Wow! Talk about EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I came in at 8am when opened and brought in my 8month old and 3 yr old. They quickly greeted me, helped me in the door to get out of the cold. I came in with two brands of tires in mind and they compared the two of safety, cost and longevity. Within 40 minutes I had picked out the set of 4 tires, paid and was out. Went to the Discount Tire off Bromley Lane in Brighton. I arrived at 5pm and the store closed at 6pm and I only needed a tire rotation. I was told it would be a 3 hour wait by Domingo (employee) and he tried to persuade me from having my vehicle checked. I told him I've never been told it would be a 3 hour wait and that I've always been seen - especially with 1 hour left before close. He said he would put my name on the waiting list. After 30 minutes, I spoke to another associate to see the status of my car. The other associate stated I was not on the waitlist and he would put me on the list at that moment. He then apologized for the issue and said it would be a 1 hour wait. I wanted to put this info on here to let people know this is unacceptable from a company I have done business with for over 15 years! I'll make sure to NOT go to this location again! read more

I brought my vehicle in to have four new tires installed. Before the install all tires were holding pressure just fine and no issues to the vehicle beforehand. This morning I get into my car and overnight my tire had gone flat. Odd to say the least. I bring it back and I am informed of a crack in my rim. Discount placed the blame on me driving home 5 minutes away and hitting a pothole. They washed their hands of any damage they caused to my vehicle because it is high end. My husband found a sale and talked me into trying Les Schwab, I regret it!. The Saturday it was snowy I ran over a metal rod in a store parking lot near Les Schwab and my tire was loosing air fast. I can actually hear the air seeping out and was scared to drive home. When I drove over and told them my situation, I was told that they close in 40 minutes and they can't help me. Suggested I leave my car there until Monday and find a way home. Keep in mind I bought my tires there with a warranty less than a month earlier. Pretty irritating when i get a text saying "your tire is ready for pickup" and when i show up, the tire is still flat and no-one ever looked at it. They removed and cleaned all corrosion from the inside of the wheels, then inspected, resealed and balanced the tires for free! I despise this place! Less than two months ago, I brought my car in with a nail in my tire. After waiting for two hours, I was told it was patched. Crazy that my daughter walks out to try and "see the patch" and says "hey! They didn't take out the nail!" Sure enough....Nail is still there and no signs of a patch at all!
