Previous employee at this place and boy are the owners Alex and Eric unprofessional. Alex the owner has owed me pay for work completed since January of 2024! After numerous non responses to texts or calls for months, I just let it boil over as it was frustrating. Then almost 9 months later, she texts about her Benicia location which was believed to be abandoned asking if I wanted to purchase it, nothing said about money owed to me! I feel bad for the clients that she just takes money from and does not respond to their requests to cancel or refunds for missed appointments. I really enjoy the services here! We pay $60/month for the subscription/membership and we can get 4 things per month included with it. My husband uses the spot cryo for his injury (ruptured achilles a few months back) and the normantech thing (think big puffy boots that squeeze your legs and get blood flowing). I like the various lymphatic massages and the infrared sauna. The lymphatic massage works really well. I did a light pressure the first time but it worked well; I felt trimmer and less bloated/fluffy afterwards. The second time was tighter fitting and more pressure and I felt pretty darn amazing afterwards for the next few days. Well this last time I got the high lymphadema one and wow, it was tight/lots of pressure but I lost about 5lbs of water weight over the next two days. Haven't felt that good and trim in a while! Location: yes, it's weird. Super awkward to walk through a nail salon on the way to the back rooms, however, they're a new establishment and I'm pretty sure once their customer base is large enough they'll probably move into a single, unshared space. Located in a plaza. This is inside a nice spacious nails spot behind the back! It's not named CryoglowSF which threw me off, but Belle Nails. Has a receptionist, calls and appointments for scheduling. Very relaxing facial sculpting and doesn't pain nor has post facial burns or anything. Scented candle burning in the room, creates soothing atmosphere. Servicing was excellent and if you're early, the receptionist told me that I can use the massage chair, which helped with turning it down. read more

When I first joined/signed up I was charged twice for the membership. I text Alex many times and I was told my refund would be taken care of/reversed. One month later I saw Alex and she said my refund would take effect that day. I know these things take time so I wasn't worried and I trusted her. She set me up on the red light table, and said she had an emergency at home, her house was flooding. She said she would be right back. I was still new to the next steps. I waited for awhile and then finally took the stuff off and left the room. There was a gentleman there that showed me how to use the sauna and the cold machine (I don't remember the name of it). I tried to make follow up appointments and I never received any replies. So not only was I charged 2x's for a yearly membership and a monthly fee of 199.00. i have not been able to make any appointments. I have tryed to get in touch, but no replies. I called my Chase Credit card and claimed fraud for charging me, and no service renderd. It's under investigation. In the mean time I'm out $2956.00. and absolutely no reply from CryoGlowSF. Not to mention the place was always a mess and seemed very dirty. I had to tell them they were out of toilet paper . Alex seemed surprised and didn't even know. I am always happy to support small businesses. I booked the infrared sauna for 50 minutes, luckily it was only $25. The sauna said 144/146 (I hit 170 to see if it would get hotter) but I didn't even break a sweat in 40 minutes and the Bluetooth didn't work. The only option was staticky FM radio. When I came out I told the one person working there that the sauna wasn't hot and didn't seem like 144/146 was accurate. She just kept saying uh huh leaving me to believe she knew it wasn't working properly. When I came out of the restroom she had busied herself folding towels so it was clear she was done talking about the lukewarm sauna. I would go elsewhere if you are looking for a proper and satisfying sauna experience. Disappointing. read more

Alex and her team are amazing!! I'm so grateful that I found them in April 2022. I was recovering from burnout and looking for other ways to boost my immune system to heal. They are incredibly helpful, and thanks to their guidance, we found a regimen that works exceptionally well for me. I've been doing weekly infrared sauna sessions and lymphatic drainage sessions. Booked a cryo facial with ClassPass. Arrived 15 minutes early, directed to the back of Bella Nails, hung out in what looks like a storage hallway for 15 minutes. One of the nail techs came back to ask if I was looking for something and let me know that CryoGlow has moved. No one seems to know where. Their voicemail is full and they are not answering texts. If they moved, they should have let me know and given me the new address. If they're out of business, they should not be actively booking reservations. This review is no reflection of the staff- Jasmin M. was amazing. However, the equipment I paid my membership to used was broken for more than a month. Every time I tried to inquire, I was ignored. I requested a refund for a month. I texted, called, emailed and was ignored. I tried to cancel my membership, and I was ignored. I finally had to reach out to my credit card to dispute the charge and stop future membership payments. I am so bummed as I wasted money and time. I really wanted to use cryotherapy, but this business owner does not know how to do business. Do not book here. If you do book an appointment, beware they might cancel or you might show up to no one. I had the most delightful therapeutic treat for myself at this lovely spa and everyone on the staff was so nice and pleasant. I did four treatments. The lymphatic massage helped get my lymphatic system moving. The infrared sauna was really clean and very relaxing, and I worked up at good sweat. The cryotherapy was amazing. I've had a sore shoulder for over a month, and I couldn't believe the pain went away just from several minutes of treatment. I need to go back to get other parts of my body treated with cryo. The last therapy I got was compression and this I have to say has the least effect on me but that might just be me. I highly recommend CryoglowSF. I will certainly come back again for more. I've had 8 sessions of their anti-aging and chin fat reduction facials. The hot followed by cold facial treatments have worked for me in improving the texture of my skin--less wrinkles (reduced the frown lines between my eyes), more firmness around my jaws (no more double chin although mine was slight), smaller pores, and amazingly a glow that lasts beyond the sessions. My litmus test: I met up with friends I hadn't seen for three years. All complimented that I hadn't aged a bit. I attribute this to the CryoglowSF treatments. An added unexpected benefit I noticed just after the second facial was in regards to my droopy eyelids. I think my now lifted eyelids look better than a friend's who had her lids surgically enhanced. I highly recommend CryoglowSF and Jasmine, my favorite facialist there. The upkeep is fairly minimal with once or twice a month treatments. First time checking them out. They recently moved to the Crystal Springs Shops (above The Bar Method). It's a bright location and they are still setting up rooms and equipment, the floor is being redone and there are wires hanging. But they remain open even as they get set up. I decided to take advantage of the discounted package being offered, and got the lymphatic compression, infrared sauna, and cryo treatment, in that order. The sauna was nice and toasty (I turned up the temp to 170degrees which is as high as it will go). The cold therapy (cryo treatment) is quite amazing. Much easier than dunking into a cold plunge or sitting in an ice cold tub. It's basically a spray of cold air, administered through a wand, ( a bit colder than your freezer air) that targets a specific area. My arm was sore from weight lifting so that's the area I chose. And 24hours later it does feel better! Alex guided me through each of the sessions and was super friendly and knowledgeable! She mentioned they are installing a cryo tub, which will be like sitting in a freezer I imagine. And this way you can do it yourself. I will definitely go back, and update this review. Overall 4/5 stars given the ambience is not like a spa/wellness center right now. read more

She explained how the machine works & what the different treatment options are, as well as laid out a treatment plan to help me best achieve my goals.
