly visible. he eventually walked back up front & asked, "hey, who is this even for again?" like c'mon dude- there's maybe one other person in the whole place. you couldn't have just asked the only ones waiting? while we were eating, we noticed the staff all in the back chatting & hanging out while one employee was busting his ass to clean the tables, floors, & take out all the trash. on our way out, he was the only one who acknowledged us and asked how our food was. i know it sucks to be high school/college aged and work a summer job, especially the day before a major holiday- but major props to this guy for being the only staff member to go above & beyond when no one else was! overall- this location is fine but i think I'll always prefer the AF one! read more

I hate when they ask for a tip before you even get your food. Also, if you don't give a tip they take FOREVER to get you your food and then they make it wrong. We like the food, it taste good. But it makes it awkward. read more

I've been here numerous times and it's typically very good. I brought my family for lunch before the rush started. This time was different. After ordering we waited twenty minutes for our food. No big deal. Then we ate. My tri-tip sandwich was cold, the inside bun soggy while the outside crust was an impenetrable shell protecting the beef from predators. My Mac and cheese was cold with soggy, ice-cold bread crumbs. My kids' fries were sad, soggy shoestrings. My wife's apple salad was so over dressed you'd think it was a guy wearing a tuxedo walking into a mud wrestling match. The grapes were twenty minutes shy of being raisins and the lettuce was about as wilted as a plant that has been sitting in the Arizona sun for three weeks without water. We typically love this place, but they really missed the mark today. read more

Great food. I have a huge battle every time we go on which items to order. You can't go wrong with any burger or sandwich. Dragonslayer is usually my top choice. You also will win big with any salad you go with, tri-tip steak salad is hard to beat though. Just be sure to leave room for sides. If you don't get the Mac'n cheese then you failed at life. Bread crumbs? Yeah, why would you not? Buffalo bleu cheese fries! Are you kidding? I need a nap before I leave but sweating due to over eating is okay once in a while right? Breakfast isn't bad either but sometimes a little light on gravy or syrup. I would give 5 stars if it was easier to find a seat. Always busy around lunch and in the evenings. Also wish there were more options on dessert. Highly recommend going here, any place with a menu item named "Heart Attack" is just a good idea. America! read more

We chose this restaurant because it was close to our hotel and had good reviews. It wasn't busy when we arrived and we walked straight to the counter to order. The cashier was friendly and apologized for being out of shakes. They might have been out because the workers ate them all. Open half eaten shake cups lined the back counter. Are workers even allowed to be eating milkshakes while not on break and preparing food? About 6 tables were occupied and we couldn't find a clean surface in the place. We found some napkins to wipe down tables in a crowded hallway nook near the drink vending. Get in line to get your drinks, forks, napkins and condiments. I actually hopped out of line to chase a worker down because they were out of condiment cups. It was easy to flag one down though. They were congregating and chatting together near the hallway. We ordered 2 salads and 4 sandwiches. We had to send 2 of the orders back since they got them completely wrong. Overall the food was good tasting. My salad had plenty of steak but barely anything else besides romaine. After eating, we cleared our tables but the tiny trash can hole was a challenge to properly discard all the paper trash that lines their wire baskets. The baskets are wider than the small hole making it impossible to not make a mess when throwing things out. I get the establishment hires young people so they can pay them a small wage but there are plenty of training opportunities for this owner. And overall, I found the experience underwhelming with poor execution. Oh, and when paying they ask you to leave a tip. I'm not sure what the tip is for. I ordered at a counter, I got my own utensils etc and then cleaned my table before and after I ate. read more

Tried Cubbys on a whim on our way back from Thanksgiving point. Overall would say it was a very average experience. Good: - Dragonslayer burger was pretty good. Not exceptional but better than average. -avacodo toast was good despite being fairly small in portion size - fries were on point - cool decor, and you can pat yourself on the back for being so woke as this place promises both grass fed and cage free food Bad: - the service was sloooooow. Took nearly 30 minutes to get our food despite only a few people in the restaurant and seemingly tons of workers milling around not doing much. - pretty pricey for the portion sizes Overall just ok for me. Recommend BGR in sugarhouse if you are looking for a premium burger experience. read more

The service at the Lehi location was sooo slow and 3/4 of the workers were just walking around talking and walking around doing nothing. They didn't even get my order right even after waiting 30 min for my food. read more

Burned fries. Wrong order. Slow service, even on a Tuesday night with no other orders before me. It's so strange to see so many employees and for food to take 20 minutes to be prepared... Parking is difficult, but manageable. I typically get burgers, but now I decided to get a raspberry salad. I must say next time I come back, I will definitely go for the salads. Not only was good, but the portion size was very decent. I do love the fries here, so that probably will be another side for me, but definitely will start trying out all the different salads that they have. read more

Food was decent, but the workers were very rude and didn't help us when we asked questions, and their card reader is very messed up as well

I've been a huge fan of Cubby's since the Provo location opened. Since I work at Thanksgiving Park, I was looking forward to this one opening. Despite all the places opening in the area lately, there is nothing that interests me. It's all chains putting out bad to mediocre food. This Cubby's has the potential to overcome the shortcomings of the provo location. The ordering window is set up nice, even though they ordering process is odd. The kitchen is big enough to put out enough food. That said, it suffers from the same slow service as Provo. If you show up early, you'll get a lunch and be out the door in a reasonable time. If not, you're in trouble. Like Provo, the food is excellent. They still need a way to get fries for a reasonable price, or perhaps a combo of some sort. They could use some better training as well. My order taker thought BBQ sauce was a default requirement for the Italian Beef and when I said no BBQ, but hot giardiniera, I ended up with nothing on the sandwich. I assume that won't last long. I've yet to try anything but the Italian Beef and Tri-tip, but I expect the other items are good too. read more

After a tremendously disappointing first try, I came back. They've had time, I thought. Certainly the kinks are worked out. It's not even 5:00pm. How bad can it be? Plus, I can always just get the gift card for a friend who eats at the other location if I have to bail out. Well, I left with the gift card, but just barely. I had to wait behind the guy who had been waiting for 10 minutes for his burger--the rest of the table has been served--and then wait while the next person asked a question about salad ingredients that no one seemed able to answer. Ten minutes later, the cashier was able to ask someone else if they had gift cards and how those might work. My transaction was interrupted by someone asking when his shakes might be ready. And this wasn't even peak time. Someday, I might try the food. For now, it still seems just more trouble than it could possibly be worth. BTW, the burger and the shakes still hadn't played when I left. read more

There are so many new places to try at Thanksgiving Point! The tri-tip sandwich was really good here. My high expectations were off the chart which can lead to disappointment but how can you go wrong with tri-tip topped with bacon and just a little barbq sauce? As good as the sandwich was the Buffalo fries will be what brings me back! Just fries served with a crazy good sauce. The menu wall is just as annoying as reviews detail. At night it was difficult to see and mostly ineffective. Service was lack-luster. It wasn't extremely busy the night I visited. I ordered takeout, arrived promptly at the time given, paid and waited another :20 while people walked in, ordered and were served prior to receiving my meal. Frustrating because it would have been :10 quicker had I walked in and ordered rather than call ahead. I was offered a free cookie for the delay but it didn't make up for the wait. There are many food options so parking can be really difficult at busy times of the day. Heads up the bill for a sandwich and fries was around $15. Food quality 4.5, service 3, value 3 = 3.5 stars read more

Tri tip sandwich was a disappointment. The steak was not very tender and the bread was soggy, like it had been sitting there for 10-15 min before I ordered it. Top it off with an order of buffalo fries that were cold... The employees were distracted and unattentive. Where is the manager? read more

Cubby's - The salad I ordered with no cheese.. covered in cheese - New American Near Me - Lehi, Utah

Finally got to try Cubby's after anxiously awaiting their opening in Lehi for months. I kept meaning to try the one in Provo but never got the time to make the trip out there. They weren't very busy given that it was their opening day... I hope that isn't a bad omen for them. Overall impressions: the tri-tip steak sandwich I had was pretty good. I got it "bacon bleu" style. Also had the rosemary peppered fries, and some of Cubby's awesome fry sauce. While I've had better tri-tip sandwiches before, this one was still pretty solid. I might've considered giving these guys 5 stars but the service at the counter was awful. The girl ringing people up was SO SLOW. It took her forever to do everything. There was hardly anyone in front of me and it still took forever before it was my turn to place my order at the register. If it had been super busy I could have been more forgiving, but it was pretty dead in there and it still took way longer than it should have. I'll probably be back; I just hope the counter service is better next time. read more

The tri tip salad was pretty good just needed a ton of more stuff (like more tomatoes, feta, anything rather then just there spring lettuce). It was mixed w/the vinaigrette lemon dressing but because I thought it was so bland I needed to mix it up w/ jalapeño ranch (which made it really good). For the price of $8.99 I would think the salad would come w/ a lot more vegetables. The buffalo chicken salad was a definite no go! Just tasted like buffalo sauce which I felt was overly salty (but again I don't like salt). The fries came out as good as they looked on the pictures but unfortunately did not taste as good. This place is busy busy so obviously they are doing something right. I feel like I am a food snob so my taste buds are a lot more pickier then others. The ambiance is great. The staff is friendly and I probably would come back again if a friend wanted to try this place out. read more

I'm not one who likes to review or complain. But.....it was our first time dining at a Cubby's. Unfortunately, I am not sure what all the hype is about! $30 for two, and I ordered a kids meal and waters. A grilled cheese by Cubby's definition is literally a dry bun, a piece of melted cheese with a smear of mayo. This is NOT a grilled cheese, can we at least call it what it is? A bun with melted cheese. The Dragon burger, although tasty, is something you can get elsewhere and not worth the $10+ price tag. Bathrooms could use some love and please clean the back of the chairs. Eek! read more

Much, much, much better! I am glad businesses like this one listen to constructive feedback and actually does something with it. These guys listened and have improved since my last visit. They fixed the issue with being able to see the main menu and they organized the ordering line a bit more. Things made more sense and seemed to flow a lot better. This time I tried their Houdini burger and it was FANTASTIC! The burger was juicy and full of flavor with toppings like portabella mushrooms, bacon and a garlic aioli sauce. If you haven't tried it yet, you are totally missing out. I went during the the lunch rush again and it was even more busy then last time and it only took about 10 minutes to get my to-go order which is still not bad. Based off of the extended menu they still look like they are going to add more options like breakfast, and I can't wait since we need a good breakfast place out in this area. After my latest experience there is no question on whether I will revisit. There are plenty of other items on the menu to try out, maybe next time the Dragonslayer? read more

Food is just horrible. How do people give this place any kind of rating or rave about the menu here? The first bratwurst (Schindler) my wife was served was cold in the middle. Health hazard and gross. The 2nd one tasted like the Brat had turned. Couldn't eat it. Fries aren't crispy. Just soggy and sort of warm. Buffalo blue cheese sauce is bad. My tri trip salad was ok. Nothing to rave about. Decent cheerful service but not super fast. I'll pass on Chubby's. Much better options. read more

I went there last weekend with my wife. She ordered a hamburger, and I got the tri-tip sandwich. We thought our sandwiches were good, nothing to write home about, but pretty good. They were a bit much on the price. I would think that Moochies would be better for a steak sandwich and Five Guys make a better burger for less money. The real issue with our meal was the fries and the service. The fries didn't seem to be fresh cut, but frozen. That or they were left under the lamp for way too long as they were mushy and tasted exactly like so many other places that just buy frozen pre-cut fries and fry them. The worst part of our experience was that when our server delivered the fries, they were the buffalo sauce and we had ordered the ones with the BBQ sauce on them. We pointed this out to the server and he said he'd take care of it. When he returned, it was obvious to us that he had simply taken the fries back and squirted them with the BBQ sauce. So instead of the fries we had ordered, we got this soggy mess of buffalo wing and BBQ fries. I simply can't believe that the server thought we wouldn't notice. read more

I have a cubby's near my work and I meant to check them out. But it wasn't until I dropped my son off at a birthday party near a cubby's and had. Thing to do that I finally went there. It was morning, so I went with the avocado toast and a breakfast burrito. That avocado toast was good enough that I craved it for weeks afterward. The breakfast burrito? Well, if I have time in my workday to sneak down the street before lunch, I'll grab one. I'll do proteins style, which adds steak. They also have a bunch of other breakfast items so suit every taste. Since then I've been there for burgers, and they are good. It's a bit spendy for a burger, but better than most. If you are looking for "quality" fast food, this is a good place to go. Just be warned, it's not fast. It's fresh. Even calling ahead for takeout you will spend 15 minutes waiting. read more
