I asked had he looked at the X-rays I had given them at the front desk upon my arrival. He said no not yet. So he hurriedly squeezed some spots on my arm, wrist & hand scribbled some stuff on a pad & rushed back out of the room. He didn't say I'm going to check the X-rays I'll be right back nothing!! I'm scared now!! DO NOT COME HERE!! HORRIBLE, YOU WAIT FOR HOURS!! THEN THE DR RUSHES IN & OUT!! NOT ATTENTIVE AT ALL!!

They even DID the knee replacement! Still as long as a xray looks ok, they' don't care how you FEEL! No further investigation and a delayed diagnosis from 3B and now my left prosthetic has to be revised or replaced. Then the natural knee. SAME SCENARIO. They wouldn't listen or investigate into WHY I was having pain and problems. They just said arthritis. So now this knee is not only hyperextending, but has developed a knock knee disfigurement. Both have joint effusion. Bakers cysts and both my quads and it bands have tendonosis. 3B did not pick up on ANY OF IT!! My quality of life has been and is awful because of THEM!!! Unless you like ego maniac / dismissive drs DONT GO HERE. THE WORST PART IS THEY ARE SOOOO PROTECTED by that word "Practice". I can't even put into words that anger I have for this practice. Yet they go on their happy little lives with zero accountability for this. I need both knees done asap!!! They don't care!!!!! #yourjustajointto3B

Despite that, the billing reflects much longer visit times, resulting in extremely high charges for what feels like minimal care. I've seen three different doctors here, hoping for better results, but my condition has not improved at all. It feels like a revolving door with no real solutions. Overall, the experience has been frustrating, expensive, and ineffective. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for attentive or meaningful care.

I could tell that they were American and speaking English, but nothing more than that because they were speaking at hyperspeed, like the rapid fire notices at the end of a commercial with information they have to provide by law. I have no idea what this person said. Communication in medicine is vital, as is respect for patients. I got neither. With this bad first impression, I'll have to talk to my doctor about other options.
