Brown roaches found in kitchen and bedroom . As soon as we turned on light we saw roaches in kitchen We end up leaving and had to find another hotel despite this was paid for months in advance . cockroaches are known to spread 33 kinds of bacteria and where there are a few there are tons more hiding . For the price we pay for monthly maintenance fees this resort should not have this problem . Should have known since we saw the jumbo roaches all over the landscape . Wonder if they disclose their cockroach problem when they have their pushy presentation to get you to sign up or buy more points .

Very nice and would stay here again. Got a 2 bedroom suite and was pleasantly surprised. Has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, quiet grounds and security made the stay safe. See pictures attached...

The check-in process was great. I arrived closed to midnight, so there no wait. The concierge desk was closed at the time, so I have to come back in the morning to get the parking pass. The living room area has no ants crawling on the wall this time. The resort has a miniature golf, table tennis, pool, spa, game area for the kids, gym and small office area. I like staying here everytime I came to Anaheim, Southern California area.

This resort is not managed by WorldMark I thought it was! Anyway, during our stay the property was undergoing property-wide refurbishment and work crews can be seen working. We left the place early enough each day that we did not experience noise, dust, or odors during that time. The first time we stayed in this location we didn't have to go deep inside the property to get to our unit, our room was right by the entrance by the registration office. This second time that we booked here the property had features of an apartment that they have refurbished, not like the WorldMark resorts we've been used to staying in. There are no washer/dryer in the unit. Instead they have complimentary laundry facilities available for guest use. There are no elevators in the buildings but we had a ground floor 1-bedroom unit during our stay. Our unit was clean and presentable but it looked unfinished. I mean, the dining table looked pushed in one corner, no room for the bench seating unless we moved the table. Some hardware in the bathroom were not completely installed. Saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom. Eeek! There is a Disneyland shuttle that runs every 20 mins from 9:00a until 30-mins after the park closes. There is a small fee for this service. This location is a little closer to Disneyland than WorldMark Anaheim. Review #0734 updated

Our first time here and it was almost flawless!! The staff is AMAZING!! Helen and Neil were the stars of the show going above and beyond and showing the definition of customer service!! All of the staff was great, one of them even gave one of her own feminine products to my daughter since we did not pack any and the stores were closed. Any request they also call to follow up to confirm it was completed. The Location is PERFECT!! Two turns away from Disney park parking and surrounded by anything you need or want!! We LOVED they they offered free laundry and two hot tubs!! My only critique would be for a six person room there should be two bathrooms. This made it tough on the late return nights from the park. Otherwise our stay would have been FLAWLESS!!

Had a great 3 night stay here at Labor Day weekend 2022. A/c worked great during the California heat wave. Pool was refreshing as well. The room, kitchen area and living room are all nicely appointed and we didn't have any issues during our stay. Laundry room opened promptly at 8am and was neat and clean. Walking distance to Disney , Walgreens cvs and many restaurants. We were registered guests of the time share owners and luckily were not pressured into any sales breakfasts. I'd definitely stay here again. Perfectly quiet every night and easy parking.

This isn't the nicest timeshare in Anaheim, but we were lucky to score an open reservation during the Veteran's day holiday. Location - many businesses in close proximity (target, Roscoe's, CVS, gas stations, liquor store, and some fast food spots. Disneyland - about a 15-20 minute walk Freeways - easily accessible Pool & hot tub - decent size but can get very crowded, especially when someone is having their kid's birthday party at the pool Elevator - none but two floors Cleanliness - not the best, which is the biggest reason I wrote this review. We woke up with a ton of bug bites! Spoke to the manager & advised they should do a thorough cleaning after we check out. The manager asked to see my bites because if it was bed bugs, she wanted to tell me how to care for the bites. Once I showed her, she insisted they could be flea bites. We ended up cutting our trip short. Mind you, this is supposed to be a resort where only service animals are allowed. Also, they went through a huge remodel recently, but it looks as if they painted over the dirt. I'm glad they removed the carpet though! So just beware, might be worth it to bring your own sheets or ask for new ones upon arrival; it's not guaranteed they changed them!

From the moment you pull into the driveway, you know you're somewhere special. I chose valet parking, which is about $60 a night. They also offer self-parking at a lower rate if you'd rather save a little money. As soon as you walk through the doors, you're greeted with the most amazing signature scent. It honestly reminds me of walking into an upscale Las Vegas resort. The lobby is elegant, there's a beautiful bar, a well-equipped fitness center, and a gorgeous pool area. We spent some time at the heated pool and jacuzzi, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The jacuzzi even has water features flowing into it, making it feel like a true luxury resort. The rooms are just as impressive. They're modern, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The carpet was so soft, the bathroom was beautiful, and the entire room felt clean, relaxing, and upscale. Now, here's the decision I had to make. I could have booked a theme park view room where you can see Disney California Adventure and the fireworks from your balcony. But instead, I chose a resort-view room because I really wanted to experience the hotel's rooftop restaurant, Rise. And I'm so glad I did. When we checked in, they were able to get us a reservation for 8:30 p.m. The restaurant is reservation-only, so I definitely recommend planning ahead if you can. We arrived just before sunset, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The rooftop has glass panels all around, so you have an unobstructed view of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure while you're enjoying dinner. Then, at 9:30, the fireworks started. Watching the sunset fade into the Disney fireworks while enjoying dinner on the rooftop was honestly one of the most magical experiences of the trip. It was worth every penny. So if you're celebrating something special, planning a romantic getaway, or just want to treat yourself to a luxury Disneyland experience, The Westin Anaheim is an incredible choice. It's definitely a splurge--but if you're looking to feel a little bougie, relax in luxury, and create an unforgettable Disney memory, you won't regret staying here.

The staff were consistently friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The walk to downtown Disney was easy as was getting through security. We enjoyed the hotel pool and my young daughter had fun on the water slide. Breakfast at Great Maple was delicious and by far one of the best meals at the hotel our entire trip. The parts that I didn't love and took away from a 4 or 5-star experience: 1. There is no room service. This surprised me as the other two Disney hotels both include this service. As a parent to a young child, early morning room service before park shenanigans has been so supportive and easeful. Given the prices, I'd expect more. I did expect more. This was disappointing. This alone is why I wouldn't come back. 2. The cafe in the hotel does open at 6AM for those who are early birds and get to park at opening. It was nice to be able to get hot water for tea or grab a latte. They have some pre-made food selections and snacks and of course, glutinous pastries. For families like ours who have food restrictions such as gluten, there wasn't much option. The pre-made frittatas were pretty awful. Would not recommend. And besides that, there aren't any protein forward/warm food options. Again, super disappointing. It's 2026. It's LA. Cmon. 3. They don't offer any drinking water/bottles in the room. Minor detail, I know. But I recall the other hotels do. So if you wanted drinking water, you had to go down to the fitness room to fill up or pay $3.80 for a small Dasani via the vending machine. Mind you, in order to use the in-room coffee/tea machine... you need drinking water to fill it up. Multi-billionaire dollar company. Complimentary water shouldn't break the bank. I feel salty about this one. 4. The elevators. Great concept. Friendly staff. Slow AF during busier hours. Literally allot extra time to get to the lobby. I personally won't go back. But it's the cheaper hotel of the three and now I get why. If you live on pastries and tap water, you Gucci.

One thing that surprised me was how warm and humid the indoor water park felt. The temperature is kept at 84 degrees, which makes sense for swimming but it was a little muggy and took some getting used to. There are several different play areas that help spread out the crowds. We spent most of our time in the toddler/young kids' section, which was perfect for little ones. The kids also had a great time in the outdoor play area. We rented a cabana for the day and thought it was well worth it, especially for larger groups since open seating can be difficult to find. Our cabana included bottled water in a mini fridge, a small locker, two lounge chairs, a dining table, a couch, towels, and thin curtains that could be closed for a little extra privacy (although they are somewhat see-through). Overall, we had a great experience. It's a fun destination for families year-round since the indoor water park stays warm regardless of the weather. We also played a round of mini golf outside, and the ropes course looked like a lot of fun for older kids and adults. We'd definitely come back.

LONG REVIEW AHEAD!…read more We took our daughter to Great Wolf Lodge for her 4th birthday, and it ended up being the perfect little getaway. We stayed one night, arriving Saturday morning and leaving Sunday around noon, and honestly, that was just the right amount of time. A quick tip before you book. I called instead of booking online so I could make sure every available discount was applied. If you're an educator (like me), military (active, retired, or veteran), first responder, nurse, medical provider, government employee, or fall under the Howling Heroes program, there's a discount. The savings were significant. Also, add the Wolf Pass when you book. It's cheaper than waiting until check-in, and we definitely got our money's worth. Now, check-in... whew. It felt like we were checking bags at the airport. Be prepared for a line. The water park opens at 10:00 a.m., but rooms officially aren't ready until 4:00 p.m. You can utilize the park while you wait for your room! We checked in around noon and got lucky. Our room was ready around 1:30, which was a pleasant surprise. I skipped the birthday package because, for us, it wasn't worth the cost. Instead, I ordered decorations from Amazon and decorated our room and the front door while my husband kept our daughter busy at the water park. Seeing her face when she walked in made it 100% worth it. The best way I can describe Great Wolf Lodge is this: it's like a mini Vegas for kids. There is always something happening. Download the app before you go because it makes planning your day much easier. Some activities were better than others. We weren't impressed with Meet the Pack or Story Time. It honestly gave low-budget Chuck E. Cheese character energy. We went once and that was enough. The water park, though? That's where the fun is. Our daughter spent most of her time in the kiddie area, where she could safely explore with us close by. The wave pool was another favorite. Every time you heard the howl, everyone knew the waves were about to start, and the excitement never got old. We also spent time at the outdoor pool, which was just as enjoyable. The Wolf Pass kept us busy. We played mini golf and bowling together, and we made sure to check off just about everything included. One thing to know about the Build-A-Bear experience. The pass covers only the bear. If your child wants clothes, accessories, or even the little carrying box, those are extra. The box alone was $2. We packed our own drinks and snacks, which saved us a little money. For dinner, we ordered the large Honey Pepperoni pizza, and it was actually really good. Before heading home Sunday morning, we grabbed Dunkin' Donuts downstairs, which made for an easy breakfast before the drive back. Overall, this was such a fun birthday trip. Our daughter had an absolute blast, and so did we. We'll definitely be back. One overnight stay was enough to do a lot without feeling rushed, and we left with a very happy four-year-old, which is all that really mattered.

Here is my assessment of our stay while we were at Disney~ Pros-beautiful property -best lobby ambassador Sean -smooth courteous checkin -nice comfty city view room -beautiful garden -lovely rooftop vibes and can see the fireworks -easy access to GardenWalk and restaurants -nice walk to downtown Disney and the parks -everyone so nice working here -yummy morning parfaits -clean bathrooms -nice relaxing tub -nice 24hr gym with water and fruit -comfortable beds -wonderful housekeeping refreshed everything daily for us thanks Lupita! Cons-not as strong water pressure As you can see it's really hard to find a con here lol it's an amazing before July 4th week stay and we are so thankful we got to try out this beautiful place!!

Our family had an amazing time at Disneyland, but unfortunately our hotel experience fell well…read moreshort of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating. The front desk staff had difficulty locating our original reservation, which created unnecessary stress after a long day of travel. At one point, we were nearly charged for an additional week's stay because of the confusion. Although the issue was eventually corrected, it left us questioning the hotel's reservation process. Before our trip ended, we decided to book an additional night so we could enjoy one more day at Disneyland. Despite extending our stay, we were told we had to move to a different room rather than remain in our existing one. This meant packing up all of our belongings and moving everything--including luggage, strollers, and our children's items--in the middle of our vacation. While we understand room availability can sometimes require this, the process was handled with very little effort to make it easier for our family. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it. On multiple occasions, we called the front desk to request luggage assistance, only for our requests to be forgotten or never fulfilled. We either had to call back or ultimately move everything ourselves, which was especially difficult while traveling with two young children. Throughout our stay, customer service was consistently disappointing. The front desk often came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, and it frequently felt like our requests were more of an inconvenience than an opportunity to provide good service. Our biggest disappointment came on our final day. We requested a short extension to our checkout time, fully understanding that late checkouts are never guaranteed. However, the request was met with little empathy or effort to accommodate us. A courteous explanation or even an attempt to help would have gone a long way, but instead we were simply told no, leaving us feeling like guest satisfaction wasn't a priority. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near Disneyland, but exceptional hospitality is what separates a good hotel from a great one. Unfortunately, the repeated service issues, poor communication, and lack of hospitality overshadowed what should have been a memorable family vacation. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in improving the guest experience so future visitors receive the level of service expected from a hotel of this caliber.

We stayed in the deluxe studio and had a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The room came with a queen bed as well as a queen size Murphy bed. Everyone from the bell hopper to security, front desk, housekeeping and any employee we interacted with were so nice! You could tell Disney keeps their employees happy here. We went to the pool and ordered food and drinks through their poolside service. Everything came out quick and delicious! Yes the Disneyland hotel is $$$ however you pay for the convenience of being close to the park. Which definitely helped us because we were able to take a midday nap! Will definitely stay here again!

I did not realize this but there are multiple towers this hotel and 3 pools! I got my Minnie ears here immediately and loved their gift shops!! They are RIGHT in the middle of downtown Disney so it is easy to just walk right over! When it came to accommodations, 10/10 the staff is SO sweet making sure your stay is absolutely wonderful. Their room service is delicious!!! One night we got the cheeseburger, the salmon, the wings, and my favorite- the pizza! So big and so delicious. I love how late they stay open as well of you don't have enough energy to go somewhere at the park you could get something delicious back at the room! They had a pull out bed that was extremely spacious as well. I had an incident where I was injured in the park by falling on the tracks where they have the parades and cracking my knee of the metal, well when I was limping back the front desk was already ON it, having someone come out from the medical station down Main Street which I was unaware they had, how neat, and offer ambulatory devices so I could get around the park such as scooters, wheelchair, they also cleaned it and wrapped it did an incident report and were so incredibly helpful. I will forever appreciate that because accidents happen and you never think it's going to be you until it is and they handled it so calm cool empathetic and collective it helped a lot. Though my knee ended up fractured it was the last day there so I REALLY got to admire this beautiful hotel. At one point I just hobbled down to the pools and put my feet in their hot tub! They also have Goofy's Kitchen which has a delicious breakfast! If I could give this hotel 1,000,000,000 stars I would. The intricate details they put to making these hotel towers magical is outstanding and I can't WAIT to go back!

They loved the added decorations, and it really made my 2 littles want to stay in the room "forever"! The door was wrapped in Baby Shark decor, which initiated the excitement as soon as we walked up to our hotel room. We arrived really early in the morning to check-in. They allowed us to park early and enjoy the parks until room was ready. We also lucked out with being able to have our room ready earlier than expected. Text message notification made it nice for updates. Also, if you door dash, they hold it in the lobby for you, which is really nice and convenient! On another note, they don't allow visitors to park on the property since they make guests a priority and do not allow visitors to access the pool. We were staying multiple days and had family that wanted to come visit us at the hotel, but we had to adjust our plans! So, we didn't make it to the pool like we had originally planned. I definitely give it a 4/5, because we didn't experience the pool and couldn't pay for the second vehicle, but we would stay here again since it is close to the parks and is a nice and safe walk across the street.

The property is clean, the ambiance is beautiful, and the staff provided great service throughout our stay. I loved that they offer amenities like valet, bell service, pool service, and room service, yet the prices are still very reasonable. There was also plenty of secure parking, which gave us extra peace of mind. The hotel is located next to the freeway, so I was a little concerned about noise. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I couldn't hear it at all from our room. You do notice some freeway noise at the pool, but they play music that helps minimize it, and it didn't take away from the experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

One of the main automatic doors on the lobby level leading to the pool area was not functioning properly, which should have been addressed for both convenience and guest safety. In addition, we called the front desk in the morning to request clean towels, but no one answered after multiple attempts, which was frustrating and not what I expect from a hotel of this caliber. The pool area was also extremely overcrowded, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the amenities. While I understand holiday weekends can be busy, better crowd management would have significantly improved the guest experience. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the standards I experienced during my previous visit. Unless there are noticeable improvements in customer service and property maintenance, this will likely be my last stay at this location.

First off the location is great for the parks, it's a doable walk when your feet are still fresh but if you're too tired they have their cute little trolley that drops you off and picks you up from the parks once an hour. It's a very quiet hotel, i've never had any noise issues staying there. The rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfy. Another plus is the A/C's always work great and since they renovated they're in the ceiling so it cools a lot more evenly. They've got a pool and hot tub plus a small wading pool for the little tykes! They've really stepped up their continental breakfast as well. Lots of choices and great things to grab for snacks later inside the park. The staff is always phenomenal and friendly. From front desk, to maids, to groundskeepers and security guards everyone smiles and greets you when walking by. We like a specific area of the hotel and they almost always honor that and are very personable. The price is pretty comparable to other ones in the surrounding area when you factor in parking fees for them. My family is usually willing to pay a little extra for that Candy Cane Inn charm.
