The latest one was today, for a 10am call. It's 11:28am. Nobody called or reached out; I had to call three different times to get someone live on the phone who didn't see me in the schedule. However, she was able to tell that someone called me on Tuesday and left me a voice mail asking if I wanted them to stop by since they were in the area anyway. So, the natural question I had to ask, "So, I was in the system, right?" I assume he wasn't stopping by to be social. She said it was likely but she didn't know. If anyone knows of a better security company out here, please let me know. I have been dealing with this nonsense for over three years.

It has taken over two months of phone calls, emails and multiple requests to get an issue basically unresolved. They must be so busy that they don't need additional customers. The request was simple. We purchased a business already using their services. All we wanted to do was get the services put in our name. They wanted over $5000 to upgrade a system that was already working. And that wasn't even a full upgrade. That was the bare minimum upgrade. Per Mar employees would call me and tell me they could do it. Then they would call me back and tell me they couldn't. Then a different employee would call me back and say let's sign up. Then another employee me would call me back and tell me they actually can't sign me up. I tried and tried and tried to give them my business. Unfortunately they don't want it. And I definitely don't recommend calling them. The sad part for them is that I would have paid for the upgrade if they had just transferred services from one business owner to the next giving us the opportunity to work with them. Instead, I will tell everyone what a train wreck Per Mar Security is.

Charge $250 to come and fix it. During a storm this summer power went out. TV and internet came back up automatically once the power came back on but not their system. They charge another $250 to come and get it back up and running. Got my new invoice for the coming year it was too high for someone on social security like me to afford. So told them to discontinue the AP services at the end of the month when what I am already paid up to is over but they cancelled it the same day which means even though I am paid up for another 15 days on the AP service, I no longer have it. Will be interesting to see on the 20th whether they take out the $600 or $300. Worse experience ever!!!

He made appointments that he never kept and had no concerns about keeping us waiting multiple occasions. We've been trying for over a week to have them come out a remove the system but their customer service is equally as inconsiderate and unable to meet the appointments either. Without our knowledge they signed us up with a finance company. We can't even get into the app because they never completed any customer education as to the use of the system. Their installation was shorty as well. The keyless entry has three places to be bolted in place, only one is used, the outside front door bell is installed with the wiring on the outside of the exterior siding so anyone could cut it off and render the security useless. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the State Attorney General as well as the company's CEO and a less than positive rating on Google.

I got to find this out today when I called to cancel and was informed of the 5 year contract. I would have never signed up if I was properly informed of a 5 year commitment. 5yrs * $70=$4200. you could buy 6-8 firearms for that price. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE!!!! CHEAP SALES TACTICS!!!

He came to my home the same day and when entering he took off his shoes and got right to work. He had all the tools required. He was able to fix the deadbolt vs replacing with new hardware. But he also offered to swap it with the deadbolt from a less used door for my peace of mind. He was in and out in less than 30 min, would have been faster if we didn't swap deadbolts. Since he did not require a new deadbolt, he adjusted his price accordingly. Good service, I would definitely call again and recommend his service.
