They had just opened, and the moment we walked in, we were hit with the incredible aroma of fresh donuts. The selection was overwhelming (in the best way), and I wanted to try every single one. We started with the crème brûlée, pistachio, and Nutella donuts. I inhaled the pistachio one the second we stepped outside -- it was heavenly. We savored the other two throughout the day, and they were just as amazing. It was so good, we had to come back before closing and grabbed six more. Totally worth it. Each donut is $6.50 CAD (about $4.64 USD), and every bite is worth every cent. If you're in Toronto and love donuts, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Highly, highly recommend!

We stopped by this morning right when they opened and were immediately hit with a delicious, fresh baked good smell! There were sooo many delicious donuts to pick from! Everything was fresh... they were still making donuts in the back. We opted for a black forest cherry donut and it tasted just like the dessert! This donut was filled with a delightful chocolate cream and had all the toppings. We would certainly go again! FYI... There is no place to eat the donut inside.

We had the trio, which is 6 small donuts for each flavour of cinnamon, lemon curd, and original glaze, totalling 18 donuts. It was $20 after tax. They were just as I remember. Super soft, warm, and delicious. The cinnamon and lemon curd were my favourites. We had most of them right there, but they heat up just the same in the microwave. We were the only people there so service was very fast and friendly. Is it kind of expensive at $1 per mini donut? Definitely. But for a special treat, and when I consider that special bubble teas are now $9, it seems in line with general pricing. I haven't had any other donut that has this type of texture and flavour, they're almost like those mochi donuts. The custard centre texture is what makes them so special. Would recommend!

Compared with the real artisanal donuts I have tried elsewhere, these don't feel particularly unique. I've ordered the Nutella Bomb, Crème Brûlée , Boston Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake, and the Strawberry Maritour. They all seem to use the same base donut, cut it in half, add a bit of whipped cream and fruit, then switch things up with different glazes or a sprinkle of icing sugar. The result is a lot of "same donut" with a similar texture and overall mouthfeel, just with slightly different flavors. Sadly, I would not go back, simply because when you spend $45 on six donuts, you should expect good individual uniqueness, and I have had better-made treats with far better value for the price elsewhere.

Just had brunch, so even tough we were full, we really wanted to have some donuts from COPS, the sun was sunning and there was no line, life was great! We were welcomed right away as we walked in, though our tummies were full, we still were able to squeeze in a little sweet treat a quick look at the menu as we walked in and picked a 6-pack of cinnamon sugar. Grabbed a seat along the bench (no tables) and we nommed on a couple before we were on our way again. I can say the donuts are amazing when eaten fresh, but they also taste pretty great even if you're not able to enjoy them right away, so definitely check them out if you're in the neighbourhood!

Everything is baked fresh daily, and they sell out quickly. Ignore the "close time" on the website and Google Maps because they close whenever they sell out of donuts for the day. As a small business, Fab's Donuts has a community, mom-and-pop shop feel upon entering (friendly service). Some of the donuts they offer are quite unique, such as Biscoff and Oreo (topped with actual Biscoff and Oreo cookies), and donuts topped with M&M pieces or mini Reese's butter cup (for the peanut butter lovers). Their donut offerings encompass a variety of traditional donuts (with humble toppings such as cinnamon sugar, rainbow sprinkles (Homer Simpson's Donut), and chocolate dip), donuts filled with creamy fillings (Boston cream and éclair), creatively unique donuts (such as the one with crème brûlée coating), and fritters (apple fritter and banana fritter).

I tried the Chocolate Cream Filled ($3.99) which is a big fluffy yeast donut with chocolate on top and is filled with whipped cream. It's like a round eclair, lol. The layer of chocolate was thick, which I liked. The amount of whipped cream inside was also good, not stingy. These donuts are big and substantial, yet so soft. I'm a fan. The crazy thing is that Bloomer's outdoes most of its competition, vegan or otherwise, and I'd go so far as to say they've got some of the best donuts in the city. On this particular occasion, I got to try their Red Velvet and Pistachio cream filled offerings. Both donuts are almost intimidatingly large but that's never stopped me before. They're excellent. I especially loved the Red Velvet, as it contained the flavor I associate with that type and was full of delectable cream filling. I really appreciated that neither donut was too sweet. The Pistachio was terrific, too. Bloomer's is great, and it still blows my mind that they're completely vegan!
