The staff treated me well, with no abruptness. Dr. Mazur took time to answer my many questions with full explanations. I feel he truly cared about me as a person, not just a number on the surgery list. My surgery took place at Paoli Hospital...another very pleasant experience. PT and nursing staff were wonderful. Dr. Jeff was able to help analyze the issue to be linked to rotator cuff due to incorrect posture. My first visit included an initial assessment, heat treatment, some light exercise with an ultrasound. Afterwards they put together a plan for my workout to build strength. Throughout my visits they always challenged me while also ensuring I did not aggravate my pain. Because of the professional and friendly environment along with knowledge and willingness to work an individual-based plan for me, I steadily progressed with each visit. I was able to progress nicely and regained strength and close to full function. We assessed my function, pain level and abilities of my shoulder each visit.
