Reached out Monday morning around 6:30 AM. Response time mentioned roughly 4 hours, it is about 3 days past what I expected and still no response from the owner or company. Please consider this locksmith first before *any* other in Des Monies, as we've called every other "24/7" outfit and they never even answered.. I actually think it was a good thing they didn't, as I doubt they would've put forth the effort Ryan did at 3am trying to recover our keys, locked in the trunk. Fast and friendly. Excellent work! I bought a wireless deadbolt lock for my front door at a big box store for Ryan to install. He did a great job improving the operation of the lock making it even smoother than my last one. The lock itself has a defect with one operation and Ryan even came back just to double check that there wasn't anything he could do to make it work. These locks literally have a chip board in them these days so a lot that could go wrong unfortunately. Ryan was great and definitely wanted to make sure he did all he could for me! Fast service at 6 AM especially in the bitter cold of -35 degree wind chill. Ryan came quickly and did a great job getting the door unlocked as I was completely locked out of the house and garage in the freezing weather. He offered for me to warm up in his car as well. Ryan completed the job by going and purchasing another deadbolt and door knob to replace the one he had to saw off to get the door open (just too cold to fix any other way). He also made sure both locks worked great before he left. I would call him again and will let others know about his great service.
