I am not typically one to write reviews of places but I urge you to look elsewhere if you are considering getting treatment here. While the staff and office setup is nice, the doctor is absolutely only in this for himself and not you the patient. When I reviewed my MRI with him he expected me to begin treatment that DAY with no prior warning whatsoever. When I told him I wanted to review this with two sets of doctors he clearly got upset and walked me to the door. Getting a second opinion is a normal thing to do. This is not the type of treatment anyone deserves. He also charged over $200+ per spinal decompression treatment and I am receiving that same spinal decompression treatment for $55 now from a provider that is nearby. AVOID. He is not the king of spinal decompression therapy. read more

I have never been so disrespected in my life. I arrived for my appt and waited 20 min for someone to acknowledge me. The secretary was on the phone with a new patient, and no one showed any interest in me except a cute little dog named Buzz. Finally, Brie came out and reviewed the info on a questionnaire I filled out on-line. Next came Dr. Fascioli. He never cracked a smile. He again reviewed my symptoms. He never showed compassion or empathy for my symptoms. He only wanted to talk about how good he was. He suggested an MRI and back xray. I told him i just had that back xray 6 weeks ago, and I would be glad to obtain a copy. He said that since I didn't want to go along with his plan, he didn't want me as a patient. I was so taken aback, I clarified by asking, "Are you saying that since I don't want to repeat an xray that I had 6 weeks ago thus exposing myself to unnecessary radiation, you refuse to treat me?" He said that's right. And he walked me out of the office. If you want patient-centered care from an compassionate provider, this is not the practice for you. You will have to do everything he wants you to do with no questions asked. read more

There is no respect for the customer here! I filled out a request for an appointment. Their system then spammed me for days with texts, emails and calls about filling out forms, what my issue was and if I would like to make an appointment. It asked if I had any questions. I asked repeatedly if they treat shoulders (it was not mentioned on their site)- no answer. I filled out their form, put that information and question- no answer. I was texted by the receptionist, she said, yes, make an appointment. Ok, I make the appointment, I have to fill out another form before I come in. I put the same information about my shoulder. I go to the appointment, finally, then wait, I am maybe 3-5 minutes late, so I don't even mind a little wait, but it was the vibe of "no urgency", "we'll take our sweet time", that bothered me. I don't get checked in until about 5 -10 minutes later, once the receptionist's conversation with another worker was finished. There is no one else in the lobby. Also, no one said that there is a dog that roams freely throughout, even though my form stated that I was allergic to animal hair. But ok, my allergies are a slow build, so I figure I should be good if I am seen soon. I move to a room and sit with the nurse to give information, the same information I filled out now 2 times. I wait again. By the time the doctor comes in I have been there almost 30 minutes. He basically says he doesn't normally treat shoulders, asks for a diagnosis- I don't have one, no one asked for one until this minute- and said why don't I just come back after I have talked to my primary because I don't have a diagnosis and he doesn't want to just "try" different things. Really? So that could not have been discussed at any point BEFORE NOW????? None of the 20 points of contact made could have actually asked this?? My time was wasted with the constant texts, filling out forms, driving through rush hour traffic and waiting for the doctor for a conversation that could have been an email, I have never had this experience before and never will because I will never return here! read more

I highly recommend Rehab 2 Wellness Chiropractic. Dr. Paul was able to help me improve in the face of constant and persistent neck and shoulder pain. He took the time to perform x-rays of my problem areas and thoroughly studied them in order to more fully understand my condition. This is an important step that none of my former chiropractors offered. The experience at this office feels much more personal, unlike the quick, five minute, in and out appointments that I had become accustomed to at previous locations. The additional therapies offered at this location that I used (massage therapy and electrical stimulation) also helped me to feel better. I been going to Dr Paul R for a few weeks now but I forget to check in with Yelp. I have to say, my condition is really bad, but Dr Paul tried to stay positive and continue treating me. It will takes a long time for me to get better, but just don't give up. I love the office, everybody is so nice and caring. I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Roscioli for about a month for lower back and neck issues, and I am so pleased with the care he has provided. During the first week of care, he took X-rays of my problem areas and explained in great detail his diagnosis and suggested treatment plan. He is very patient, and answers all questions or concerns that I have. He spends about 20 minutes with me each appointment, ensuring I am being treated properly and that I continue to progress. He has shown me various exercises to help strengthen the muscles in my back and neck. I feel 100 times better since beginning treatment with him. I heard about rehab 2 wellness online and came in for a free consultation. I had been having neck and upper back pain with headaches for years. After a thorough consultation, dr. Roscioli came up with a treatment plan. I was a little concerned due to my high copays but he worked with me and I was able to get care credit so I was able to come to all my appointments! I'm almost at the end of my treatment and I feel so much better! I no longer wake up with headaches and I can feel the pain in my neck and shoulders decreasing with every visit. Dr. Paul is great. He makes you feel very comfortable and has a nice little office. It's not your typical get you in and out practice. He will spend a lot of time trying to lessen your pain level. He also doesn't just crack a bunch of stuff like some quack chiros. He has multiple techniques. He uses decompression tables, graston technique (which is a big butter knife looking thing that breaks down scar tissue in muscles), he has a giant muscle stim machine that he'll put on while you're sitting in amazing massage chairs, and he's also trained in physical therapy so he can work with you on stretching, strength training, exercises you can do at home, etc. there's a lot of flexibility on getting appointments too which is usually a pain at other places. read more
