Went down to talk and see what was going on, showed them that the parts have not been tampered with since they had the truck. I could possibly see what the gentleman was talking about with not being able to get the alignment exactly right due to control arm length. However, they supposedly "got it right" the first time, but now they are saying they couldn't. Then, to reiterate, called me a liar saying I changed control arms after the alignment. Because that makes sense to do. They still would not own up to any mistakes. Refused to warranty any tire, tried to sell me on parts, upsell me on new tires and simply would not make it right. However, I took my wheels off the other day and the torque spec from Toyota is 97 LB FT for aluminum wheels They torqued my aluminum wheels to well over 150lb Ft. 2 years ago I ran a marathon and last year I deadlifted 550lbs so I'm a fit person and I had to use a breaker bar on my lugs. Absolutely absurd, I hope they didn't torque my wife's wheels that much cause there is no shot she's getting her wheeel off on the side of the road if she gets a flat.
