In a word, or two, absolutely YES! Dr. Serinsky treated a family member with such great results, I was convinced to try his services, expecting several visits to enable pain relief. However, it only took one very quick session for the Doctor to evaluate, assess treatment and locate source of discomfort, this was unbelievable in my experience. The ART method is the primary approach of treatment, but having an exceptionally competent and strong medical professional is critical to achieving such immediate results. The ability to determine source of pain and knowing how to apply the method reflects the perfect combination of skill and education. I felt extremely fortunate to have found this clinic. I was immensely impressed with WestSide Wellness and their lovely welcoming staff. I am following up with a local ART practitioner as I am convinced this method is far more helpful than the standard of care approach. High recommend for Dr. Serinsky, very knowledgeable about many different modalities, and his ability to transition a patient from pain to full mobility. Thanks for your generous time and efforts!

One of the best things about Dr Jenn is she speaks to you like a normal person, I know that's a weird thing to say, but it's one of the reasons why I like her so much and we will always recommend my friends/family to see her. She literally saved my life. I came to her because I thought I had tweaked my back working on my bathroom, she ordered all the right tests and turned out I had a tumor growing in my sacrum. She could have easily told me to see another and wash her hands of me, but she didn't do that. She went above and beyond to get me the contact information for a top neurosurgeon in our area. She even personally followed up with me to see how I was doing, which was a really great pick me up at the time. Dr Jennifer Hartmann is top notch and a class act. If you ever need a chiropractor then go see Dr Jenn, you won't regret it! Thank you Dr Jenn for everything you did for me - I'm truly grateful for you.

I have had neck issues for over ten years and I am an Ironman and ultra marathon runner. I could only breathe on one side when swimming and my neck would cramp after 80 miles on the bike. After 6 weeks of neck therapy and physical therapy I can now breathe on both sides. My neck doesn't hurt anymore and I have full range motion. Ted (Dr. please!!) first put me on decompression machines to pull and relieve my spine. Second week was my first manipulation which was spectacular. I never knew my neck could crack like that! After 6 weeks I feel amazing, I swim better, I sleep better and I feel less stressed. My son has had ankle pain for almost a year so I decided to bring him: guess what?! He is feeling better after only two sessions. No medication, no injections. Not to forget: hydrotherapy bed! It's the best!!!!!

Well, I hurt my lower back really bad right before a full day of dogwalks and didn't have a chiropractor. Him and his wife, Heather, are amazing! I cannot thank them enough for helping me get back to health.

After my appointment, I was checking out and was THEN told that I actually owed an additional $100 for x-rays (without being notified of this in advance, and even though it fell within the 90-minute appointment time frame), and an additional $85 for the adjustment (this was not included in the original conversation). I was not told of these additional costs before they were administered during the appointment, and was not told in advance either, so it was quite an unpleasant shock to be charged more than double what I'd already paid in advance, after receiving the notion that I was pre-paying for the full 90-minutes as I was told on the phone. A greater sense of transparency, clarity, and communication would have been great, since my experience was lovely until the very end, when I then felt swindled and icky leaving the office. Just a heads up for anyone who may be price sensitive or whose insurance or health plan covers a limited amount of money for the year for chiropractic services, as mine does. You may wish to "shop around" for places with complimentary consultations, and price per appointment that are lower.

I am asking to be reimbursed for what they've over charged me for and if they don't oblige, I'm going to the state board, as well as contacting an attorney. I really should report them regardless just so they're investigated and it doesn't happen to anyone else, but I'm trying to give them a chance and keep my word. We will see what they do.
