Honestly a really incredible Worldmark. We stopped in to do a timeshare which included a vey cool extensive tour of WM - Anaheim. They were making improvements and upgrades to many parts of the hotel when we visited, which is great to see. I've stayed at Wyndham Hotels in the past including BEI in San Francisco, which is a little more on the minimalist side where as this iconic location in Anaheim is a destination in itself being in the Disneyland neighborhood. Being a World Mark it's very much a resort - with it's vacation ownership incentives. Great staff and the amenities are stacked from their Starbucks inside to their recreation room, rooftop spa & jacuzzi, pools, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, concierge service, and those spacious rooms... The list goes on. It's only a 10 minute walk to the entrance for Disney, which makes it great as their parking is now free/complimentary. The garage is safe and secure and only accessible through one side off Zeyn Street, which is actually where the main entrance is as well. A few people arriving got a little confused as well as the address is 201 W Katella Avenue. There didn't seem to be anyone able to help guest staying here with their luggage right away and we did need a temporary card to access the garage when we were ready to go after nearly three hours here for the presentation and tour, snacks and some serious marketing tactics. It was fun, but not really worth it because we did everything we were supposed to including not signing up for a time share and still receiving our gifts which included a meal credit for $100 we can't really use and a voucher we mailed in but come to find out they sent another voucher via email that was lost in spam O.O... they really don't want you to cash in on this deal... Or at least make you go the extra mile to get it... The thought of doing a group staycation definitely popped up as we were walking some of the suites, great for all types of families, including chosen. It's just not a practical thing to invest in at the moment. Worldmark Anaheim itself is nice overall, very local to lots of food spots including the food plaza at the Cambria Hotel off Anaheim Blvd and Katella Avenue. Aside from the Starbucks/Cafe/Market I don't believe they have a full on eatery, which is a little surprising. Also local restaurants, other amusement parks like Knott's Berry Farm (6 miles away - 36 metro ride, 12 minute drive), House of Blues - Anaheim and even the iconic outdoor mall known as the Anaheim Garden Walk. Reasonable stay. Nice area. Clean layout. EV friendly. Would consider staying a night or three here, maybe when they finish pool and jacuzzi renovations in 2026.

***TIMESHARE PRESENTATION REVIEW!!*** I've been to these timeshare presentations with my wife, so we know what to expect. So let me share my experience here step by step so that if you are wondering what your experience will be like, you will know... First, you're probably here because someone you met at the fair, a mall, or maybe even Vegas promised you some free gifts for a 2-hour presentation. We were promised gas, a hotel stay, and food. We did not receive any food except for snacks. So if you were promised lunch, not happening. Parking is free and covered, so that's good. The location is nice, right close to Disney and close to restaurants. When you walk inside, go to the sale check-in area, not the front desk. Once checked in, they will verify that you are with a spouse and see if you hold a major credit card. No credit card, no deal, yo! So have that. Once that's done, you will sit and wait until some rep picks you up. Everyone gets picked up by their own rep. An army of these sales reps will walk down the stairs and call people by name is pretty funny. Once you're on the second floor, they offer you snacks and sit you down. This is where they will try to talk to you and get to know you, they will ask you questions. Be careful what you say; they will use it against you. If you say you spend 10000 dollars on a trip every year and you decline to purchase, they will tell you, Why is it that you can afford to pay 10k a month but can't pay 300 bucks on a timeshare? Yeah, be ready for that. Keep it to a minimum! Then after a few minutes they will show you some videos about the program and how it works. The dude giving the presentation will act as your best friend. He's not. Once that's done, your rep will talk to you again and explain the packages to you and ask you even more questions, like what are your dream vacation spots and then will use it against you. They will ask how much you plan to spend on each trip and again will use it against you by telling you how much you can save on their timeshare. Is CAP. Then you get the grand tour. It is mid. Nothing super special. Pools are mid, but a bar is coming soon, so alcoholic drinks next to the pool woo hoo! sarcastically, of course. You get to see their best room. You will not get that room if you purchase it. They show you the best they've got. Then they take you to the roof. Looks cool and has hot tubs but is still mid. Then once that's all done, you go back to your table. At your table, you get asked more questions and ask if you're interested. If you say no, they will bring the manager, who will try to sell you a great reduced deal. Some even go so far as to say it is just for you. CAP is the same info they feed to everyone; don't fall for it. They explain everything to you except the hidden fees and the maintenance fees that go up every year and the fact that not every place has a hotel you can stay at... is all cap, but if you're really going to buy, I'd recommend being cautious. There are a lot of hidden fees and lies. Once you reject the manager, they start to get desperate. They will use everything you said against you. Oh, you have money to go here but can't buy this? When I declined multiple times, the manager gave up and made a rude statement to the rep, saying, It's okay, check them out. These deals are for real people who want to vacation." I looked at him and said, Nah, fam, we know how to vacation; we just do it our way and cheaper. He just stared at me, and my wife laughed. He walked away. Once that's done, they stamp your paperwork with a picture that says customer refused. Then someone comes and gives you a quick survey about your experience and then walks you to the cash out window to get your gifts, and that's it. It takes about 2 hours. Less if you plan to reject. More if you keep asking dumb questions or giving them more ammo to throw at you. So my advice is keep it simple!!! Don't say more than you need to, and you will be fine! Stay strong; you can do this! I believe in you!!!!!

Very nice location

It's a great place , the Disneyland shuttle is right in front of the entrance to the left. The whole place has a Disneyland themed look . They also have a gift shop full of Disney items . They also have a Starbucks inside with a store full of snacks . This place a very cozy. It books up fast so get on the waitlist, it's worth it . All the rooms have a washer and dryer by the way . You can see the Disney fireworks every night on the rooftop.

Aside from the chaotic driveway, we loved our stay here. When we arrived there must have been a dozen cars in the round about waiting to check in. A staff member eventually came out to help direct traffic. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family. It's always nice having a full size kitchen and a washer/dryer when traveling with kids. This resort had all we needed. The parking situation is not too crazy. Just know it's a self park garage that is $12/day. There always seemed to be available parking so no big deal. They also have electric charging stations which is nice! It's not free, you have to download the app. When you check in and out there are plenty of the luggage carts around. There are no ice machines but the front desk will provide ice upon request in a nice plastic bag. The rooms are modern and visibly clean. The shower could use a deep scrub but other than that, the rooms are nice. We came during the Christmas season and I loved all the holiday decor to include a mailbox for the kids to write a letter to Santa!

WorldMark (WM) Anaheim is one of the WM resorts closest to my home. I have stayed here a few times when my daughters were younger especially when we had the Disneyland yearly pass. Since Covid-19, I haven't been back until recently. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy. I was the last one to check-in for the day. I actually got in after 12:30 AM the next day LOL. Lobby is open 24 hours. They now charge $12 parking per night for WM owners... $15 for WM guests. Parking is separate from the main building. You will need your unit key card to get into the parking structure. I stayed in a one bedroom unit. It was enough space for 1 person. Unit was clean, however, I saw a small cucaracha on the kitchen counter first time ever at a WM resort. Anyway, unit was equipped with kitchen, TV, closets, bath tub/shower, and washer/dryer. Everything was in working order. Bedroom had a very comfortable queen size bed. Sofa had a sofabed which I didn't have to use. Unit allowed 4 people max. I was on the 3rd floor with a very tiny balcony LOL that overlooked the swimming pool. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable 2 nights stay. The resort itself has alot of amenities such as a business center with one computer only, a game room, an exercise room, a little food market, a small souvenir shop, and swimming pool with community BBQ plus lounging area. There are only 2 elevators. They have a rooftop where you can see the fireworks coming from Disneyland... how cool! Btw, Anaheim Gardenwalk is just a couple blocks walking distance away. Disneyland is only several blocks driving distance away. Perfect resort to stay at if you're visiting the Anaheim area! Happy Vacation'ing!

I've been a WorldMark owner for a little over 9 years. I made my first purchase at this location. Ironically, I have yet to stay here. One of the main reasons why I haven't is because I live fairly close by. Lately, for runDisney races, I've gotten accommodation so I don't have to wake up extra early each day and pay for parking each day. I've opted to stay over at the Dolphin's Cove instead of here as I refuse to pay the $10/night for parking. While I've found that each WorldMark property is well maintained, they don't exactly treat owners all too well. Every time, I have to be hassled or strong-armed into attending yet another owner "update" where they try to squeeze even more money out of me. I only attend them when I absolutely have nothing planned or anything else better to do. Personally, the incentive that is offered is never worth the aggravation of having to endure these high-pressure sales. I really cannot get that hour back.

Review is for the facility, for what it is the facility is good. The downstairs has a gym that I hadn't seen anyone use and an entertainment room with arcade machines better than the one at Garden Walk. My family got these "VIP" wristbands where we got free drinks and snacks every afternoon. Except I only used it once because I was out most of the time they offered this. Our room had 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining/family room. There was also a washer and dryer in one of the bathrooms. Pretty strange place to put the laundry area. The TV remotes were pretty janky and the TVs had limited channels. I tried to log in to my Hulu account because apparently the main menu said I could but wasn't able to for whatever reason. Instead of using the TV I ended up using my phone to watch my live TV via Hulu. Now for the sales presentation, they said it was only going to be an hour but it was like 4 hours long. That's half the day gone!

There's a sign because SOMEONE DID THIS , eeewww

WorldMark Anaheim Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - WorldMark Anaheim

Have they changed their policy on pets? The question was asked 3 years ago, hoping it's changed.

No, pets not allowed.

Does this resort offer a shuttle to Disneyland?

You can walk across the street to the Toy Story lot and take the shuttle for free to the DLR.

Do they accept dogs?

No, no Worldmark accepts dogs. They are all no pets

What is the studio like? I cant seem to find pictures or anything anywhere for it. Not even a floor plan.

Can you compare the two bedroom twin with the one bedroom for the view and the square footage, location in the resort, etc.?

On my most recent stay, I was placed in a handicap accessible room that I did not request when booking. Not a huge issue, but definitely not what I expected. During the stay before that, on my last day, I stopped at the pool bar to relax and have a few drinks. The entire time, the bartenders and wait staff were either on their phones or arguing with each other. It made for a pretty uncomfortable atmosphere and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. On the stay prior to that, I had a very negative interaction with a manager, which I reported in a letter. The response from the hotel was lukewarm and didn't leave a good impression. I felt I was treated poorly, especially for a property at this level, and the small number of points offered felt more dismissive than helpful. On top of that, tours were repeatedly brought through the gym while my guests and I were trying to work out. I understand the space may be open, but having multiple groups walk through filming on their phones, combined with the manager's reaction and comments, was frustrating and honestly left a lasting negative impression. I will say the front desk staff are excellent and the housekeeping team is outstanding. Unfortunately, the issues with other areas overshadow the great work they do. Use a credit card to book your room, so you can use their quick check in line. Either way, make sure you take the exact card you use to book for checking in. Before you go, buy the discounted dining deal. You can only buy it in advance, and the food and drinks are pretty pricey, so you will spend $$$. I also suggest attaching your credit card to your wristband for convenience. We really enjoyed the pizza place onsite. We checked in on a Sunday and it was a bit crowded, but we managed to do it all in three hours. The kids loved the bunk bed, and my only complaint about our room is that the tub faucet leaked. The next day, we packed a bag with a change of clothes that we fit into a small locker for $12, and went back into the waterpark for a couple more hours. I recommend packing travel toiletries for a quick shower before leaving. They have plenty of showers, changing rooms, and a swimsuit dryer, but no toiletries in the waterpark bathrooms. Waterpark towels are provided and must be checked out and in or you'll be charged, so don't lose them. There's a water bottle refill station in the waterpark near the bathrooms. We didn't try many of the activities offered except for the arcade that offered packages starting at $35. Lastly, be sure to pay for parking before you leave. That was also $35. All in all, we got a deal on the room but spent more on food, drinks, games, and parking combined. My kids are 5 and 10, and they were able to go on just about everything that was open. The issue is not necessarily that every employee was rude -- the real problem is the completely broken system and lack of communication between departments. We booked THREE rooms for 18 guests for a birthday celebration and simply wanted to reserve and pay for a place where everyone could eat lunch together and celebrate with cake. Something that should have been straightforward became an exhausting process filled with confusion, conflicting information, and endless transfers between departments. The front desk had no idea about the policies of the events department. The front desk also had no clear understanding of pool policies. Every single question required someone to "leave a note" for another department and wait for an email response that never came. No callbacks. No follow-up. No accountability. The most frustrating part was trying to contact the front desk directly. First, you are forced through an AI system. Then you finally reach someone in the "reservation department," who is not even onsite. Despite politely asking multiple times to be transferred directly to the front desk, they refused and insisted they could help. They could not. Instead, they placed me on hold supposedly to ask the front desk themselves -- and after 11 minutes on hold, they never came back. At that point, yes, the reservation department representatives themselves became part of the problem: rude, dismissive, unprofessional, poorly trained, and completely incapable of resolving even simple questions. This company has far too many unnecessary departments that clearly do not communicate or work together. Planning an important family event here became stressful instead of enjoyable. I will never host another birthday event at Great Wolf Lodge again, and I would strongly caution families against wasting their time and money here for important celebrations.

I will forever appreciate that because accidents happen and you never think it's going to be you until it is and they handled it so calm cool empathetic and collective it helped a lot. Though my knee ended up fractured it was the last day there so I REALLY got to admire this beautiful hotel. At one point I just hobbled down to the pools and put my feet in their hot tub! They also have Goofy's Kitchen which has a delicious breakfast! If I could give this hotel 1,000,000,000 stars I would. The intricate details they put to making these hotel towers magical is outstanding and I can't WAIT to go back!

I selected this accommodation primarily due to its appealing price point as a Good Neighbor Hotel,…read moreas advertised on Disneyland's website. Furthermore, it holds sentimental significance for me, as it is where I previously stayed during my elementary school years. Although other hotels were considered, I found their higher prices to be unwarranted given what I perceived as a motel-like quality. The check-in process was remarkably convenient. We received a pre-arrival check-in text message, followed by a welcome reminder that included the option to cancel our reservation without incurring any fees. Upon arrival, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We were informed via text that our room was ready. Additionally, we received a text message offering an extension for our check-out time. I routinely use antibacterial wipes before touching any surfaces in a hotel room. It can often be quite surprising to discover the level of cleanliness of remote controls, light switches, curtain rods, refrigerator handles, tabletops, and bathrooms. This was the very first occasion where the majority of the wipes remained pristine. The only instance they showed any residue was when I wiped down the racks or rails of the chairs. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness of the room. This hotel offers an excellent family-friendly experience, featuring a water playground that is ideal for children. Its prime location directly across from Disneyland provides convenient access to the park. Furthermore, the availability of on-site parking at the hotel eliminates the need to search for parking at Disneyland, enhancing the overall guest experience.

We were looking forward to a smooth, family-friendly stay. In preparation, I reserved four rooms several months in advance and requested that they be located near one another. I understand that such requests are not guaranteed, but given the lead time, I was hopeful for closer proximity. At check-in, two of the four rooms were ready around 2:00 PM, while our room was not available until after 4:00 PM. We were advised it would be guaranteed by 4:00 PM; however, it was still not ready at that time. Traveling with a young child made the delay more challenging, particularly as she needed to rest. When our room did become available, it was located on a different floor and opposite side of the building from the rest of our party. Staff did offer that room as an option, but the separation made coordinating with family more difficult throughout the stay. During our visit, we also encountered several property policies that were more restrictive than expected, including required wristbands for pool access and additional swimwear requirements for infants beyond standard swim diapers. While policies vary by property, these were not typical of our prior hotel experiences. Housekeeping service was inconsistent. The room did not appear to be fully refreshed during our stay (including linens and vacuuming), and when we contacted the front desk to request service between 12:00-2:00 PM, we were told it would depend on availability. Parking near our building was limited, with several spots blocked off despite no visible work occurring. This required parking farther away, which was particularly difficult for a member of our group with mobility limitations. Lastly, elevator service between floors was quite slow, which added to the overall inconvenience when moving between rooms and amenities. Overall, while we appreciated the initial recommendation and the intent of a family-friendly environment, there were several operational challenges that impacted what was an important weekend for us. I would hesitate to recommend this property to friends or family unless they are fully informed of the policies and expectations prior to booking.

This review is only on the restaurant…read more Great views and great service. We ate around 6:00pm. The place only had a few tables seated. The sun was lighting up the entire room, in a good way. Food was really good. Vegetarians, be prepared to have very limited options. I ate a salad and some potatoes, but both were very good. The steaks my friends ordered looked amazing, so did the sea bass. Outside was really cool. Overlooks Disneyland and the freeway. You can see the fireworks too. I'd go here again for sure.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!…read more They have roaches! I stayed here from 04/30-05/04. My room number was 733. The roach was discovered on our day of check out. I went to pack my luggage and the roach was crawling in my luggage. I killed it IMMEDIATELY and contacted the front desk. They sent up housekeeping management which in turn she took the roach and we were given a later check out. I had to shake out all our clothes to make sure that we didn't take anything home with us we didn't bring. At check out my parking was compensated and that was it. I felt my entire stay should have been comped. A ROACH IS DISGUSTING! Once I got home I found ANOTHER ROACH in our snack bag... I'm so over it. And discovered I was still overcharged. Here it is almost 2 weeks and I'm still fighting for my money back. This is not our first time staying here. We stayed her in March of 2024 and had a totally different experience. I am now plagued with having to fumigate my house to make sure we didn't bring home any roaches I didn't see. Roaches are a different level of filth.. They need to be inspected by the health department.

My favorite items from the breakfast were oatmeal, banana, pound cake, hard boiled eggs, and the cheese cubes. The shower had what looked like 2 faucet types...the lower one had water that was too strong at times. Parking spaces were ok the narrow side but thankfully there were a good number of spaces open. Only 1-2 blocks from Disneyland and dca, which was very nice.

Parking in the area usually runs $25-$45 a night, and we got free parking. We also had breakfast both days, which I'd easily value around $40 for a family of four. That's already close to $100 in savings, so you're really looking at about $180 for the room itself. You also get a trolley/shuttle to Disneyland, which adds even more convenience. We arrived early in the morning before check-in and were still able to grab breakfast. Even though the room wasn't ready yet, the staff let us check in smoothly, and we got the room later in the afternoon without any issues. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not luxury, but well-maintained and exactly what you need after a long Disney day. Location is a big plus -- close enough to walk to Disneyland, which is huge when you have kids and don't want to deal with parking or long shuttles. Breakfast is one of the better continental options. Not a fancy buffet, but solid and convenient before heading out. Service was friendly and efficient. Staff handled early arrival well and made everything easy. Only downside -- I didn't notice an elevator, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. You can also hear the trolley at times, especially at night, but it wasn't a big issue for me. I saw this mentioned in earlier reviews and it matched my experience. Overall, once you factor in free parking, breakfast, and the shuttle, it's actually a great value for Disneyland. Clean, easy, and family-friendly. I would come back.
