If you don't want to work with the public then you are in the wrong profession. My husband is in great shape works out and eats healthy. They are going to deny him to give blood because they claimed he had a heart arithmetic and he is not allowed to give blood. this was a bold face lie!! they wanted to leave and not attend to him because he does the power red.. he rescheduled and was taken on Monday in collingswood with no problem. I submitted a request for an appointment at StemExpress online and received a call minutes later. I was able to set up an initial appointment for that day. I wasn't sure what to expect walking in but the decor was very clean and welcoming! The staff was super friendly and offered me snacks. I filled out my paperwork and was taken right back. The initial draw was a normal amount for tests. The whole process was super quick and I was really impressed with the entire experience.

Walking in, I was greeted and provided with the absolute best service you could get while sitting still for two to three hours. I mentioned that I had an issue before with my return arm and they decided to flip arms and even use a different vein. It was actually so much more comfortable for me, for this long process. I think this will be my new location going forward.
