Highly recommend this place. This was the first time going to a chiropractor and I was honestly…read morescared to death to get my neck cracked. I have had neck issues for over ten years and I am an Ironman and ultra marathon runner. I could only breathe on one side when swimming and my neck would cramp after 80 miles on the bike. After 6 weeks of neck therapy and physical therapy I can now breathe on both sides. My neck doesn't hurt anymore and I have full range motion. Ted (Dr. please!!) first put me on decompression machines to pull and relieve my spine. Second week was my first manipulation which was spectacular. I never knew my neck could crack like that! After 6 weeks I feel amazing, I swim better, I sleep better and I feel less stressed. My son has had ankle pain for almost a year so I decided to bring him: guess what?! He is feeling better after only two sessions. No medication, no injections. Not to forget: hydrotherapy bed! It's the best!!!!!

Dr. Glazer saved my back!!…read more I'm a dogwalker and obviously count on staying healthy to earn my living. Well, I hurt my lower back really bad right before a full day of dogwalks and didn't have a chiropractor. Thankfully, I found Chiropractic Spine Center and Dr. Ted Glazer who told me to come right over. It has taken about 6 weeks but, thanks to Dr. Glazer, my back is almost as good as new!! Him and his wife, Heather, are amazing! I cannot thank them enough for helping me get back to health.

January 2011 or 12 can't remember. Fell on the neighbor's icy walkway. Incredible pain in my…read moresacrum so bad it took me 2 minutes to be able to walk totally upright anytime I rose from a seated position.I put up with this for 2 weeks. Having had this kind of pain from a previous incident 2 years prior with sciatica I knew a visit to the Chiropractor was in order. My old one was retired so i found Dr. Frank in the yellow pages. What a find!!! He had me out of pain the first visit and the "walking upright" time was drastically reduced. Coupled with the massages after each adjustment, my body finished healing itself on its own after only 3 or 4 visits totaling only a week - which is great. FAST FORWARD to JUNE 2014: I trip. I feel a stretch in my lower left back and know I've pulled something. Advil and light gym workouts have only slightly helped this so back to Aston Chiropractic for me. DR Frank had me feeling better after one visit with he and the massage therapist. 3 days later before leaving for the shore I go in for another adjustment , this time with the Second Dr. Grandizio. He is Dr Frank's brother but I apologize for forgetting his name. He is just as good!!! I headed down to the shore and was without pain the entire 3 days and was able to ride my bike 10 miles and walk a couple. HIGHLY recommend this practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Frank for three weeks for the sacrum pain I've been having my third pregnancy…read more My hips were uneven. He noticed it right away! I've been on a regimen of 3 visits the first week, 2 visits the second and now down to 1 a week. I'm still feeling some pain but I'm pretty sure that's because I'm 38 weeks pregnant- when I started going I was experiencing constant, acute pain now it's intermittent and minimal. The new office across from Sun East is spacious and Debbie the new admin is lovely. They do not have a pregnancy table for massage or adjustments but it hasn't been an issue for the adjustments. I had a massage a few weeks back and it was nice but my belly is HUGE- I was uncomfortable (but it's that time.) They take my insurance (Keystone Health Plan East) for adjustments but it doesn't cover massages. It was still only $35 and I tipped 20%- not necessary but appreciated. I was hardly able to walk a few weeks back without stabbing pain and now I'm nearly pain-free. Dr. Frank is good at what he does.
