They will not disclose what they're even charging you for until you ask for a break down. Their break down consists of arbitrary numbers that they just make up as they go along. I like them at first until my bill mysteriously went up without explanation. The further I looked into it, the more I realized that they're running a racket. I am asking to be reimbursed for what they've over charged me for and if they don't oblige, I'm going to the state board, as well as contacting an attorney. I really should report them regardless just so they're investigated and it doesn't happen to anyone else, but I'm trying to give them a chance and keep my word. We will see what they do. I'm sure they have defrauded many to the tune of thousands of dollars. Do not ever go here!

But this is not the case AT ALL for me. Since being under their treatment, I have noticed significant changes in my quality of sleep, mood, I have less headaches, and have noticed improvement in my posture. Everyone at this office is super friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your treatments and visits. They are very educated and take the time to teach you why they are doing what they're doing. For me personally, I was amazed to learn how much the spine has a part in every way your body functions. They have fun incentives, their office is always super clean, and smells amazing! I would recommend Dr. Russ and Dr. Nicole to anyone and everyone!!

After my appointment, I was checking out and was THEN told that I actually owed an additional $100 for x-rays (without being notified of this in advance, and even though it fell within the 90-minute appointment time frame), and an additional $85 for the adjustment (this was not included in the original conversation). I was not told of these additional costs before they were administered during the appointment, and was not told in advance either, so it was quite an unpleasant shock to be charged more than double what I'd already paid in advance, after receiving the notion that I was pre-paying for the full 90-minutes as I was told on the phone. A greater sense of transparency, clarity, and communication would have been great, since my experience was lovely until the very end, when I then felt swindled and icky leaving the office. Just a heads up for anyone who may be price sensitive or whose insurance or health plan covers a limited amount of money for the year for chiropractic services, as mine does. You may wish to "shop around" for places with complimentary consultations, and price per appointment that are lower.
