I wanted a combo massage and reflexology but I also wanted to see if their prices in person were different than those listed online...they had. As soon as I walked in, one lady poked her head out of a massage room to say, "we're busy." I asked if I could book an appointment. Another lady poked her head out of another massage room to say, "come back at 5." So two massages were interrupted because there is no front desk attendant. Not good but I came back at 5 as requested. Mind you, a snow/ice storm had just begun. The same woman poked her head out, once again, as soon as she heard the door open to exclaim, "we're busy." Enough said!! I pray they stay busy but I won't be adding to the clientele. On to the next.

My Massuese let me 2-3 time to either answer the door or something unrelated to my massage, was an interruption. All these things I could adjust to, but having a dry massage was the worst and I never experienced this. Dry massage meaning the Massuese did not use any oils...just gave me a massage while I'm covered with a blanket. I can't call this a massage it was a... I only continued the service out of desperation as I was in pain from my neuropathy at the time and was hoping for some foot relief. My service was performed in the tiny front lobby. the only other customer was a guy who came in asking "do you have time for a 60 minutes" but did not specify what type of service and immediately was led to the back rooms area without paying upfront as I was required. This place is questionable and gives authentic/reputable massage salons a bad name. BEWARE!!!
