    We had the most amazing family getaway at Shauntelle's Balboa Peninsula beach house. We had a large group (12 adults and 5 children) and we certainly got the VIP treatment from beginning to end. Location was just amazing. Nothing is better than waking up in the morning to the ocean waves. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchens were also stocked with all the essentials for cooking for a large group. We made good use of the gas BBQs as well. The upper level deck was great outside space to watch the sunrise and sunsets. Check in and check out process was efficient and easy. Looking forward for our next stay!

    Hosted a family reunion at their boardwalk/oceanfront property and the experience/customer care was truly first class! The property is quite large considering it's right on the boardwalk and everything is updated. TVs in every room, updated showers, large comfortable beds. The location is right next to restaurants and bars, we walked everywhere. Blankets, beach chairs, beach tents, beach towels were complimentary and very much appreciated. Lastly but not least, we would like to give a shout out to our property representative Shauntelle. Her customer service was exceptional. She was very reachable and accommodating to our requests. 100% would rent this property again!

    WOW. What an incredible experience and amazing weekend. We booked this beautiful beach house for a large group of 25 and everything from the location, the service, and the house itself exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning Ms. Shauntelle went out of her way to accommodate our group: from drafting a payment schedule that worked for us, to making sure we had the exact right number of extra pillows, towels, sheets etc for our group. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and more than happy to communicate through email, text and/or over the phone to your preference. The place itself is marvelous. We rented the entire 2-story home for our group, however each floor is completely set up and stocked as a freestanding unit with a large fridge/freezer, 3+ bedrooms, 3 beautiful modern bathrooms as well as dining space and plenty of convertible couches/futons for lounging and/or sleeping extra guests. Located right on Oceanfront Blvd with a balcony on the top and patio on the ground floor, we were literally steps away from the sand. Sipping coffee on the balcony with a cool ocean breeze first thing in the morning is my definition of true relaxation. Beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment can also be requested which was so nice to know since who wants to lug a dozen beach chairs around on vacation? (not me!). Not to mention that the assigned 1-car garage had a bunch of sand toys and boogie boards for kids if needed. Also, the convenience of having access to two off-street parking spaces with the whole-house rental cannot be understated, as parking around Newport Beach in the summer season can be madness. However, once the cars were parked and unloaded, we were able to completely forget our worries about siting in stop-and-go beach traffic to get to activities, because everything we needed was so close! Balboa Lily's is around the corner two blocks away for amazing coffee and breakfast/lunch. Newport Harbor Boat Rentals has the best price for a 2-hour duffy boat rental and is four blocks away. Cabo Cantina has delicious margaritas and craving-inducing Mexican fare with breezy open windows and an awesome DJ. Plenty of other options too, plus an arcade and other kid-friendly activities. AND the Balboa Pier with the original Ruby's diner is right there! Immediately next door to the house is a bike rental shop (and ice cream shop) so you can lazily bike the wide beach path that stretches the length of the peninsula and daydream while passing in front of hundreds of gorgeous beachfront homes. We spent the morning renting a couple duffy boats and exploring the expansive Newport Bay harbor, and even decided to go for dock service at Woody's Wharf. You don't even have to get out of the boat! Full food and drink service right from the dock, amazing. The afternoon was wiled away on the sand playing games and later strolling through the breakers before eventually heading to dinner down the block at sunset. 100% will be back, even if just for a couples' retreat from the upstairs! Can't say no to that balcony! Highly highly recommend.

    Shauntelle was AMAZING to work with! She was not fazed at all by our large group or by our even larger needs. She was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to ensure we had a great trip. The house is adorable and set up for large groups. It's a little crazy at first with all the futons- but when you have multiple families with little ones and you can keep them in rooms with their parents- it's perfection. I have a large extended family and we meet up often in different parts of the country. We have stayed in some elaborate and spacious homes. This one was by far one of our favorite houses despite being much smaller and simpler than others. The house had everything we needed for our meals and even some extra fun like playing cards and beach toys. It was close to the beach and having the cars parked right in front of the house was perfect for our loading and unloading. Our trip was split between Disneyland and the beach. The drive to Disney was only around 30 mins so that was ideal. We were not thrilled with the area around the Disneyland parks or the rentals available so we were thrilled with the location of this rental. There was a cute store next door that was sadly only open on the weekend. We were within walking distance of many shops, treats and things to do. Our kids loved playing at the beach and doing surfing lessons. We also did a whale watching tour down the street at Davey's Locker. I'm excited to come back to this area and will definitely stay again!

    We had an absolute fantastic time at this property. Showed up at 4 and were provided the door code promptly. The property was clean, tidy, and all amenities discussed in the contract were provided. Shauntelle was awesome and made sure we were taken care of every step of the trip. It is an amazing property, steps away from the beach. Great balcony to watch life on the strand go by. Next time we're looking for a beach house we will definitely be hoping this is available.

    To start, Shauntelle and Susan were great! Both very professional and responsive before and during my families trip! They both made my family feel welcome and comfortable. My family rented the home on oceanfront and it was literally the best home in many ways. This house is amazing, and it is located in the prime area of Newport/Balboa near the Balboa pier. Everything is walking distance and there is tons of parking literally right in front of the house! If you are looking for a beachfront property to rent for family gatherings or vacations do not pass this home up! It is very big with lots of space for entertainment. We are definitely going to make this home our go to spot for vacationing!

    Had so much fun renting the beach house at 510 E Oceanfront, Newport Beach, CA 92661 Used it to host a church girls camp. We brought 19 teenage girls for 4 days and it was perfect for what we needed. Had plenty of space for all of us. The layout worked out great for us. Especially liked the kitchens, used top floor for main serving and eating. And the lower one for prep and storage. The balcony was a favorite spot to relax and enjoy the view. The beach was a very short walk away and we took full advantage of that. We also enjoyed walking to the little shops in town. The owner, Shauntelle, was very helpful with planning questions, and very responsive to any concerns we had while there. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a fabulous time!!

Shortly after we reached out, we were contacted by Mike Woepse, who was a superstar throughout the entire process. In our initial call with him, we had a variety of questions, and he had clear and thorough answers to all of them, ranging from advice on lenders, the current state of the market, which areas seemed to fit our preferences, what our timelines would look like, and how we would be working together. By the end of the call, we knew that we had found a good fit. This was a remote search, as we were not actively living in the area where we were looking to buy. Normally, this can introduce some challenges, but Mike and his team were comfortable with it, having worked with many buyers and sellers throughout the COVID era. They made it clear that they recommended visiting homes in person, which we were on board with, but that also was a good sign that they cared about us and wanted to make sure that at the end of the day, we wouldn't be surprised by anything about the home. During our first showings, Mike walked us through things to look out for, while also being attentive to things that my wife and I pointed out about the homes as pros and cons. He also scrutinized each of the homes with a more experienced eye, pointing out things like termite damage, unusual (and possibly not permitted) additions, or other concerns that would have otherwise slipped past us as newcomers. Throughout the whole search, we felt like he was looking out for our best interests. After a few more rounds of searches, we found a couple of homes that we wanted to make offers on. Of course, Mike was completely prepared for that process too, walking us through everything that we needed to do on our end, and recommending strategies to approach counter-offer situations. We eventually had an offer accepted, and we went into escrow for our first home. Mike and his team had several recommendations for inspectors, which we worked with to take a closer look at the home. We started to find a few concerning issues, and in a situation where a first-time home buyer might feel overwhelmed, we instead felt like we could bounce questions off of Mike and his team about anything and receive an honest and helpful answer. Around this time, we also found another home that we liked even more, and even though it would be a bit of a challenge to navigate the cancellation for the first home, another round of offers and counter-offers, and another closing process, we decided to pursue this other home. We ended up having our offer accepted with only a two-week window to close, which was very tight, but with the help of Mike and his team, we were able to coordinate access for inspectors and a family member to get everything looked at. On top of that, we also found some things that needed to be worked on in the near future, which would be a bit expensive, and Mike helped us decide on an appropriate amount of seller credits to request before closing, which the seller accepted. Finally, we were able to close on our first home! We're very excited, and we're grateful that we worked with KBRE to do it. Mike and his team literally worked 'round the clock to accommodate our work schedules, and we couldn't be more satisfied. We will happily be recommending them to anyone that we know that is looking to buy or sell.

Out of 103 offers to realtors to sign up with me 4 did. when I ask why the agent didn't want List reports they already had it or said it had no value to them. I strongly believe this company would say anything to get you to sign up and simply don't care for Loan officers for anything other than money.

Found out you can't cancel online, you have to contact ListReports via email. There's no phone number to call. Their website leans on an AI chat bot instead of a human being. I initiated the cancellation in February and was told via email that the cancellation was confirmed. They've since charged me twice. Upon recently discovering this I emailed them again notifying them of the issue. They said they showed no record of my cancellation and asked for screenshots of my emails (are you kidding me!??!?!?!). I provided those screenshots 4 days ago and still nothing, now I'm writing this review as a result. What an absolutely deplorable company - you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I'll cut to the chase - they rented out our property in 6 days at a standard market rate with a dream tenant. If you want to learn some more details that may be helpful to you... We had an intake interview with Chris Carlson who answered all of our questions accurately and honestly. Everything that he shared with us about their management style, good and different, was accurate. Our property manager is Oscar Muratalla and he is wonderful and a trustworthy communicator. Their work is great. Their onboarding process is standardized and thorough. It seems from my end that they respond to tenant requests promptly. Their vendors are industry standard and reasonably priced. I would recommend MR to any landlord who is looking for a straightforward and practical property management group to work with.

My experience with Cameron was great until it wasn't. He went completely ghost and did not put in the contract with the sellers that they could take the pots in my front porch. They were there the day before for the walk-through. Cameron mentioned the sellers would be taking some plants,(he should have put that in the contract if the sellers wanted to keep) come to my surprise the day I get the keys. The two front plants are completely gone! Completely unacceptable also during the inspection as well many things were missed, and Cameron and his team recommended this person.. This is from my personal experience
