Bailey responded to my deadbolt repair quote request promptly with a few questions that allowed him…read moreto provide a quote for service. He came to my home the same day and when entering he took off his shoes and got right to work. He had all the tools required. He was able to fix the deadbolt vs replacing with new hardware. But he also offered to swap it with the deadbolt from a less used door for my peace of mind. He was in and out in less than 30 min, would have been faster if we didn't swap deadbolts. Since he did not require a new deadbolt, he adjusted his price accordingly. Good service, I would definitely call again and recommend his service.

Stupidly locked my key fob in my car after an oil change and had to call a locksmith to come open…read morethe car. Ian's was highly recommended on Yelp, and I see why. Gave them a call, the guy took some information and got the address, and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He kept in touch via text, providing updates for his arrival time as it was a busy summer day with a lot of road construction going on in the neighborhood. The procedure to open the car took less than five minutes, and the tech was personable during the procedure. Price was fair for me making a bone-headed mistake. Should I have another momentary lapse in memory in the future, I would certainly call Ian's again, and I highly recommend their services if you find yourself in a similar situation.
