There was minimal wait time when we arrived for our scheduled appointments, and we were in and out in less than an hour. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Blood is currently being tested for coronavirus antibodies (among other things, surely) and results will be available in the app within 7-10 days. Definitely a great bonus of donating blood right now, if you're eligible!

I wouldn't hesitate to go there again, and I'll recommend them without hesitation to anyone who asks.

I've been bringing my family here for over 15 years because they do receive quality care and can be…read moreseen for sick visits very quickly. However, my biggest issue that seems to be becoming worse as time goes by is the inaccurate coding for our visits that leave me with higher bills and unnecessary copayments. Every time I take one of my children in for a simple flu shot, it gets charged as a sick visit and I receive a bill. Even when I try to address the problem before the appointment! I then have to call billing and explain there is no copay for preventative care. It gets taken care of, but it's seriously every single time. I also feel as though they use "creative" charges to "up sell" annual well-visits. At my daughter's last well-visit, we ended up with a copay because the new dr wasn't comfortable with one of the results. Then I had to schedule a follow-up (with yet another copay) only to have the regular doctor ask me "why is she here, she passed everything". It's a tough decision to stay any longer because I trust their care but not their business practices.

I find my children's vaccination records, upcoming and previous visits, prescriptions, medical professionals who have provided care for my children from all the different facilities. Dr. Mcfadden is great! She has a warm and caring bedside manner approach and is a fantastic active listener. The office is large and I have never had issues with parking. The nurses are sweet and I feel the staff offer quality service. My son 3, once injured his forehead (huge bump and slight bleed) playing with friends. I called the practice and was able to do an assessment with a RN over the phone saving us a trip to the ER or Urgent Care. I definitely recommend.

I am a parent of children who are patients of this particular facility. I was told this new…read morefacility would be larger and accommodate more people. All it did was prove to sure up their existing business model. After calling early in the morning and being told I would get a call back about my daughter being seen. Let me restate... my children's only pediatrician is CHOP. They were born in a CHOP hospital and have only seen CHOP pediatricians from this office for their entire lives so don't believe the hype they literally treat everyone this awful. I didn't get a call back until 3pm! And when I requested an appointment I was told that if I could go to urgent care... There is literally no point to having a doctor who's only recommendation is to go to urgent care when you are sick. I am a fully grown adult person... I am aware emergency rooms exist and urgent care exists. I don't need that kind of help. This was not an emergency but is something that a doctor should look at to keep from it getting so bad I actually do need to take my child to the emergency room. I am switching from CHOP. These large hospital systems don't care about people... they care about money. I would hope that since they deal with children that would not be the case. Yet again my optimism was misplaced. Awful

They are also flexible and will work with you if there is a scheduling conflict or issue. Don't come in without a mask... it is clearly posted on the door & you will be politely asked to put one on! I have been doing physical therapy here for almost 3 months now & have met almost all the therapists at this facility. Everyone is always pleasant and says hello. I have never seen anyone with an attitude or grumpy or snappy when speaking to anyone. And also, since the age of the patients is usually older than many of the employees, I have never heard anyone (including myself) spoken to in a condescending way. Every therapist follows the assigned program, with slight variations based on ability & tolerance, & progress. They all seem to be genuinely caring, and take time to ask questions & listen to each person's concerns. I have never been pushed so far as to result in pain or injury. A couple of times I had an issue with low blood sugar. I was never made to feel like I had to rush & get myself together, which I greatly appreciated. I was shown kindness & care. The atmosphere is very clean, workout friendly and uplifting with various playlists in the background. The equipment is usually wiped down by an employee right after a client's use. Everything is orderly, and the site can accommodate numerous clients. I would definitely recommend this business to others, and return!

Dr. Bickel went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable, explaining everything, answering our questions, and just being a truly personable and approachable practitioner.
