Meet the Manager: Shepard L.
Before starting this company, our owner spent years working under other garage door outfits — and got tired of watching customers get talked into repairs they didn't need. So he set out to do it differently: diagnose the real problem, quote it honestly, and fix it right the first time. That mindset still drives the business today. He stays hands-on in the day-to-day, from training techs to checking in on jobs, because he'd rather build long-term trust with customers than chase a quick sale.
