Immediately afterward, I discovered that my car alarm was no longer working. I had never experienced any issues with it before, and the problem occurred after the windshield replacement. When I returned right away, I explained what had happened and asked them to take responsibility. Instead, they denied causing the damage and told me I would have to take the vehicle to an alarm shop to have it fixed. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability. I explained that the issue had never existed before and that I believed it happened when the alarm was handled, but my concerns were dismissed. Now I'm left with another problem and an additional expense that could have been avoided if they had simply taken responsibility and addressed the issue. PLEASE be very careful when choosing this business. If something goes wrong during your service, don't expect them to take responsibility for the damage. DON'T GO THERE.

They look up your VIN and can give you an estimate quickly without even bringing in your vehicle. They ask for a down payment upon scheduling your appointment. I hear they take walk-ins and same day for folks with smaller repairs. We needed our entire windshield repaired, so there's that. Which I told him to tint over which I've done in the past at other places. Then he proceeds to tell me they are gonna charge by the hour now. This place does work or kicks up the price at every turn . But what's funny is that a buddy of mine submitted a review just like im doing and now he's getting calls from this shop and is noticing the same truck and car parked out front of this establishment passing by slowly at his house. Im guessing it's a scare tactic. But one thing is bad service and the other is becoming a threat at your place of resident. We're both legal to carry and im not sure how bad these guys want employee of the month but they are gonna find out if they keep it up.
