The options vary in intensity and you can try different ones so that was fun checking out the different speeds and spins of the machinery to my body. It took a bit of getting used to but definitely felt in the relaxed zone by the end. The receptionists were great to get you signed in- they have 6 chairs and a group was just leaving as we came in so worked out great for us, but if you want to be safe check online and reserve a spot! I liked seeing the saunas are meant for 1 or 2 people at a time so you'll have that all to yourself as well. The bathroom and showers seemed well appointed and a great rainfall showerhead. The whole space is well planned for relaxation without feeling like a car wash. I think their current offering of membership options still too pricy unless you really will be around 2 times a week (maybe worth it if that's your only you-time!) but their one off prices are still pretty reasonable and I would happily return and bring friends!

They encouraged scheduling online, but the person i spoke with when I called was extremely helpful and friendly and I got the time and day of the week that was most convenient for me. They were very communicative in sending reminders of my appointment via text and emails. They are located in a residential area and the business you can tell was once a home, turned massage haven! I absolutely love that part, it's very charming as you approach outside it has a cute branch archway and a decorative bench. There is plenty street parking. The space is very open, bright and clean, which matters. The rooms where the massages are held are very spacious with sprinkles of serene things throughout. There was a very beautiful affirmation about walking and enjoying the moments In the bathroom that I had to take a picture of to share with others. The space overall is inviting. The Massage: I got a 90 minute relaxation massage with hot stones!!!! It was amazing!!! Serena was my massage therapist and she was friendly and courteous, asking if I had any trouble areas and addressing them very efficiently. I hadn't had a good massage since before covid so my body needed it and as she worked on my back and arms I felt my mind going from thing to thing to eventually feeling loopy and forgetting where I was lol That was a good thing for me. Lol I will be back!!! If you are considering it. Don't hesitate, make your appointment. So grateful I found my new spa!!! I walked out lighter and in a better spirit. The prices are reasonable in comparison to other spas, its not a $50 massage, but you get what you pay for and I'm over $50 massages, walking away sore or feeling weird because the place seemed shady. You won't get this here! You get quality and a safe space. Make your appointment.

She spent a long time checking in with me, talking about my concerns and asking me questions. She even demonstrated the path that energy takes through a few meridian lines that run through my face - neat! The highlights for me were: the amount of one on one time I got to with her, the calming and deep caring energy I felt from her, the knowledge she held about acupuncture and the meridian lines for the jaw, the quick relief of the tightness I had in my jaw, the deep relaxation I felt after the session AND the cold that was creeping up went away (yay!). I totally understand the value of a private acupuncture session over a community session now (until now I have only received a community session). Both are super healing, but the private session offers time for deep inquiry into health issues and concerns, asking questions and more time to be cared for one on one. As a mama, being taken care of like this is such a treat! Thanks Gabrielle! I highly recommend Gabrielle and getting a private session from her at least for your first session!
