The Chiropractic Spine Center and Dr. Ted Glazer and his staff are absolutely awesome. I would, and do highly recommend them to friends and family. I spent (wasted) a lot of time and money going to other chiropractors where you went in, waited your turn, got an adjustment and left. I was there 15 minutes, and 13 of them were spent waiting or paying my co-pay. The Chiropractic Spine Center is the exact opposite of this. They have a wide array of equipment and machines to help fix what's wrong and build up your strength so the injuries and/or issues don't keep occurring. When I first started, my neck and upper back were in pretty bad shape and very tight. I started doing a rolling table to loosen my upper back and a decompression table to stretch my neck. I would then stretch and get an adjustment and finish with "stim" and heat. As I've improved, I now also do some exercises on nautilus type machines to build up my upper back, arm and neck strength and finish with 10 minutes on the hydro therapy table, which is like a dry Jacuzzi. Dr. Ted Glazer and his staff (therapy assistants Heather and Vivian and office assistant Pam) are awesome. They are all very positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and are very flexible. They have great office hours, so I can always get there at some point. If I have an hour, I can do the whole gamut of therapies and leave feeling fantastic. If I do not have a lot of time, I can do less, and maybe stretch, get an adjustment and do the hydro-therapy table. If you want a "full service" chiropractic and therapeutic experience in a great environment, this is the place for you. read more

I first went to see Dr. Ted when I woke up one morning and could barely walk. I was actually crawling on my hands and knees, the pain in my hip and lower back was so bad. I called their office to see if I could get an appointment, and to my surprise I was told I could come in that morning. After a lengthy consultation, Dr. Ted started me on a treatment plan. I had spinal decompression, electrical stim, and a gentle adjustment. By the time I left that day, I was already feeling better. I stuck diligently to the plan, and am now pain free most of the time. I still go once a week for maintenance, and it makes all the difference in the world. (I should mention that I have a history of back "issues" due to a poorly healed vertebral fracture incurred in a horseback riding accident years ago. I have a lot of experience with chiropractic treatment!) In addition to the decompression and roller tables, there is a full circuit of weight machines, cardio equipment, and now, hydrotherapy tables! The first time I pulled up to the Chiropractic Spine Center, I turned to my husband and said,"I don't think I can make it to his office." I was in so much pain. My husband encouraged me to try and offered to help hold me up as I went. I made it in. Upon entering their office, I was greeted with truly kind, friendly staff. I was directed to Dr. Ted Glazer's office. He is a soft-spoken, gentle man. He is also a truly gifted healer. After previous disappointing chiropractic experiences and a lifelong aversion to the entire idea of chiropractic medicine, from that visit to this day, Dr. Glazer changed not only those beliefs but my whole body. During the past few months while in treatment with Dr. Glazer, I fell twice. One of these falls resulted in three fractured ribs. It wasn't overnight, but Dr. Glazer formulated an effective procedure that began the healing process. I am now completely pain free. This is the least amount of pain I have been in 30 years. Needless to say, as a registered nurse and reiki master, I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Ted Glazer and his highly competent and accommodating staff. I had seen Dr. Ted a few years ago when I pulled a neck muscle, and recently hurt my back - I think a pinched nerve that became inflamed - but by mid-day I couldn't stand up straight and my back kept spasming. Luckily Dr. Ted remembered me and came in just to treat me in this emergency situation. Over the next few days with a few more treatments, I was finally able to stand up straight again and the pain in my back had subsided. Any other chiropractor might have told me to wait until they were back in the office, or would have told me to go to the ER where they just would have given me some muscle relaxers that wouldn't have actually treated the problem. I was given Dr. Glazer's name from a co-worker for my husband who was having severe sciatica pain. He couldn't drive and could barely walk, when I first took him to Dr. Ted. With the combination of Dr. Glazer's chiropractic adjustments, amazing technology, and exercise machines, as well as personal training sessions with Heather, my husband is now pain free and back to playing golf. What a wonderful place! I sought out a chiropratcor in July to help with my thrown back and have since been very pleased with Dr. Glazer and Heather. The entire environment at the facility is kind, caring, and makes you feel at home and comfortable, even if you are in pain. The therapy/rehab equipment is right in the same facility and Heather is a mastermind behind getting you stronger and in shape.
