Simply called trying to ask if they cut keys for a 2008 range for since mine had detached from my fob. The person who answered the called was rude as f*ck. he asked the year make and model in which I told him a 2008 Range Rover Supercharged. Then he proceeds to say "that still doesn't tell me anything" like wtf?? that legit just told you everything. He just pissed me off quick, didn't get a chance to experience the great service I heard about with this place. unfortunately I won't be recommending them to anyone. Poor customer service. I locked myself out of my house today and contacted another locksmith who told me they would call me back in 5 minutes. They never did and I spent an inordinate amount of time waiting. In the cold. I finally gave up and called Angie at 515. I had a crew at my house within the hour. They were personable, knowledgeable and professional. They had my door open in just a few minutes. Great people. Family owned business. Very friendly and got the job done quick. Fair prices. I lost my car keys and previously had my steering column replaced. The other locksmiths I talked to said they couldn't assist. 515 was upfront and gave me prices if it was able to make a duplicate key successfully and a price if they couldn't. They got it to work. The only place in town to get one was the dealer and it was going to take a week to get and in calling other locksmiths no one could help, they suggested the dealer also. I called 515 and they said no problem. Angie and Hector showed up and walah new key without a week wait. I do not have enough good things to say!!! From the first phone call to the rekeying of 5 locks, expectations were exceeded. My experience was every bit as good as the online reviews indicate. They were prompt, professional, personable and clearly knew their business while doing it all at a very reasonable price. However, when I locked myself out of my newly keyed house at 10 o'clock that same night, that is when they showed what truly nice and generous people they are. They took my call and within minutes drove across town to make sure that I could get in my house yet that night. Somehow, despite the fact that they were just returning to their home from a long days work, they could not have been nicer about the entire thing. They refused to accept payment for this additional late night service while joking that they were also giving me "an additional 7th lucky key." Who does that these days? There is no question that I would have given them 5 stars and a glowing review even before I locked myself out but if you want to do business with good people who will provide excellent service then I cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

I like a moron locked my car in my garage. And I along with everyone else could not live without my car. So I called and left a voicemail with my info and within minutes I got a call from Angie. She had all the answers, and was incredibly helpful. She gave me a 30 minute window to arrive and within 35 minutes she was calling to let me know she was there. Once they got there, they were super polite and before I could blink the lock was picked and my sanity returned. All for a modest price. As if having to drive a rental due to a recent car accident isn't stressful enough, I locked myself out of my house the other night - I grabbed the rental car key but not my house keys and as soon as I shut the door, I knew what I had done. I have 7 copies of my key distributed among friends and family members but after many frantic calls, no one could remember where their copy was other than one guy who was out of state for work. I tried a few possible options to enter my house but it just wasn't going to happen without causing some serious damage. I went to Google and searched for a locksmith who was available at 9pm on a Friday night. There are a few options in town so I read through some reviews and decided to call 515 Locksmith. I could not have made a better decision considering the miserable predicament I had got myself into. Angie was very kind and professional on the phone - she even encouraged me to call around to other locksmiths if I wanted to but stated they were only about 10 minutes away so it would be very convenient for them to head on over. I decided to enlist their services and it seemed like they pulled in moments after our call ended. Hector and Angie went through the motions to unlock my door swiftly and without any damage or scratches. They got along very well as he was training her on the process. He said he wants her to be able to help people in the event he is occupied with another task. I get pretty emotional and stressed out in these kind of situations but I was put at ease talking with them and ended up thankful to have met these guys. I offered my debit card right away but they wanted to be sure the service was completed satisfactorily before accepting payment. Great service! Very friendly and courteous. They unlocked my car quickly and professionally. Their price was cheaper than most other locksmiths. I called a scam locksmith before them who said it was $15 dollars to unlock my car and then they wanted to charge me $165. The guy was not professional looking and I kept getting an answering service when I called back to find out where they were because I was waiting for two hours and they kept saying they would send a different locksmith out to help me. After that I called 515 Locksmith and spoke to the owner Hector and he came out within the hour and stuck to the price he gave me over the phone. Definitely will call him again. read more
