While this is pricey, the Heartcode specifically is an excellent price, and the cost of the equipment and such also makes this price very reasonable. Danielle was very professional and I can't thank her enough!

I concur with other reviews citing poor service from this company. I wrote an even longer review…read morebut as a professional I'm going to summarize with solutions 1. Teaching someone to instruct CPR is different than instructing CPR. I know have achieved ROSC enough times to prove that I know BLS, but transferring the skill of teaching to me is what I was paying $450 for 2. You have zero accountability for any complaint lodged at your company. I looked at your reviews as well as reflected on our conversations via text, email and in person - you as an adult and as a business owner should take accountability for your businesses shortcomings and start looking into processes that might remedy the situations for which you were receiving bad reviews. Even if the student is at fault you cannot continue to stand on the defense. Look at your average reviews compared to other TCs and you will see what I mean. Photo for a brief reference. With this in mind I will say taking accountability myself, I did cancel two classes I believe one of them with short notice. That one was an observation, I wasn't actually taking a seat. She was not keen on me observing anyway even though that is a very common teaching modality. With that being said I did cancel two times which was very inconsiderate and not very professional myself. 3. I had bad vibes from start to finish. The vibes were so bad I let her keep the full $450 that I was charged for a CPR certification and a CPR instructor certification, for which I got half of. I would recommend she observe another TC like the one I aligned with to complete this course. Everyone could use a honing of skills. As I told the owner, I have multiple degrees and certifications I obviously know how to take and pass a class. She spent a lot of time making me feel like an idiot. Danielle, it is not the words you say it is the way that you say them that make people continuously call you condescending. Please review your other reviews. Edit: owner responded to this review again not taking any ACCOUNTABILITY for this issue. I fessed up to my mistakes. How about you? You know what, your reviews speak for themselves. Good luck to you and your students. In todays business world reviews and stars are what people look for in a business. I suggest you look at the data in comparison to other TCs.
