I am visiting from another state and was referred to this chiropractor. I informed the woman who makes appointments that I have had X-rays done at my chiropractor office back home. She insisted that I needed to get new X-rays done at this office. She then stated that when I come in for my appointment it was not guaranteed I would get an adjustment. I was a bit confused and I stated to her why would I come in if I would not have an adjustment. That makes no sense. I stated to her that I would only be here another 2 weeks and I really need an adjustment. I asked to speak to the office manager she stated she is the office manager. I then asked her for her name. She refused to give me her name. This office does not care for people they care about making money and insist you get X-rays even after you tell them you have current X-rays. The receptionist was very rude and not accommodating at all. If you're looking for a caring chiropractor don't come here. read more

As an athlete, I discovered diamond chiropractic through my gym, edge fitness. I was very excited to begin my care as for me it is essential with being an athlete and lifting heavy. In addition, I work an office job where I sit all day and I urgently needed to begin my care for adjustments. I will start off by saying that the front desk staff and medical assistants are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. However, I cannot say the same thing about both the Dr's. I felt as though I was not treated with care. The Dr's did not take their time with me and my adjustments. It was as if I was being rushed to be in and out the office. I would get lucky if I got at least a 5 minute adjustment. I have been to different offices, and the doctors have actually payed attention to my care and took their time with me. The doctors here do not care! They just want your money. read more

1. staff asks to register by filling out forms online. Their site is not HIPAA compliant, so I waited to fill out the forms when I came in. 2. staff recommended I fill out forms online when I visited, walked me into a room where an unsupervised windows workstation was present, staff opened up the Google Chrome browser and asked me to fill out my information there, then walked out. Unsupervised workstation, was able to see past passwords and data previous users had filled out. Requested they print my forms for me to fill out in pen. This computer setup is most definitely not HIPAA compliant 3. off to the exam room where there's a TV, and they play a 6-8minute commercial on chiropractic care. Felt like i was watching a late night infomercial. ugh. 4. Chiro comes in, says he wants to take x-rays today, then i would come back and only THEN would I receive an adjustment. Had already been in pain for 4 days while i waited for this appointment. Hearing that I had to leave then come BACK for another visit was just too much to bear, when added to issues 1-3 listed above. it's 2022, no need to send off for x-rays and have them developed. These things are done in real-time now by other shops. The combined issues indicate a practice geared toward profit maximization and not quality of care. read more

This practice is FANTASTIC! Dr. B is the person I always see and he is awesome. Their front desk folks are always kind and attentive. I had some back and knee pain for awhile. I decided to check them out after they did a luncheon and adjustment at my childrens' elementary school for the staff. It has been my first experience with chiropractic care, and I could not be happier. I am a bit of a skeptic by nature, and was not a fan of the video they show to new patients. I know it is just an educational piece, but it felt like a sales pitch. Trust me, the results are the only sales pitch I needed. I go monthly now for maintenance adjustments, and could not be more grateful for the results. read more

Absolutely love this place. The front staff are so friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to interact with. They have really worked with my wonky work schedule (not to mention I live in Philly) to get appointments in. The set up of the office is really clean, sleek, and professional. It was a very welcoming atmosphere overall. I have been meeting with Dr. Weik and he has been very friendly, professional, and is really informed about what he is doing. He has been really helpful in setting up a treatment plan for our work together that works with my travel/work lifestyle and has been an overall pleasure to work with. I have not worked with Dr. B yet, but I hear he is really great and has always been really friendly when I come into the office. I would really recommend this place to anyone that has any and all back ailments/ anyone that has a spine! read more

I had been to Diamond Chiropractic 3 times. I had been seeing Dr. Weik and all three adjustments went just fine. On my fourth visit Dr. Weik was out of the office so I saw Dr. Bakomenko. He did not warn me when he was about to crack my back. We were MID conversation. As a result, all my muscles were still tense and I ended up walking out of there way worse off than before I went in. He did not seem to care. All he said was, "from my perspective the adjustment went fine". Seemed like he just wanted me out of there and to move on to the next patient. Low quality chiropractor. Also really sketchy location. Will be seeking out another chiropractor. DO NOT RECOMMEND. UPDATE: 3 days later and my back is now clicking every time I bend over or raise my right leg to my chest. I've been an athlete and lifted weights for my entire life and this is the first injury I've ever had with regards to my back. It's almost comical that it happened when seeking preventative back care. Alarming this happened to me and wouldn't wish this on anyone. AGAIN, do NOT recommend this place!!! read more

The doctors here are excellent and they treat the entire person. I am 80 years old and a national Senior tennis player and they have kept me going on the courts with my knee issues and back issues for over a decade. Yes, I am now playing more golf, but tennis is the key. Dr. Weik is a skilled healer and Dr. B has helped several of my tennis pals too! This group is excellent for dealing with those problems you have from sports injuries and giving you the home exercises you need to prevent recurrence. read more

I started going here after a presentation at work. And, my symptoms were really improving. And then. . . The doctor pulled some medical tests from another practice without asking or even telling me. Then, he began telling me what I should eat, and which medicines I could stop taking. He so far as to address my child who was in the room, asking what we ate for dinner. I found this to be completely invasive. If I had requested his input in my overall health, I would have understood. But, I have some private and complicated issues that he was not really qualified to address. I left the practice, even though my symptoms returned within a few months. read more

I liked a lot of things about the clinic. The physical therapy was great and I learned so much! I went in for lower leg issues while running and they taught me all about proper form The chiropractic stuff is less fun, but it did feel like it was helping. And the people were very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them when I went in for appointments. But... it bothered me a bit how forceful some of the sales pitches were. I think the worst part was that I liked the staff so much that I didn't want to blow off what they were saying, but I didn't know how to respond to some of their questions. Like, "Who are you bringing in?" The truthful answer is, "No one." I mean, if I like the service and the treatments, I'll certainly recommend it to people, but I'm not going to force anyone to come in just because I was asked to. And there's a presentation they give which has a lot of good information, but the whole time it feels like the emphasis is on the marketing rather than providing information. I also felt that it would be difficult to make changes to my program of care. I understand that it must be frustrating when patients don't comply, and it's not smart on my end to not follow recommendations, but it still made me uncomfortable. I'm not great at confrontation, so I'd probably allow myself to be cajoled into treatments I didn't want. That being said, I understand why they need to be salesy sometimes and maybe that approach works better on other people. So while I might not go back, I'd still recommend it to other people, with that caveat. read more

I was told there would be a presentation given at my job recently and I was excited because I've been having back problems for awhile and never really knew where to go for treatments or information. And I have always been hesitant about going to just any chiropractor. But I have to say I am disappointed the person who came to do the presentation brought us lunch and never came back to give out information. I don't know if she didn't think it was worth talking to us or what but if that's how this place does business I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. read more

I can't say enough positive things about Diamond Chiropractic! I've been going to Dr. B for about a year now, and from top to bottom the care is professional and first-rate. The ladies at the front desk greet everyone by name and are so friendly and accommodating. Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable about chiropractic care as well as sports medicine/sports injury. As someone who lives a very active lifestyle, I count on them regularly to keep me healthy and performing at my best. My experience with this office was very lack luster. I went several times and it was never a pleasant experience. Both doctors were very dry and uninteresting. Their conversation makes you feel bad about your current health state instead of being motivated to change it. If looking for good chiropractic care I'd recommend First State Health and Wellness their team is much more friendly and also seem more enthusiast about their patients well being read more
