After my appointment, I was checking out and was THEN told that I actually owed an additional $100 for x-rays (without being notified of this in advance, and even though it fell within the 90-minute appointment time frame), and an additional $85 for the adjustment (this was not included in the original conversation). I was not told of these additional costs before they were administered during the appointment, and was not told in advance either, so it was quite an unpleasant shock to be charged more than double what I'd already paid in advance, after receiving the notion that I was pre-paying for the full 90-minutes as I was told on the phone. A greater sense of transparency, clarity, and communication would have been great, since my experience was lovely until the very end, when I then felt swindled and icky leaving the office. Just a heads up for anyone who may be price sensitive or whose insurance or health plan covers a limited amount of money for the year for chiropractic services, as mine does. You may wish to "shop around" for places with complimentary consultations, and price per appointment that are lower.

Let's start with the teeth. About a month ago I decided to finally splurge and go to my dentist for teeth whitening. It was $500, but I'm getting married so I thought why not. It took an hour, was extremely painful and barely made a difference. I then decided to try it at cryomist on a whim and in 15 minutes my teeth were white (but still looked natural) and had NO PAIN! And I have extremely sensitive teeth so this was pretty surprising. I then couldn't resist trying CryoTherapy because I've been hearing so many amazing things about it.
