They quickly realized the problem was in my neck and within a couple of weeks the pain was gone. Some people say they're "pushy" or force you into long term "contracts". I didn't sign a contract but was given a plan of action which was up to me to keep up with. I don't see them as pushy at all. Patients go to Chiropractors thinking they will have all of their problems solved in a few visits, doesn't work that way. You have to commit to the program and keep up with it. You can't go to the gym 3x and get a six pack. I was always down on Chiropractic care before this but now I'm a true believer! It works wonders if you commit.

One office staff member lied to me and told me that this was not happening. Another office staff member told me that this was allowed as Dr. Sarah has a degree in physical medicine... neither was willing to try to remedy the situation. My insurance company confirmed that they billed every appointment under both categories. I was seeing Dr. Sarah for an injury and made her aware that I was going to physical therapy as well as seeking her care. Because of the double billing I have now exceeded my covered visits and will owe out of pocket at physical therapy. Had I been informed that fifteen minutes of electro-stim counted as an entire visit for physical therapy, I would have opted out of it and received more thorough care elsewhere. If you go to this office make sure they only bill under one service per visit. If this hadn't happened I would of had a wonderful experience. Very disappointed.

The bad ones often barely touch you, or they mechanistically do the same thing every time, or they do a lot of hard sell marketing. And my criteria for a good one is that they can actually *feel* (and are willing to feel for) what's going on--because a lot of times things move around while adapting. And Amy is one of the good ones. She has a really good sense for how bodies are put together, and how to get you back into balance.
