This review is for an informative conversation with Mike - not actual work being done:…read more I called on a Saturday morning to inquire about installing a woodstove using an existing chimney that has a less-than perfect flue / flue tiles. Though he specializes in wood fireplaces and would not be able to assist with my request at this time, he spent quite some time on the phone with me answering the many questions I had about my fireplace, and how I might be able to get it up to snuff. So rare to find a professional who is willing to give such detailed advice with no monetary gain for himself, and it was very obvious that he really knew what he was talking about. I may change my fireplace to a wood burner at a future date, and if I do, I will absolutely give this man my business. My gut tells me that anyone else wouldn't regret doing the same. I recommend Strictly Chimneys for sure!

Angel and his team, including Tom and Patrick, are great to work with. They were honest, explained…read morethings thoroughly and provided options. They were never pushy and provided fair pricing. We decided to install a wood insert in our fireplace and they provided the dimensions so that we could shop for the insert we wanted and order it for them to install. Once the insert and surround were delivered, the team came out and professionally installed the new liner, insert, surround and backplate as well as a new chimney cap and cemented areas of the chimney that needed it. Once the install was complete, Tom came the next day for final inspection. Prime Chimney was very respectful of our home, cleaned up afterwards and answered any questions we had. We will definitely use Prime Chimney for all our fireplace needs going forward and highly recommend!!

Around a year ago it became evident that we needed some chimney work. As it turned out we also needed a new roof, which needed to be done before the chimney work. So we didn't get back to Revival until our roof was repaired and it was about a year after we received the quote from Revival. Upon contacting Revival, through their scheduling system, Gary came out again as expected to review the situation again, and then through their scheduling system schedule the work to be done. The work was excellently done by Gary and one of his associates, as expected, and not only that but the original 1 year old quote was honored. Revival gets a 5 out of 5 from me.
