They responded about a week later and made me feel like I was incredibly stupid to ask for it. Pointed out leaf litter in an existing downspout and chided me for not cleaning the gutters (I had just done so about a week and a half prior). Told me they probably didn't have the same color. Turns out they did, even though it was about an inch larger than the existing downspouts. It's comparatively massive. Poor customer service. All I wanted was one more downspout installed. Happily paid for it even though the treatment I received was not warranted.
