Filed complaint with the DCP and they also did not respond to the DCP, they appear to not be licensed, others should file with the DCP as well. Reviews on BBB show similar scamming complaints.They have other small claims against them, and judicial cases, and appear to have not appeared to court in many cases.

If you have will call for your propane service you had better start calling for a refill while your tank is still half full. You need to call, email, call, and email again to get a response and if you're lucky, they'll show up and charge you twice the going rate for propane in the state. Probably because they're losing business left and right. Everyone I know is jumping ship for other companies because they're unreliable and also underhanded in their billing. Do yourself a favor and go find another propane supplier. There are plenty of them out there that are a lot easier to deal with than Hocon.
