He kept in touch via text, providing updates for his arrival time as it was a busy summer day with a lot of road construction going on in the neighborhood. The procedure to open the car took less than five minutes, and the tech was personable during the procedure. Price was fair for me making a bone-headed mistake. Should I have another momentary lapse in memory in the future, I would certainly call Ian's again, and I highly recommend their services if you find yourself in a similar situation.
