I am asking to be reimbursed for what they've over charged me for and if they don't oblige, I'm going to the state board, as well as contacting an attorney. I really should report them regardless just so they're investigated and it doesn't happen to anyone else, but I'm trying to give them a chance and keep my word. We will see what they do. Since being under their treatment, I have noticed significant changes in my quality of sleep, mood, I have less headaches, and have noticed improvement in my posture. Everyone at this office is super friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your treatments and visits. I finally broke down and started my search for one covered by my insurance. I wanted a chiropractor that has been around for some time, in a convenient location, trustworthy, and reputable. Unfortunately, most chiropractors in the area were either new, in a bad location, or had a ton of bad reviews. I was really surprised with what I found. Dr. Schaffer seemed to be the only chiropractor with excellent reviews and was very involved with his community. So I made an appointment. The first appointment was very long, about two hours. They had me get the paperwork completed, watch educational videos, run tests, and then meet the doctor. Dr Schaffer was very warm, friendly, and just wanted me to feel comfortable. I truly appreciated that because I was uneasy about having chiropractic care. He answered all of my questions and did the first adjustment that day. I am on a care plan, but I am very pleased with his work so far. I am feeling a lot better and can sleep at night. I am still waiting for my insurance to process their claims, but it seems to be inexpensive for everything I am having done. If anything changes with billing I will update the review. His passion and overall intelligence on the subject matters relating to spine care were clearly evident. With over 30 years of practice experience, my confidence in the treatment was solidified. I can't say for sure if the care provided to my son was the sole reason we are in a much better place with his overall health, but I can confidently say it contributed to where we are now. Soon after, I began to seek care for myself. I had given birth twice in a matter of two years. And now a year later, I am carrying both children at times - a near 55lbs of "extra" body weight on my small structure. It is only a matter of time before my body begins to give way, so I went about this self care of chiropractic care as more of a preventative measure then a reactive one.
