We're comming on over a year plus of me donating my plasma at The B Positive Glassborro NJ location. With that being said no matter what I may ever be going through on my personal time... Lauren and Sasha are always there respectfully to greet me as I enter the doors. Heading back to the Bays , Ivory and Latisha always come through often with checking up on my well-being weather they're the ones that stick/ set me up or not. It's just a genuine sense of care and compassion that seems to almost be priceless in my opinion ! As far as being stuck with that Gentle Giant of a .17 needle ive become extremely comfortable with Josie and Haley as my go to women when Jacquies occupation as a Lead deems her to busy to handle my toddler like needs lol. Overall as long as the atmosphere continues to make me feel this comfortable they're gonna be charging me rent soon !!! Highly Recommended. read more

Everytime I'm there I'm the first one there. The kiosk will say see staff member and u go up to see and they say ur good and expect u to get in the back of the line. I was first now I'm 30th. Na. I just left. Before this incounter I always get bruises because they literally have 0 people who know how to stick someone with a needle. Their turn over rate is higher then McDonald's. They're always someone new and it's in my opionion the worst business I've ever dealt with. Not to mention you used to get 50 dollars everytime. Now they will do whatever it takes to give you less money. I'm done with this place. Save yourself the drama and stay out of there. Horrible place. Lady at the front seems like someone shit in her cereal every morning. Worst attitude and hood. Get your business together and fire those who are a detriment to your front desk. read more

I have been to this location several times now and have gone through many issues. Once a girl was barely paying attention and put the needle in way too deep which hurt sooo badly and made the muscles in that arm sore for two days after. Twice I've not received received my blood and saline at the end because of machine errors and one of those times they were aware of the error before they even hooked me up. They deferred me for an entire day because they couldn't read my blood pressure which is not high and never has been which wouldn't have been such a big deal but it meant that I lost out on my bonus. What perplexes me is their policy to recheck other vitals within 10 mins but they'll defer someone for an entire day for a blood pressure that hasn't been read yet. The place has a no cursing policy that the staff doesn't even abide by. In fact a lot of the staff are super unprofessional. A girl once unhooked me while her phone was playing explicit rap music from her pocket. They talk to each other about inappropriate things often and loudly and do so sometimes with donors. The most annoying thing that they do ALL THE TIME is talk about then number of people they have to do still and how much longer they have until closing and they can leave and whatever. It's not an uncommon thing to talk about but they do it constantly and to donors and makes the people who come in later feel like they're bothering them. However they're all nice and generally friendly besides that. They spend too much time not paying attention and talking to each other rather than just doing what they're supposed to. Brianna, Kevin and Jackie (and one other girl that I unfortunately do not know by name) do a really really good job and are the few employees that make going there even worth it. All of these things are reconcilable but Plasma B has a terrible customer service system where you will never speak to a real person about any issues. read more

Dont get me started. I totally understand protocol and guidelines but I was given such a hard time when no medications I was taking were on the lust. I stopped taking any medications had to have dr fill out Forms Twice when they claim they lost one (even though it was just read to me over phone days before). I recognized one of the nurses and remembered her from a previous job she had when I reported her. She was the one who gave me hard time. Anyway decided to figjt called called finally got someone with sense. Was allowed donated. Oh I have to rave about the girls who took my pre-donate bp etc such loving people and same with guy and gal who took my donation. They do not get paid enough. I now get a message about my blood I donated Im luke What The Heck! I had just had hepatitis/hiv tests done week before all.neg. All my other bloodwork came out great .I cant think of what it could be. I dont do illegal drugs although I recognize and k ow of several people who do and brag about donating. Dont know how that happens. But with this place God only knows. Im a healthy, kind, giving person and is this what the world is coming to? Keep you posted read more

Guaranteed 500.00 a month not true. 10 visits a month at 2 times per week not true. You are lucky with the new payment charts to recieve 400.00 a month and thats if they deffer you. As soon as its close to your 8th visit it seems like its time to be deffered.lol. I recived a call from a nurse at bpositive yesterday and she stated that I am being deffered for my protein which I have never been deffered for in the year I have been donating. And I need a pcp letter to return. Seems like now they call you at home to deffer you but they put you thru and everything tests fine. Look up how much they sell yor plasma to the hospitals 500.00 to 800.00 per container. Yet your donation pay keeps getting smaller shame on them. We should all get together and file a class action against them. read more

Horrible. The med asst who took my vitals used a large adult cuff to take my bp. It was way too big and it overlapped on my arm. I asked to rest my arm on the table while he took my pressure, since your arm should be bent at elbow and resting, but he made me hang my arm at my side to take the reading. My bp came out too high to donate. He says go relax in waiting room for 10 min and we'll try again. 10 minutes later, the nurse came out to get me. She walked me into the exam room and says "Are you on medication for your high blood pressure"? I said, I don't have high blood pressure. I was at my doc a few months back and had no problems whatsoever. So she sits me down to re-take my blood pressure while she simultaneously begins to scare me, "You know if this comes out over 190 I have to send you right to the doctor...this is a very serious issue"...All WHILE the cuff is running on me. So of course, I'm started to get agitated. I was more angry than anything else that she would intentionally give me a false scare while the machine was running on my arm. She went on and on about how I could have a stroke...while I was struggling to remain calm so I could get a good reading. The machine began to deflate and she finally shut up. My reading was 202 over 108. She yells at me and says THIS IS STROKE LEVEL. Then she picked up a card off the counter that she said she was required to read about seeking immediate medical attention. I told her of course my pressure is going to be high while you're saying those things to me while my bp is being taken. She just ignored me and said I'm not allowed back in the building without a doctor's note. No nurse with a lick of sense would scare a person like that WHILE the bp machine is running on them. Of course the reading will come out high when you are scaring someone to death! I was a new donor and I think she didn't feel like doing physicals that day. I saw her send out another person for a mosquito bite on their arm. Good luck getting past this nurse. She doesn't like to work and will create a reason to defer you. I have two bp cuffs at home, and I checked my pressure a couple of hours later and it came out 138 over 80. Go figure. read more
