The office is lovely, and Dr. Gray is very knowledgeable and supportive. However, I was told on the phone prior to booking my consultation that the cost for the 90-minute appointment was $150, and I pre-paid. After my appointment, I was checking out and was THEN told that I actually owed an additional $100 for x-rays (without being notified of this in advance, and even though it fell within the 90-minute appointment time frame), and an additional $85 for the adjustment (this was not included in the original conversation). I was not told of these additional costs before they were administered during the appointment, and was not told in advance either, so it was quite an unpleasant shock to be charged more than double what I'd already paid in advance, after receiving the notion that I was pre-paying for the full 90-minutes as I was told on the phone. A greater sense of transparency, clarity, and communication would have been great, since my experience was lovely until the very end, when I then felt swindled and icky leaving the office. Just a heads up for anyone who may be price sensitive or whose insurance or health plan covers a limited amount of money for the year for chiropractic services, as mine does. You may wish to "shop around" for places with complimentary consultations, and price per appointment that are lower. read more

Beware of booking an appointment with Dr Gray. I made my appointment on a weekend, young teenagers manning the phone said that they needed my credit card to "hold" my appointment. They never advised me that I would be charged if cancelled. They charged me $195.00 even after I cancelled this appointment & I was not seen by Dr. Gray & they did not provide a service. Danielle's office is very accommodating on so many levels... 1) they let me bring my 2-year old daughter to appointments 2) they are very responsive to email (which is more convenient for me than phone) 3) they offer a variety of payment options 4) she is a good "resource" for tangential services (mattresses, pillows, other therapists, etc) 5) she offers fabulous healthy snacks in the reception area 6) she files your insurance for you As far as the chiropractic service goes, I really think she knows what she's doing. She has a very quantitative approach which is great to offset the inherent "qualitativeness" of how one might feel about his/her body on a given day. (For example- spinal scanners, dual body scales, X-rays, etc etc) The upper-cervical technique that she specializes in is quite different than the typical "neck cracking, back popping" chiropractics that most are familiar with. This is a wonderful place to come for chiropractic work, as well as cryotherapy! I started coming to Restore several months ago to combat a particularly bad Lyme flare up. After a few weeks of cryotherapy, my energy levels were restored and inflammation down. Cryotherapy has also helped me with various soft tissue and bone injuries. It cuts the healing time down tremendously. I might have been skeptical as to its healing powers before, but when I fell off my horse and hurt my tailbone, cryotherapy got me back in the saddle a week or so later, which was a miracle! I have also been seeing Dr. Gray for upper cervical work to put my equestrian-tortured body back together, as well as to continue staving off my Lyme disease. Dr. Gray is a knowledgeable and energetic practitioner, who has a terrific group of staff members working hard every day of the week to accommodate my needs. For example, the other day I had a fall off a horse and needed to have my neck adjusted. It wasn't a day that Dr. Gray has office hours, but I called just in case. Her staff tracked her down, and she immediately met me at the office and put my neck back into place. How about that for service! I started coming to Dr. Gray after I heard her speak at a local Lyme Disease Support group about how upper cervical work can really help the brain and body communicate better and give a much needed boost for the immune system which is usually very compromised in people with chronic illness like Lyme. I had gone undiagnosed for 10 years before starting intense treatment. I had Lyme, almost every coinfection, mold toxicity, heavy metals, problems detoxing, viruses and a host of other issue caused by chronic infection. So in basic terms I was a mess. I had explored a lot of different treatments before starting with Dr. Gray some had helped some had hurt. My initial appointment with Dr. Gray gave me so much hope, she is Lyme friendly which is hard to find, everything she said made perfect sense, she took time to answer all of my questions and she explained tracking progress through scans and x-rays. It was exciting to be able to do something to help my body without having to put something in it. I've been seeing Dr. Gray for several months now usually about twice a week and WOW what a difference. My symptoms from Lyme and Co have improved drastically. I'm sleeping better at night, with more energy during the day and my pain levels are down. Most importantly yesterday I saw my Lyme literate doctor and she was floored by my progress. Before starting with Dr. Gray my toxicity levels were as high as they can be, I was coming up positive so many infections and my immune system was maxed out. I am a skeptic of the science but have to admit that this practice is not only very thoughtful but they do a great job of relating the science to the existing condition and go out of their way to ensure that there is confidence in their methods.
